Cons:

Our experience was disappointing. On the last day, we discovered cockroaches in the room. There was also constant noise at night, with doors being slammed around midnight. To make matters worse, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana even though the property is supposed to be non-smoking.

One encounter with a rude, arrogant general manager ruined my entire stay (8 nights).

Updated but not upgraded. Day one after check in I had to be moved four times because of inadequacies (nonworking things). Aesthetically changed in some ways—but overall outdated. The Hilton affiliation is just that, a name affiliation.

This hotel has lost its Spark.
Pros:

Room was very clean.

Cons:

The air handler in the room was noisy and controls didn't work.
No water pressure to take a shower. This was bad.
Breakfast was poor and coffee was always cold.
Checked out early. The hotel staff didn't care to give me a discount on the room.
