La comida del restaurante, demasiado buena y accesible, el baño tenía buena presión de agua, siempre limpiaban el cuarto y acomodaban las cosas, tienen elevador para no subir las escaleras, el personal muy atento y amable en todo momento, nos tocó una bonita vista. Además la ubicación está excelente, nos quedaba cerca de todo!
Las paredes no son muy delgadas o con poca retención acústica se escucha todo lo de afuera y todo lo de adentro de las habitaciones, que la tele no tuviera mucha variedad de canales y que no haya estacionamiento un poco más grande, pero la verdad son detalles mínimos que no impiden la comodidad de uno al momento de llegar al hotel

La chambre et le lit étaient confortables
Absolutely one of the surprises hotel,very clean ,very good price, location some min walking from the centre of Cancun and bus station,very safe,very clean,ok swimming pool is there but even without that hotel is realy look good.
Everything ok,swimming pool is like is not there.
I liked the communal areas; the reception area with the sofas, the restaurant/bar (great coffee btw!), & the pool area. The staff was lovely, I arrived early but the room was ready so they let me check in without charging extra.
The room itself was dark and gloomy
The lady on the front desk was friendly and made check- in easy. She answered all my questions and spoke slowly and clearly which made it easy for me to understand as I am practising my Spanish.
They let me leave my luggage there for a few hours.
Close to the ADO bus station, so I chose this hotel for that reason and due to the price, just for a one night stopover.
No kettle or anything in the room to make a hot drink in the morning. No drinking water in the room and no option to buy any in the hotel.
I went downstairs to buy a coffee in their cafe to take back to my room in the morning, and it was very expensive for a slightly cold cheap coffee.

Los cuartos están viejos, no muy limpios, la camarera el primer día no limpio el baño.
NO tiene conexiones para el cel en el cuarto, solo en el baño y ya vieja
Pedí un cobertor y me llevaron una cosa horrible que parecía mantel

La ubicación es buena.
No tiene parking, el wc estaba sucio, las paredes de cuarto a cuarto se escuchan la habitación junta desde las 5 am su celular sonando y todo se escuchaba

They took my payment and were not even available to assist me or let me in. I contacted them immediately. They didn't answer, not did they refund me. Luckily it was only 1 night that they stole from me. I would recommend a different hotel especially as a single female traveler

Bof, hôtel vieillot, piscine trouble et sale, c'était bien pour une nuit avant de prendre l'avion.
Tout ce qui est servi au restaurant est limité immangeable
