Other than the parking it was all good!!
Cons:

Access to parking easily was frustrating as we kept funding into closed roads and or inconsiderate drivers parking where they shouldn't.

Will definitely stay again for downtown activities, will recommend it to my friends
Pros:

Parking is tight getting around in the garage, but acceptable. Location is prime. Staff is excellent. Access to the pedway is wonderful, especially considering the weather!

Avoid. Homeless drug addicts inside and outside the hotel.
Pros:

Clean rooms and bed was good.

Cons:

The area is overrun by junks and homeless people. Very aggressive at that, creating a dangerous situation.
They also run into the lobby, complete with blankets, then up the stairs and disappear into the hotel. Hotel has security but not enough as I saw this happen twice in two days. This is a very unsafe and unacceptable situation. Avoid.
