The AC unit in our room was broken. We told them as soon as we got into the room and they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even let maintenance know. We slept hot as hell that first night. Then the next we told them again and they said they’d let maintenance know and when we got back to the room again it was still not working. Then went to go complain again and they said that there was nothing they could do. After the concert we checked again before going up to our room and the man said he could move us if someone didn’t check in. So then we had to wait till 12 at night to see if a room was available. It was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.
Cold room, comfortable bed and pillow. Friendly staff.
