Hyatt Regency Coral Gables in Miami

Amazing hotel, staff so friendly and helpful. Very clean. They bumped us up to a suite which was wonderful

Booked this hotel for one night after spending a week in the keys for an early morning flight the next day. This hotel was lovely in every way, glad I chose this option over the other Hyatts nearby.

Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is a lovely hotel. The location is great along with the rooms and amenities. I would like to specifically point out the staff. They are incredibly kind, professional and knowledgable. Traveling to a new city can be stressful and many questions arise, but if you're staying here, you needn't worry. They will take good care of you.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Miracle Mile shops and restaurants. The public areas are nice but the rooms need some serious updating and deep cleaning. As well as new towels that don’t feel like sand paper. All of this does not justify the steep price point. And as a loyal Globalist, it is not worth the expenditure of hard earned points.

Really poor experience. No recognition as globalist and customer service completely lacking.
Arrived early hoping for early checkin. Yes , I know never guaranteed, but after seeing a slew of other people get checked in while we waited for hours with no communication or follow-up was very frustrating. We were only staying one night and would have taken any room available with two beds. Ultimately didn’t get our room until after regular check in time.
Originally before arriving had us “upgraded” to a king Pure room. Had to point out to them that reservation was for 4 people so how in the world was a one king bed going to work??
Then room for 4 with 2 queen beds only had 2 bath towels. After multiple calls and unmet promises after 90 mins had to go down and just told them I was waiting in the lobby until they could produce these two towels (which now came out in a couple of mins).
Buffet breakfast was good and location quite convenient but other than that a really poor hotel with terrible customer service. Worst customer service at any Hyatt in recent memory (and as Globalist I’ve seen quite a few).

The furniture is definitely showing signs of wear. Nevertheless, the resort is still beautiful- very instagram-able. The real treasure is the staff. Special shout out to Meylin at Hyatt Regency Coral Gables was warm and friendly. After our nearly 10 hours of travel and exhaustion, she was super helpful. Hyatt, you have a gem. Thank you Meylin.

Beautiful hotel with lots to do nearby. Safely walk to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Hotel bar drinks were descent.

We have Globalist status and had requested early check-in as we flew in on a red eye and would be arriving at the hotel around 8 am in the morning. It is now 2pm and we still have not been given a room. When I kept seeing other people be given their rooms I went to ask if ours was ready and they said it wasn’t and they had no idea when it would be. Having status means nothing to them and doesn’t give you priority in assigning rooms. Not apologetic or sympathetic to our situation in the least. Don’t stay here if you have Globalist status as they don’t seem to value it.

It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent service and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet includes a wide spread of options that include traditional eggs and bacon, large fresh fruit selection, a full cheese board with charcuterie meats, a salsa bar to spice up your meal, and more. The lobby bar area is plush. There’s even a 24-hour convenient store stocked with quick meals, coffee, wine, beer, and other drinks. The rooms are large, very nice. The beds are very comfortable. Finally, there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We celebrated a high school friends’ reunion at this amazing hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The suite featured a spacious living room with a couch and two chairs—perfect for hanging out during our downtime. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and we really enjoyed drinks at the bar as well as the breakfast buffet.

The location was ideal: we walked to several nearby sites and enjoyed incredible food throughout our stay. Whether you want to relax at the hotel or use it as a great home base for exploring, this place delivers. Highly recommend—we will definitely return!

The hotel was the perfect location for a mini high-school reunion. The hotel's location is outstanding, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was incredible! The atmosphere at the hotel bar (and throughout the hotel) was very cozy, with well-spaced, comfortable seating to accommodate large and small groups, and lovely decor. The rooms were very spacious and the bedding super comfy. All around a memorable stay!

Rooms were lovely and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the buffet was substantial! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great stay always enjoy the service ! One of my favorite extras for this hotel is the friendly staff I feel like we know everyone ! I love the cafecito in the lobby.. also how everything is so close.
