We have had an amazing stay at the Ramses Hilton. We stayed on the 26th floor so we had access to the executive lounge, which was great because we didn’t have to fight with the crowds for breakfast in the morning and we loved the happy hour in the evenings. Ezzat in the lounge during happy hour was absolutely charming, and so was the morning staff that served breakfast in the lounge (can’t remember her name but she was amazing as well). Remonda made sure we had the correct room and the front desk (Tamer) who checked us in were all so nice and helpful. This was our first time in Egypt and we will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Cairo.

Great hotel in a great location.
Mohmed at reception was excellent and also upgraded me to a corner suite which was nice. I had a balcony with an amazing view over the Nile. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a great shower.
The pool was nice, warm and big enough to allow a decent swim. The terrace was nice and had great views over the Nile. Speaking of views, they were spectacular from the rooftop bar.
The food and drink was generally good and reasonably priced.
The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful with great attitudes.
Minor quibles; the balcony should have some furniture, the noise from the traffic made sleep hard as it was very busy and noisy, and a club sandwhich definitely does not work without bacon.
I would highly reccomend this hotel for anybody looking for a hotel in downtown Cairo.

As for the staff, all of the ones I encountered very very friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is looking a bit dated in places, but that is a very minor point.
I would highly reccomend this hotel to anybody looking for a hotel in Cairo.

Sie sind eine absolute Bereicherung für das Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.
Auch die Sauberkeit und der Komfort der Zimmer waren tadellos.
Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden – alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
