The TV does not let you watch WiFi tv as “guest” for youtube
Large, clean room. Nice indoor pool. Efficient shuttle. Water feature near hotel for short walk.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and inviting. The room was comfortable.
We were driving, not coming from the airport - not quite as convenient from the freeway, but it was fine. We are dinner in the restaurant - it was terribly high priced and the service was slow for an empty restaurant.

Breakfast from restaurant was good. Room service for dinner was fantastic. I had the lamb shank, hubby the tacos.

The room layout was exceptional. The room was comfortable,
The front desk girl literally helped the person behind us, and ignored us standing there.. The A/C in the room worked but made a god awful noise every hr or so. And the room next to us the guest was snoring so loud, we may as well knock the wall down.. Sleep did not happen, so we left pretty early to go find a place to sleep. The shower had long black hair on the wall. Uhggggg
We stayed here for one night with a family of six, including two seniors and two kids. We arrived in the evening, but our Booking.com reservation wasn't showing up in the hotel's system, leading to a long and stressful check-in process. To our surprise, based on what bookings.com transmitted the details to them, we were given two double-bed rooms, which couldn’t accommodate six people comfortably. While we usually get a rollaway bed in these situations, the hotel couldn't provide one due to fire and safety regulations. Thankfully, Steven handled our check-in beautifully. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and upgraded us to a better room (with an additional charge for the rollaway bed), which made a stressful process much lighter. We truly appreciate Steven's excellent hospitality! However, Booking.com needs to ensure they coordinate the correct room sizes and capacities with hotels to prevent these issues
Property is nice and staff is also nice.
Well staffed to handle what seemed like continuous flow of check ins quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and informative staff from front desk to Club Bar server. The service food and drinks at the Club Bar were excellent and reasonably priced!
The room seemed a little dated - room temp was difficult to manage. Bed kind rather soft.
Has a hotel shuttle, Restuarants available in the hotel.
The upgraded room was not great, advertised on the lake but really looking into the I-15 Freeway
