I paid cash for 4 days and used Hilton points for 4 days. I called corporate on day 3 and was told points may take days
Pros:

Location was ideal. It was kept clean. The actual employees/staff were nice.

Cons:

Day one, room was moved 4 times due to HVAC units not functioning properly.

Housekeeping is every other day and not disclosed until you’re there. Towels are guarded with their lives.

No manager on duty. In 8 days he came in once and when I asked to speak with him it seemed problematic. When I did, he was SOOOOO RUDE. Very nasty. Cares nothing about customer experience, condescending, continually cutting me off when talking. I asked for a corporate number he told me to find it on my phone myself.

Hotel is upgraded aesthetically but not updated.

Very thankful for the staff.
Pros:

I appreciated the entire staff. They were so kind and helpful to all of my requests.
Excellent service from Modhu, Ron, Sam, Mark and any other names I did not obtain. Thank you all for your kindness and care during my time of need.

Cons:

Cable kept going out. However, it was tended to immediately.
