although the inn had a no smoking rule on balconies and public places, this was not enforced, as there were smokers on the balconies which made the experience offensive to us.

À éviter absolument ! Hôtel de passe, insalubre, marqué non-fumeur mais ça sentait énormément le moisi et la cigarette. Nous sommes allés à la réception nous plaindre et ils nous ont donné une canette de parfum pour les odeurs, absurde! Il y a des mouches partout dans la chambre, un parking avec plein de poubelles partout. L'eau de la piscine est opaque et verdâtre. Rien à voir avec leurs photos et impossible de changer de chambre, aucun accommodement à la réception et ils ne voulaient pas rembourser. Nous avons changé d'hôtel et ils nous ont quand même facturé la première nuit, car nous avions réservé à l'avance... Bref, je ne le conseille à personne, c'est vraiment dégoûtant comme endroit, rien à voir avec les photos.

Pros:

the staff was nice, room was ok... had to change my room because 1st one smelled like cigarette smoke concierge told me i booked a smoking room.

Cons:

we found a bug in our room that looked like a bedbug, the towel service was horrible they gave us 2 to 3 towels for a party of 4. while returning 3 dirty towels for 4 clean ones there was an issue
