Cons:

The a/c was broken. Room was 80 degrees. Reached out to the facility and received no help at all. This hotel definitely wouldn't meet the Hilton standards.

Room needs work: Bathroom door doesn’t completely close, chipped and stripped paint in bathroom, bad coffee pot. Front desk staff said they are working on all this.

Cons:

I accidentally booked the wrong nite on Bookings.com. After talking with the front desk at the hotel they said they would refund the me that night as long as i stayed with them that night (the night I originally needed) It has been five days of trying to get them to approve the cancellation so i could get a refund from Bookings and still nothing. Essentially have now paid $400 for one night stay. Nothing wrong with the hotel but this customer service as a Hilton Honors member, is poor.

Our power in the room went out on the second floor the second night on our floor. We were on the 5 floor. All the other floors had power. Showering should be done with lights on.

Pros:

Titles are cracked in bathroom and it is starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom is very small.
Room is big. We had a balcony room but it opened up to side of motel so you basically stared at a wall. With almost no light coming in.
Bed was comfortable
