Excellent!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The room, the food, the staff, facilities, all were perfect! Our reception personel Zeineb Mohammed was very kind and welcoming. She made us feel like we were home!

A Lovely place to stay the Ramses Hilton
Pros:

I was extremely happy with my time at Ramses Hilton Hotel . Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the housekeeping staff were all professional and always willing to help me with whatever I needed .

Also the pool there was really delightful. . I also really enjoyed the room service and they went out of their way to procure whatever I needed.

Also the included breakfast was absolutely delicious and the wait staff always helpful

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the hotel was in the middle of a very busy street and I couldn't do my daily walk I usually did when on vacation. I had to use Uber any time I left the premises. Walking to the Nile the first time I tried was the last time I tried walking around.

الموقع والمحلات بالطابق الارضي بنفس الفندق خلف المصاعد من بقاله كبيره ومحل قطن ومكاين ATM متعدده وفرع بنك .
الاستقبال دايم مزدحم والموظفين 2 فقط سواء شيك ان او اوت تصف سرا . 6 مصاعد شغاله لذلك ماتطول بالانتظار
المدير المناوب استاذ محمد قمه بالذوق والاحترام يستاهل الشكر على ماقام به ..
الفندق قريب من ريتز كارلتون .
سيارات اوبر من تطلبه اذا وصل ماينطر دقيقه ويلغي الحجز وياخذ زبون غيرك حجة المرور مايخليه ليش مايدخل الفندق طالما كاتب له بالرساله فندق رمسيس
بقيمة الحجز هناك فنادق منافسه اخرى ..
هدوء الممرات وعدم الازعاج

Cons:

فيه مطاعم كثيره لكن ماتسوى محل القطن غالي ضعف ونص عن فروعه الاخرى خارج الفندق . الامن عند الباب مايخلي سيارتك تنتظر اجباري يطلعها برا سور الفندق واذا اعطاك كلمه بخليها بقدرة قادر يختفي ويطلع غيره يقول اللي كلمك مايلزمني وهكذا حتى موظف الشنط الترولي لو اكرمته مسبقا يغير نفسه ويجيبها موظف ثاني عشان كانك لم تعطي .. الاستقبال قديم لم يُجدد .. الغرف المجدده اسمها ديلوكس روم والقديمه مسماها غرفة الضيوف جيست روم .. الحذر ثم الحذر من عمل ترقيه لحجزك ببوكينق لان حصل لي بوكينق عرض علي ترقيه واخترت اطلالة نيل وتفاجات ان الفندق خفض حجزي داون قريد لغرفه قديمه على النيل بحجة الغرف الجديده حاليا لايوجد شي على النيل فكنسلت الحجز وحجزت حجز جديد غرفه مجدده ديلوكس على النيل ..
الملحق اللي خلف الفندق مايسوى زيارته والمحلات فيه من دور 3 الى 6 وفاشل فقط في محل فوط زين .. الزحمه خارج الفندق والشحاتين واجد
