The Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites

The pool water waa green and the room could use some paint and fixing up.

Everything.

The roaches, the uncomfortable bed, the linoleum on the floor coming up, the hotel itself was just not kept up very well at all. Cigarette butts all over the ground in the courtyard area and a green pool. I also was not told that I would t have the free breakfast until i went back down to the desk to ask. Thats largely why I booked with this hotel and I was disappointed to see that I had to go out and buy breakfast.

That they took the TV out now in the main room there is only a TV in the bedroom part of the room

Property charged me $50 vs the $15 parking.

All the furnitures was old pull out bed was unfortunately rooms was not clean up to hotel standards pillow cases was dirty sheets. The place smell like mildew

just need to fix refrigirators.

I had stayed here many times with no problems, but this stay was terrible. Check-in was a 3pm I had tworooms under my two andthe third under a church members name. I received the keys and went into the first room which was 415 and the room hadn't been cleaned. Towels were still on the floor the table still had bags of trash on the table and the linen was all balled up on the bed. I head to the second room (418) which appears to be fine. I then go back downstairs to inform front desk that room 415 was not clean. They gave me another key to room 409. Which was okay. My pastors mother which would be the third room was 436 it was also dirty and wasn't cleaned. We went back downstairs to get another key which was room 103. We decided to take a nap in my room 418 and my pastor's mother and church nurse in room 103. Not even an hour goes by and I get a call that a bed bug was crawling from the nurses pillow. Around the same time I see one crawling on my sons pillow. I grab a tissue to kill it. I take it downstairs to show the staff. Luckily one of the men from our church does pest control. He checks the beds in 418 and 103 and confirmed there was bed bugs. We then check rooms 409 which was free of bedbugs. We then received another room of 104 which we checked and it was free of bedbugs and room 343 was clear of bugs. We went to grab our luggage from 418 only to return to the bar sink overflowing with water. Room 104 also experienced the se thing and they had to have maintenance men come out to fix it. I went to Walmart and cleaned the rooms from top to bottom. I bought my own pillows and blankets and towels etc. Wanting to make sure my family was safe. I have been coming to this hotel with my family for many years and this was by far the worst stay of my life. The staff and the new manager was understanding and apologetic but this will be our last time stay there. I have videos of my stay Booking doesn't allow for videos to be uploaded.

Please see my other review in detail. I booked multiple rooms on the same day. Long story short nasty rooms at check in (no housekeeper cleaned the room but marked it fine, walked in trash from previous guest, not clean). Second roomed bedbugs, third room flood from bar sink, spilled over onto the counter on to the floor. Waiting on Booking per front desk to see if we can be compensated for the inconvenience. Please read my other review before booking, family or no family stay elsewhere. It can happen at any hotel but this was unacceptable, for anyone. I will more than likely take my rv from here on out.

The upkeep of the facility and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The rooms were OK.

The hotel look like its breaking down i had issue with tv , room card and the bath tube was so dirty my wife didn't even want to shower .
