Very good staff, room was very nice. Breakfast was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Food was fresh and very tasty.

Cons:

Was initially given a room with one king and a pullout sofa bed for 5 people. The desk changed immediately when we let them know it would not work for us.

Accommodations: Upgraded, with Diamond Member, Rm #, 1st floor, Non-ADA, 2 Queen bed in bedroom, living room with couch, kitchen table and chairs, lounge chair and coffee table. Ac is good in this room. The other rooms aren't nearly as good. Front view is a partial patio/pool courtyard view, ose to elevators and lobby. Rear view is that of parking lot. A walk down from breakfast.

Amenities: Coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave. Outdoor pool and hit tub. Gym is on 2nd floor. Patio and lobby seating. Pets allowed.

Accessibility & Logistics: For travelers navigating with mobility aids (manual or motorized wheelchairs), this property ensures accessibility and elevator. ADA rooms are convenient.

Parking: The property offers self parking with handicap and 2 Diamond Member spots.

Dining & Service: Complimentary hot breakfast. On-site restaurant. Food quality is like all Hilton properties, Jack in the Box tastes better.

Taxes: Nightly: State tax, City tax. And Bed tax (currently $0).

Final Thoughts: Rooms are in need of an upgrade while keeping it retro with brown accents in rooms. Otherwise, property is in a relaxing state in the hot Tusan sun. Food quality rating: poor.

The property was nice. The pool was good.

Cons:

I picked a suite with a pool view I didn't get that the suite that I got didn't have no AC when the Maintenance went in there. He pulled the field trough water everywhere and they still wanted to keep us there. They switched this room which wasn't a suite and super outdated
