إطلالة جميلة ولكن يوجد شحاتين كثيرين والمناطق المحيطة بالفندق قذره و ارشح لأي خليجي السكن في التجم الخامس

أخذت وقت طويل جداً عند الاستقبال لكي استلم غرفتي بسبب بطء النظام المستخدم
موقع الفندق سيء من حيث الازدحام و العشوائية وكثرة الشحاتين اسفل الفندق

لم استمتع بالاقامة

مقابل النيل

Cons:

1- مبنى قديم لكنه نظيف اعتبره 3 نجوم

2- لا توجد شطافات بالحمامات لجميع الفندق

3- لا توجد امانة لدى الموظفين ،،،
عند خروجي نسيت قلم مونت بلانك اتصلت عليهم وانا بالمطار واخبرتهم انه في الخزنة وسيأتي شخص من طرفي لاخذه وقالوا انهم لم يجدوه علماً انني انا من وضعه بالخزنة ولم يسكن معي احد

Struttura grande e pulita al centro del Cairo. Stanza bellissima , vista stupenda sul nilo. Colazione abbondante e molto gustosa . Struttura consigliata.

Cons:

Alcuni membri dello staff, specialmente il ragazzo alla reception , andrebbe formato meglio, gli va spiegato che deve accogliere il cliente non metterlo in difficoltà. Ma il resto dello staff è bravissimo.

Nice stay but need to work on the service
Pros:

The rooms are nice and spacious with very nice view on the nile. Also hotel has stores in the lobby which makes it convenient

Cons:

The service at the hotel is bad, they take your bags at check in and don’t deliver them til at least 30 mins. Reception barely pick the phone and if at night good luck with that. Also they have a hundred number to call because apparently room service can’t transfer you to any (laundry, concierge,..) which makes it very complicated
