Very clean room, comfortable beds.
That I could drive up to my room and not have to walk far. The bed was very comfortable. The young ladies at the front desk was very Pleasent and helpful.
When we arrived to the room a towel was hanging on the bathroom door....hair was in the tub and on the floor.....but no matter where I go, I ALWAYS disinfect and clean my room..
The toilet backed up the next day there and they could not find the maintenance person....we waited 2 hrs.....my son even asked for a plunger (which was no good)...I ended up have to go to the front desk myself. The young lady tried to reach out to the manager....who when he finally called back, would not speak to me nor asked what the problem was...
I had to tell the young lady to assign me another room.....
You have to keep the air on in the room because of the humidity- we woke up Saturday morning to the room being damp (even the floor)..
The breakfast was OK (I went Friday) but when I went on Monday before we left, the area wasn't kept clean, it's like they ran out of stuff or just didn't want to put anything back out due to they was closing in 30 minutes.....No fruit, the sausage was either hard or looked white...the trash over flowed...it's just wasn't pleasant.
