Door to the room was broken. Needed a shoulder to get in and out.
A/C not cooling, just moved air. Adjusting thermostat did nothing.

Would choose again
Pros:

Clean & neat. Toiletries were provided. Across from airport but surprisingly quiet inside. We had a king suite that was roomy & affordable.

Cons:

Housekeeping could not communicate because I speak English & she did not.

Perfect for my situation.

Had to stay it was too late for me to make the drive home to Sierra Vista. Just a nice place to stay.

Pros:

Everything was spectacular. The staff was super friendly, rooms were nice, beds were coffee. When you book, pay ahead for the breakfast. It is very worth the small fee. Its not a normal continental breakfast, it is fresh cooked for you and the way you want it.

Nothing, this place was amazing.
