Frühstück
Great price, location, room.
Frühstück bestand aus abgepackten Muffins, Bagels und Waffeln. Zu trinken gab’s entweder Saft oder Kaffee.
Kein Fahrstuhl und der Pool war ziemlich dreckig.
Wenn wir zum Frühstück gelaufen sind lagen schon die ersten in kompletter Kleidung im Pool
I liked the location of the La Quinta, right by all the shopping. the staff was nice, and the parking was good.
During the night while I was sleeping someone kept coming by my room and unlocking it. I got up twice in the middle of the night to re-lock the door. I suspect some kind of electronic device was being used. Good thing I had the door latch on. In addition to that I was given a room that had an adjoining room and I could hear the persons in the room besides most of the night. I also asked for a single bed but I was given a double bed. That said, it was probably a good thing since one of the beds had hair on it which made me wonder if the sheets were clean. Consequently, I had very little sleep because I felt unsafe with the lock being unlocked and the room was located too close to the freeway so I could hear the cars going by all night. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially to any women traveling alone. I literally felt so unsafe.
It was next to a Denny's!
When the AC stopped blowing cool air, the front desk clerk told my wife they had no more rooms to give us. He then wanted to check out the AC for himself, then after seeing it wasn't working right proceeded to give us a room that supposedly he didn't have. When we moved to that room, we had issues with that AC as well! Then there was a couple in a doesn't room turning on and off their car alarm, then fighting outside to which when I called the front desk clerk, he came out and watched them argue without calling the proper authorities! When we decided to leave and request a refund, the front desk clerk said he can't do that, and demanded my wife to go back to the room he gave us! Never going back again, and filled for a refund because e felt unsafe, undervalued, and mistreated!
The area was decent as we had stayed before.
Water mold in bathroom above shower head and we were not comfortable using it.
