Staff was polite and willing to assist. Location was prime, amble parking & THOSE COOKIE 🤤

Quality has significantly decreased. Thermostat in room did not affect room temperature. Mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, and room had a mildew smell.

The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I am aware of courtesy check in before 12 o’clock is available if inquired and I did inquire the previous day before arrival. The manager’s name is VALERIE and she needs additional customer service training. The manager VALERIE did not greet us and had a sarcastic attitude when I explained that previously I can check in before 12 o’clock, she stated that there’s a $25 charge if we wanted to check in at 12:34 which is never been a case or issue.

The AC did not work. I asked them to be moved. They brought me a fan.
Pros:

The AC did not work, I told them they didn’t do anything then I asked them to be moved when I woke up sweating and they told me they could not move me. I would like my money back.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room view was good but I requested a higher floor but it was not available apparently.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom. There were strands of hair in the shower and on the sink. Also, the window curtain doesn't close all the way to provide a blackout effect like it should and the sun came in and woke us earlier than we wanted to get up.

The gap under the entrance door allows noise from guests walking and talking in the hallway to be heard and the light from there as well.
