Bed was ok. Nice bathroom,
Blind exit. Only one elevator (4th floor). Crowded breakfast.
The view was great it was clean and the staff was very nice
There was only a small sign to the driveway so we missed it and the second driveway had a gate both on a one way street had to find a way back around
Breakfast was okay, staff were nice.
My four year old found a crack pipe in our "non smoking" room. Someone broke into my car in thier parking lot. House keeping cam twice during a six nights stay and always left us with two towels missing. Room was dirty, smelly and unmaintained. Bathroom door broke and they told me thier maintenance guy was out of town. In short, this is a hell hole.
Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Facilities were not up to date, rooms looked run down, the restrooms were nasty. The elevator was broken, carpets all were stained down main hallway. Whole hall way smelled of Marijuana, breakfast lady looked miserable doing her job. Building needs major up keep.
It is in a great location for several places I like to go. Its smells great walking into the room.
Weed smokers paradise. I did not like the fact both the elevators were out of order. I was on the 4th floor and have severe ortho issues.No one helped get my things down stairs. The bathroom tub had mold in the corners of the tub. They caulked it and the mold has just made its way back thru. I spoke with the front desk and he dismissed me. I wouldnt bathe in there im allergic to mold. They need to do better.

Good location
Our bed sheet has red stain on it. There’s an issue with the AC. It got a weird noise like construction noise after running cool air.
The breakfast is definitely a plus, but we had a 5 night stay and we couldn’t get the staff in there to change the sheet or take out trash and I had just had surgery so I couldn’t do it myself even if I wanted to.
The elevator dosent work and the one that does gets stuck and you cant make it to the 3rd floor unless you go up to the 4th floor then come down.

Lift was out of use during my stay i was on the 5th floor
I ask them to sort it out keeps saying within an hour but not done
TV doesn't work

Despite the above situation they said I have to pay $234 for one night i quote they said they have to pay you (Booking.com) a cancellation fee. I said ok still i was charged away too much.
Please investigate and refund the remaining
