The only thing I thought was positive is one of the staff members agreed with me that the situation they put me in was not right. He personally tried to make his managers decision better but other than that there wasn’t anything positive about my experience.
After waiting for the shuttle for 30 minutes, I called and was told they would send the shuttle but once I arrived they would send me to a sister hotel( Hampton inn-west side). I was traveling alone and it was 12:30am. Even though I had a confirmation number and confirmation of my shuttle none of these things happened. I repeatedly told them I was uncomfortable with the price rate change of the hotels and I was uncomfortable with the location they were sending me to at 12:30am. It really took me getting upset for them to put some additional effort into looking for another place. Although they didn’t find anything. By the time I got to the hotel I passed out but this was a completely unpleasant experience and unprofessional on them. They could have contacted me anytime throughout the day to let me know so that I could find a stay on my own. Shame on the manager for expecting woman to travel to another part of the city on her own at this time of the night and shame on the manager for making his employee act like the bad guy. In addition? The fact that they made me go travel to the hotel to get voucher to then bring to the Hampton was unreal. They should have electronically sent it to the Hampton and sent me straight to the Hampton so I didn’t have to arrive even later.

I like staying here because it has good amenities. A good restaurant and it’s a clean hotel.
Nothing. The restroom floor was a little concerning but it don’t affect my overall stay.

The restaurant in the hotel is convenient.
The a/c was broken. Room was 80 degrees. Reached out to the facility and received no help at all. This hotel definitely wouldn't meet the Hilton standards.
