Nice quiet stay normally go during dance season but the peace was welcomed
Pros:

Fix elevators too much traffic and taking the stairs isn’t appreciated nor logistically work out clean hot tub FILTHY could not use was skeptical about pool housekeeping came in room but did not clean anything tub and toilet still dirty

Pros:

The check in was easy and the only staff member we saw was friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were run down. Many dresser drawers wouldn't open. Doors wouldn't close. Furniture was broken or right out of the 70s. For a 2 bed room suite, this should be the top tier and if it was I hate to see the standard rooms.

Food was good plenty available staff was nice and respectful. Only thing was our table needed to be wiped down. But the lobby attendees were very busy. Not low on staff

I would stay somewhere else.

Bathroom shower curtain had mold.
Shower faucet almost came out of wall. Refrigerator door was broken. Air conditioner was very loud.

Hot tub never worked. Asked the front desk to address the problem. They said the would take care of the problem and never did. I was at Market center and my trip was based around having a hot tub to soak after being on my feet all day. Also asked the front desk forsomething for the room and they never responded!
