Lovely inside, great value for money, staff all excellent…. Please spend a few quid on the outside appearance!
Pros:

Rooms old but refurbed really nice, really lovely staff, all very clean, bar is great, location probably the best there is in centre, value for money

Cons:

The outside looked more like a backstreet den, it wouldn’t hurt to give it a lick of paint and sort the car park out, I honestly almost drove away without getting out the car it looked so rotten, thankfully I went in the lift (without bags incase needed to quick getaway!) and saw how nice reception was! It’s noisy from the street but it’s a city centre hotel so expect that

A great hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Great location, staff extremely helpful and even upgraded our room to a premium room for no extra cost, a very classy gesture. The room itself was very spacious and very well equipped. Bed was comfy and the tea/coffee facility’s were great. Would 100% stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing i could say was a downside was the noise that came from drink people arguing outside. This however is unfortunately out of the hotels hands due to its location and it wasn’t enough to prevent me staying here again.

We will definitely be back, location couldn’t be better.
Pros:

Breakfast was ypur typical buffet affair, plenty choice on offer, liked the fact there was a separate toaster for gluten free. Breakfast staff were lovely. Lovely exceptional receptionist on the morning of Saturday 28th March, my wife had just had a double cataract procedure done that morning and receptionist could not have been more helpful, thank you.

Cons:

High up step going into shower, however realise this may have had something to do with pipes layout underneath. Would also have liked a mini fridge in room as is so common nowadays.
