Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The power was off. We sleep without it. Did not take shower in next morning because there was no water. I was moved to another hotel. I’ve requested a refund and they declined.

Good, I would stay again.
Pros:

All was very good. The staff on this visit was excellent, which was not the case on a previous visit. The breakfast was very good. We had a suite and it was very nice as well. One odd thing, in the second bathroom, there were no outlets for shavers, dryers............all of that. Odd

Funniest thing. At the bar, I asked what beer they had, and the lady immediately started to name the beers she did not have! I told he to stop, and her job was to describe the beers SHE HAD. I helped you with training.

Great Hotel and One in a Kind Employee!
Pros:

This hotel has always been great but this past stay went beyond and above thanks to Damian, one of the employees who was at the valet entrance. I had lost my phone charger, my phone has ran out of battery and my flight was boarding in a little more than an hour from Fort Lauderdale Airport! I asked Damian if I could purchase his charger but he just gave it to me! If it wasn’t for this wonderful employer, who was there this past Saturday 5/2 around 2pm at the valet area, my family and I would have lost the flight. The hotel has great amenities but are the employers who make the Real Difference. Thank you Damian!

Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, el tamaño y confort de la habitacion es bueno. El aroma del hotel era delicioso.

La ducha no tenia presion y el agua caliente era escasa .

horrible stay find a different hotel
Pros:

worst stay ever, the room was dirty, there was an insect in theroom that was there for days, bathroom was not properly cleaned. previous guest belonging and clothing were still in the closet. no one bothered to address this nor a manager calling, and its not about the money or the credit but they charged us for an upgrade to a dirty room and did nothing to fix it.

Loved the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables

Loved this Hotel! Staff was great! Very Clean - perfect location. Our room was perfect. The lobby is beautiful. The shots of Cuban Coffee in the lobby are an excellent touch. We will definitely be back!
