Location I have been staying at this location for 3-4 years but after this stay and having bedbugs in my bed and room I very disappointed and disturbed by climate and conditions .
I have bug bites all over my body.
I should be reimbursed for cost and expense 6 nights and my medical bills.

It served the need. The breakfast was okay
I was given the wrong room that did not have the amenities I specifically booked for ( a tub ).
The man at the front desk/phone was rude, condescending, tried to gas light us. Soured the entire stay.

Room was clean and fresh. The location was as I expected.
I didn't expect that the room would have outside doorways and stairways like an old motel 6. I have stayed with Wyndham several times and had expected a standard hotel with interior hallways, etc. I know that there were pictures on the site but I didn't think I had to check to see if it was a modern hotel design. Staff didn't give me a map to the room so it was confusing. Breakfast was worse than pathetic. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

The room was dated, bed was uncomfortable. Strong smell of mildew and pinesol. I have asthma and this was very bothersome for me.

It was in between the bus station and the hospital where I was a patient. It doesn't offer any type of discounts for seniors or for disability
The person who was operating could barely speak English. If they're going to operate a business in America then they should know how to speak English CLEARLY
