La ubicación
El personal de recepción. Además nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior por no estar la nuestra disponible.

Cons:

Hotel antiguo. No cumple con los estándares de la cadena Hilton. Muebles obsoletos, puertas de muy mala calidad en las habitaciones, lamparas que no funcionan, mala insonorización ( en la planta 16 se oía el trafico de la calle)....

A Gem on the River Nile
Pros:

Originally, we were booked at this hotel, Ramses Hilton through a travel agency who when we arrived, moved us to another hotel. I am very glad we contacted that tandem agency and insisted we stay here at the Hilton. The staff, particularly Menna - Supervisor in Guest Relations was fabulous and made sure we had the best experience possible. She made us feel like we were VIPs. We stayed a total of 5 nights and it was all we expected and more. We have always had a very good experience with the Hilton chain, but this one feels exceptional.
Congratulations to Mohammed Taha, Front Desk Assistant Manager for having such a fine staff. They're is no question that next time we return to Cairo, we will stay at the Ramses Hilton.

hay una espera para chk inn mas de 1 hora y hay ruido en la habitacion que entra des de fuera y estoy 3 dias y situacion es igual tanto y precio tambien es alto
