موظفين سيئين بطئين ما عندهم قائد حقيقي العمل غير منظم فقط موظف اسمها شيماء تحتوي المشاكل المستمره لايمكن الأستقبال يردوا على انصالاتك وعشان تسكن لازم ساعه ساعتين والخروج نفسه طلبت بتاع الشنط قبل النزول بنص ساعه ما أرسلوه اخذت شنطتي بنفسي ونزلت وما عندهم إلا احنا اسفين ياباشا

Adly at reception very polite and friendly and Zeinab Mahmoud supervisor excellent service. She solved everything and went the extra mile for us. Due to Zeinab we had a lovely one night stay.
Amazing view of the Nile and you can see the pyramids outline in a distance. Room 3011 was perfect for this
Too long to check in and check out. Took me and my family member more than 30 mins this needs to be reviewed and monitored the processes are far to long winded.
