Pros:

Sadley the hall carpets were so dirty. Stains everywhere. The shower had very low water pressure & part of the finishing on the shower floor was gone. The staff was very nice. won't stay there again.

Crackhead outside, came inside stumbling to her room

Didn’t like one thing.

Cons:

Checked in with my 4 month old, elevator closest to the entrance was broken. Had to walk back and forth several times due to my key not letting me in my room. Maintenance had to come and let me in. The whole place smelt like weed and was super hot until you got into your actual room.

Hotel needs a serious remodel or update

After checking in, it was hard to find hotel staff. The young lady who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was the problem. Very noisy hotel. You hear the highway all night long. Windows and walls are thin. Ice maker kept waking me up at night. The shower didn't drain while in use so you have to stand in your dirty water after rinsing your body. And the room had no plug outlets to charge my laptop or phone in the bedroom. Had to have it only on the desk. Couldn't connect a gaming device or anything to make the TV pleasant. There's only like 11 channels on the TV. It's not a smart TV so you can't stream anything. I had to watch things on my laptop until the battery died......Couches are dirty and worn. I sat on a towel anytime I sat on the couches or chairs. Even the iron and ironing board was filthy. The amenities are a joke and a lie. Never made it to breakfast because it took so long to fall asleep thanks to screeching tires and sirens on the highway. Very disappointed with this experience. I will never book here again. My daughter's college dorm is nicer than this and they have community showers. I truly wish I could get my money back!!!

Pros:

It was very close to the hospital that I went for a patient visit.

Cons:

The property sign was too small. Drove past the hotel and almost missed it on the second try. Only one individual on duty during each shift. The door keycard was not working properly. Phones are in the room for decoration only. We could not use the phone for hotel service.

We did not have time to enjoy the pool but it looked pretty inviting.
Pros:

Room was nice and quiet. Didn't partake in breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was great. Sorry, I cannot recall their names. And the maintenance guy was very efficient.

It was terrible. Will not stay again and would not recommend. I have stayed at several La Quintas and this is the worst.

It was dirty, staff ran my card an additional $75 without permission, first room the floor was soaking wet and smelt so bad, 2nd room the shower was dirty, hole in the wall, lights didn’t work in the hallway, sketchy area and people.
