Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and modern. It's also extremely easy to find from the train station and handy for shops and being in the town centre. Hotel was also very quiet at night considering how central it was.
Only real downside we had was the view. I didn't pay for a sea view, but got stuck looking at bins instead. Didn't bother us too much as we were only here two nights. Also, there was the odd staining on the carpet from previous guests.

I don't usually give feedback on things like this but the door way into the room was a bit too narrow .

The room was a horrendous. The positioning of the very small double bed, no bedside table, had to put carry on suitcase beside bed to put glasses etc. Worst night as a couple we have ever experienced sleeping.
Location is great, right in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk from all attractions.
Breakfast was good, tasty food and good variety of choice. Service and staff are excellent. Room was clean, warm & comfortable.

The room. Could not cool room even with window open. Very dark room - one third of room had no lights including hanging rods, shelves. Mirror light burned out and reported it but they did nothing. There were no plugs in either side of bed for plugging in chargers.

Perfect city centre location with optional parking
Wash hand basin (sink) in room 116 was rediculously small especially since it had a single mixer tap. Made it very awkward to shave. Shower mats should be supplied as standard rather than having to request one from reception.
