Key card kept not wanting to work
The breakfast was decent and the coffee was actually really good. The sheets were crisp and the pillows were comfortable. The towels were even really nice.
The windows unlocked and opened with absolutely no safety measures. I was on the 6th floor with a curious kid, and it's just overall unsafe for anyone. The carpet in the hallways were pretty bad, the pool area and pool weren't clean or inviting. Our TV screen worked but it had some damage to the screen, it was viewable though. The windows...that's the issue. So very unsafe for anyone.

The lift was not working, the pool was not able to be used our entire stay as it was not operational. The bathroom taps were leaking, the premises is not overly clean, the carpets are all stained throughout in the common areas including the light fittings, walls, doors etc.
Location and room price works for me. Good value
The AC was cold.
Upon the arrival the concierge seemed bothered by us. The room we were put in, the AC didn't work and there was foreign bodies in the bed that i won't get into. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. He said yes. When we went to the front desk, he said that it's summer. As if that was the excuse for the room being hot and AC not working. The next room was better. The AC worked at least. The pool was very cloudy and green in color. Very disappointing due to being middle of July. The shower had mold in the corners and there was hair on the counter that wasn't ours. There's water damage on the window sills causing the wallpaper to peel. Overall the hotel needs some work but worked for the time we needed.

En el lugar había pasado una situación con con una persona que entró al hotel y no era huésped con problemas mentales y había policía debido a lo sucedido y aparentemente eso sucedió hacía dos días y a la persona no la habían cojido, el pasillo obscuro y sucio.
También nos notificaron que allí rompían los cristales de los carros y que había que estacionarse al frente el cual tampoco había disponible.
En fin no me sentía segura y me dio miedo porque estaba con menores de edad.
Me fui a otro hotel, el caballero que me atendió no fue amable, le solicité reembolso y me dijo que no, le solicité copia de mis documentos ya que estaban mi firma y no quería dármelos.
Al día siguiente trataron de debitar de mi tarjeta $100 dólares no autorizados.
En fin fue horrible e inseguridad para nuestras vidas . NO LO REMIENDO

Las habitaciones están sucias, al igual que los pasillos.
La habitaciones frente a la autopsita son ruidosas. Las ventanas no bloquean del todo el ruido.
I like that it was clean and smelled good as you walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Initial room the sink wasn’t working and they quickly changed our room and called to make sure the 2nd room was good. Breakfast was delicious. I was able to request more towels and they provided it. It was close enough to the American Airlines Center without being right in the heart of that area.
The entrance into the property…too narrow and easy to miss.
We came for an Enhyphen concert. The location is about 16 mins away which wasn’t bad but little longer with traffic.
The staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean when you walk in. The room was clean, and smelled good. The initial room we got the sink was not working but they switched us right away and even called to check if second room was good. Breakfast in the morning was good with waffles, eggs, bacon, fruits, bread for toast, yogurt, coffee, cereal.
When we needed more towels they provided it. I was pleased with our stay.

The room smelled like humidity and the carpet was all teared up I requested a room change and they did change my room
Room was fine. Breakfast was ok.
My favorite cable channel was not available on the TV.
