Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room view was good but I requested a higher floor but it was not available apparently.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom. There were strands of hair in the shower and on the sink. Also, the window curtain doesn't close all the way to provide a blackout effect like it should and the sun came in and woke us earlier than we wanted to get up.

The gap under the entrance door allows noise from guests walking and talking in the hallway to be heard and the light from there as well.

Very nice and comfortable hotel and our view was incredible!
Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but we did eat dinner from the restaurant and the food was very good!

Cons:

If I had to say something I didn't like it would be that there was not a hot tub .

Just a bed for the night, but not a comfy room.
Cons:

The room was unbelievably hot and we could our neighbors easily.

Also- as much as we paid for our stay and being a Hilton Honors member, I can’t believe y’all charge for breakfast, and so much at that.

I love the customer service and how they gave us cookies and very friendly and overall exceptional service

Cons:

I didn’t like how our AC wasn’t working but the customer service and how quick maintenance got up there made up for it even though it still wasn’t working.
