Pros:

The hotel location is excellent, right in the heart of everything you need - bars, restaurants, transport.
Our room was amazing, overlooking the river. Very spacious, with all the facilities you would need. clean, tidy and well decorated too.
Breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choice. Buffet style but well spaced out for easy access.

Disappointed in the room decor. Hotel needs an update on decor

The location was very good. In walking distance to all facilities and onsite parking was good

Despite the lights and slightly worn nature of room, the pluses outweighed the minuses and would stay there again.
Pros:

Great location. Nice view of River Ness from room. Helpful staff. Bedding and bathroom very clean.

Cons:

Some room lights and sockets didn’t work. Made it a little dark for getting ready in the morning. Also tables a bit sticky.

Loved my stay in Inverness.
Pros:

Location was very convenient for all I wanted to do.
The staff were super friendly and helpful and also arranged for me to move rooms when I said the toilet was constantly running water and noisy.
I stayed there 3 times in a few weeks between other trips and I loved that I could store some luggage.
My rooms were all warm and the bed was very comfortable.
I will definitely be back again.
