Pros:

Снимали номер в новом доме. При заселении произошла путаница с номерами пришлось ждать когда уберут наш. Дом сдавался без отделки и везде идут ремонты! Звук дрели начинается с раннего утра и до вечера. Снимали на одни сутки так как прилетели в 4 утра в Москву и номер нужен был отоспаться и дальше поехать утром на машине. После заселения легли спать и проснулись от пожарной тревоги пришлось быстро одеться и спустится по пожарной лестнице. Как оказалось это из за ремонтов строительная пыль попадает на датчик и срабатывает сирена и отключаются лифты. Жители дома сказали что за этот день это уже второй раз( В номере чисто но постельное белье с дырами и туалетную бумагу пришлось самим покупать. Расположение отличное, есть парковка но парковаться гостям нельзя. Итог я бы не стала останавливаться здесь в ближайшие пару лет пока не закончатся ремонты. В целом в номере мебель неплохая и номер чистый.
