I really enjoyed my stay. It's safe clean and in a great location with food!
Pros:

Check in was easy and fast. Fresh cookies upon arrival. Hotel was very clean, room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Staff had a text system for communication and met needs promptly. They honored my request for a high floor view of Dallas skyline for a birthday.

Cons:

I did not like that they charge extra for microwave. Other than that, no complaints.

The location was close to the church I visit on Greenville Ave. and close to restaurants and shops.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff was nice and professional! I really enjoyed my King room, especially being on the corner!!

Cons:

I could have stayed longer. I was very pleased with the property and the staff.

Pros:

Staff was polite and willing to assist. Location was prime, amble parking & THOSE COOKIE 🤤

Cons:

Quality has significantly decreased. Thermostat in room did not affect room temperature. Mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, and room had a mildew smell.
