Convenient and pleasant place to stay
Pros:

The hotel offered us a pleasant and spacious bedroom with two double beds and a nice bathroom, it has a lovely terrace on the top floor. Its location is very convenient, being close to the ADO bus station (airport/other locations in Mexico) and also a nearby local bus stop that provides an inexpensive bus ride to the luxury and expensive Zona Hotelera and beautiful beaches. The main ferry port to the islands is also not far. The male receptionist was very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was quite dark. Although it had large windows, there was very little natural sunlight, and in the evening only the two bedside lamps and the mirror light were working. I had to use the torch on my phone to look inside the wardrobe! We didn’t report the issue that some light bulbs needed replacing, as we were out most of the time and our stay at the hotel was very short.

Really close to bus terminal good area , good for the price.
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

Very outdated, only had a sheet on the bed had to go to receptionist to ask for a thicker blanket, toilet is horrible you have to flush the toilet multiple times just so the water can go down, pool very small did not use it maybe can hold about 8 people and that’s a tight swim.

Opinión sobre plaza kokai
Pros:

La habitación y cama super cómoda, el aseo tambien la chica dejaba todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Cons:

La tele demasiado pequeña para la habitación, le falta un míni cooler o algo para guardar víveres mas helados con el calor que hace allá era necesario, lo otro fuimos al restaurante 2 veces y jamás nos atendieron esperamos mucho rato sentados y nada solo nos miraban asique pésimo nos parábamos e íbamos a otro lugar....
El tema del agua caliente a ciertas horas tambien no me pareció ya que si uno paga es por tener todo ok todo el tiempo...

Bon hotel en centre ville
Pros:

Hotel très propre et agréable car calme et staff présent et accueillant. Établissement très bien placé ! On peut accéder au centre ville en une dizaine de minutes à pieds et sinon prendre le taxi vers la zone hôtelière ou le ferry pour isla mujeres qu'on rejoint en très peu de temps. Gare centrale ADO à huit minutes à pieds également.
La chambre était correcte, lits et oreillers confortables, eau chaude avec debit et clim fonctionnelle.
Rooftop avec très jolie vue.

Je recommande pour un court ou moyen séjour :)

La seule chose qui m'a déçue est la temperature de la piscine, froide à mon goût car le soleil ne tape pas beaucoup dessus donc je n'ai pas pu en profiter...
