I didn't end up staying, I was to uncomfortable & I never got a email back from manager for refund.

Cons:

Service was horrible at check in desk, hotel looked nothing like the photos online, there were 3 cop cars posted out in the front parking lot, you could clearly see drug deals going on from the balconies. I was scared to stay there and when I went in hours earlier before check in to speak to a manager to see if I could cancel my reservation I was given a run around and told to email online. Hotel windows on balcony were dirty and dark/dingy. Pool didn't look like photos either.

Nothing. It was nasty, moldy, dirty, holy. It had free parking that’s about it. I WANT A REFUND

That place needs to shut down, and start over. The first room was bothering with our asthma, me and my son could barely breathe. It was mold everywhere, beds sheets was damp, it was hole in the wall. Next room was holes , microwave was horrible, it was dirty. I WANT A REFUND

Relatively a nice place to stay.

although the inn had a no smoking rule on balconies and public places, this was not enforced, as there were smokers on the balconies which made the experience offensive to us.

Pros:

À éviter absolument ! Hôtel de passe, insalubre, marqué non-fumeur mais ça sentait énormément le moisi et la cigarette. Nous sommes allés à la réception nous plaindre et ils nous ont donné une canette de parfum pour les odeurs, absurde! Il y a des mouches partout dans la chambre, un parking avec plein de poubelles partout. L'eau de la piscine est opaque et verdâtre. Rien à voir avec leurs photos et impossible de changer de chambre, aucun accommodement à la réception et ils ne voulaient pas rembourser. Nous avons changé d'hôtel et ils nous ont quand même facturé la première nuit, car nous avions réservé à l'avance... Bref, je ne le conseille à personne, c'est vraiment dégoûtant comme endroit, rien à voir avec les photos.
