Pros:

Rooms were large besides the bathroom

Cons:

Very expensive for this part of town. You could tell there was water damage in our ceiling of our bathroom that was painted over. It smelled like cat pee in our room. Could definitely yell there was mold in our room. Could barely breathe

Positive experience overall. Next time I'm in Tucson, I will consider another stay.
Pros:

Property is in an ideal location. I was happy to be in the middle of town. The one bedroom was very spacious and I was pleased that it stayed quiet/ peaceful. Front desk staff was very pelasant and got me checked in quickly.

Cons:

The rooms felt a bit outdated. While it was clean and linens felt fresh, the room itself felt like it was due for a refresh. Maybe brightening the walls, or something to that effect would allow for a more modern feel.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The pool was nice and the breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and the beds were fairly comfortable. The room was spacious offering my family of 4 room to sprawl out.

Cons:

Considering I paid $789 for a 2 night stay, I was very disappointed. The room smelled like mildew and backed up drain clogs, stains all over the carpet, tattered curtains like a cat lives there, and didn't feel thoroughly clean, my toddler found what I think was a liquid dayquil pill, a dirty fork, and a sharpie under the bathroom sink. The window on the first floor opens all the way on one side which felt unsafe as it backs up to the parking lot. The bathroom wall where the shower head is was bulging out suggesting water leaks but was just painted over. The hotels on cortaro are a third the price with the same level of hotel, save your money!

Pros:

I was charged twice . Booking.com charged me the correct amount while Doubletree charged me a higher amount. I contacted Doubletree and they still have not corrected the billing issue. Would not recommend

Fair price ... fair accommodations.
Pros:

Rooms were large and accommodating. Had all the essentials. Despite the size and available comforts the hotel and room were definitely showing its age. Restroom and shower were small and overall cleanliness was mid tier. Could be a nice facility with some major renovations to the rooms but it was priced appropriately.

Not worth the price for the condition of the room.
Pros:

The people were nice, pool area appeared clean.

Cons:

Our room was not clean. Pull out sofa bed was old and dirty. Shower still had hair in it and was not clean. Curtains were dingy and dirty. Inside drawers dirty. Front desk offered to send housekeeper for the next day when we were leaving. For $250 not worth it
