Pros:

I was assisted by a great team at the hotel; Zainab recommended an upgraded room with a better view, Mohamed Yahia offered the extended check out option which was worth the minimal extra cost since my flight was at midnight, Omniay was also super helpful advising on local attractions & activities while scheduling my reservations at various restaurants during my stay.
Lovely team.
Will be back again.

Cons:

No spa.
