Our stay was comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was very near to the places we were going. Breakfast was very good. Overall, it was really good. Staff was OK.

Cons:

Water from the swimming pool looked dirty. There was hair in the top. I found a muffin wrapper next to the bed. This hotel only have emergency stairs, so so the only option is elevators.

Would not stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The jest on the hot tub did not work, the tub was dirty and stained. It had not been cleaned. There was a pill laying on the floor when we entered the room. Housekeeping came by at 9 and kept knocking until we answered the door and told us to check out. We were charged to park in the hotels parking lot. I was given a price per night plus fees but never told what the fees were and how much. When we left I asked for a receipt and told the front desk about housekeeping. They agreed to refund my parking fee and said they would email me a receipt after it had been taken off. I still have not received it, nor have I received the refund for parking.

Pros:

Customer service at the front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was spacious and could accommodate a family of five easily. The free morning breakfast had a varied selection. Tasty omelets made to order.

Cons:

Furnishings were a bit outdated, but in good condition.

Overall great place. Room seemed to be updated and very clean. Great city view.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, were answered. The room was clean and spacious. We had a great view of the city and liked that there was a gated parking lot.

Cons:

The hotel experience itself was great, however, there was a group of people there that were letting their children run around late hours of the night. The jacuzzi was cold but to my understanding, that was an issue that came about earlier in the day and was already being resolved by the morning of our checkout.
