Not the type of hotel we would choose but under the circumstances it saved the day (night rather)
Pros:

Accessible all night, room very luxurious

Cons:

Little connection with our personal position - just been dismissed from hospital, no transport but luckily some money available. We arrived after 1am but were unable to get any breakfast after 10am. But more importantly there was a constant humming noise during the night from outside.

Wij zaten aan de straatkant wat een uitgangsgebied is waar flink geluid vandaan kwam. Met oordopjes in was het voor mij te doen. Ondanks dit geen spijt dat ik dit hotel heb gekozen

Pros:

The river view, is this hotels only saving grace

Cons:

The basic room was I’m sure normally used as a single. It was clean but decor shabby. Over £1000 for 3 nights was excessive for small room and no breakfast. Reception was poorly staffed as was the bar.

Einige kleine Minuspunkte, aber im großen & ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Personal sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr teichhaltig & frisch & das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr fein.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich zu unserem Zimmer war sehr schmal (ca. 50 cm) & mit Gepäck sehr umständlich zu begehen.
Die Aussicht könnte sehr schön sein, (River Neß) wenn man nicht auf die häßliche Decke des Speisesaales schauen müßte.
Die Heizung in unserem Zimmer gurgelte zwar fröhlich vor sich hin, Heizleistung brachte sie aber gar keine, darum war es sehr kalt im Zimmer. (mitte Mai)
Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng & wird von anderen Leuten mitbenutzt, für Touristen mit Mietwagen etwas lästig, wenn man sich nicht auskennt & sich irgendwo einen Parkplatz suchen muß. Die Außenfassade könnte eine Renovation gut vertragen.

Posizione eccezionale.
Pros:

La posizione é eccezionale, imbattibile per Inverness; tutto il resto è comunque di livello molto alto..compresa la colazione; Comodo il parcheggio di fronte e buona la stanza.

A good choice for short stays in Inverness.
Pros:

Great location and easy access from the railway station. A comfortable room, bed and pillows, and good shower.

Cons:

No 240v or USB sockets on either side of the bed. In this day and age, most people use their phone as their alarm and want to keep it charged overnight. It’s no longer acceptable for people to have to leave it plugged in on the other side of the room.

My room overlooked the street on a Friday night and it was very noisy outside, keeping me awake until well past midnight with shouting, singing and revving cars.
