Great Outdoor Gym and friendly staff
Pros:

I had a great time last week. The Hotel ambience was great. And the outdoor gym (treadmill) was a unique experience. I would love to go back with my family. The staff are also exceptional.
Both Melkit and Hannah were very friendly and they went out of their way to make me feel at home.

We love the hotel because of its historical meaning
Pros:

Hilton is a classic that needs to be experience! Historical hotel

Cons:

BUT, just because it is a historical hotel it does not mean that things should not be maintained.
Shower head broken with rust. Pools not working, and staff ik restaurants slightly mean. Details are key! For this price, things need to be up to date.

The cleanliness of the room was outstanding throughout my stay. Everything was perfectly arranged, fresh, and maintained to a very high standard. The attention to detail truly reflects the professionalism and dedication of the housekeeping department.

I would especially like to recognize Housekeeping Supervisor Abeba for her exceptional supervision and commitment to quality. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s performance and the immaculate condition of the rooms. It is always a pleasure to stay in an environment where such care and effort are evident.
