A simple, comfortable stay for a night in Cancun in a good location.
Pros:

Ease of check in, and staff were great when payment card did not process in advance for the booking. Help with bags provided and easy location. Room was comfortable enough for one night. Good road of restaurants nearby (5-10 minute walk from the hotel).

Cons:

The pool could be updated a bit as was not the inviting. Parking is limited onsite but surrounding roads have space and free public parking - but be prepared to not have an allocated parking space as the hotel car park only fits 4 cars so you might have to stop to check in and unload before parking elsewhere.

Je ne sais même pas par où commencer tellement la nuit a été catastrophique.

En arrivant dans la chambre, la salle de bain était pleine de cheveux, et la lumière au-dessus de ma tête tombait.

Et ne parlons même pas de la nuit : c’était tout simplement la pire nuit que j’ai passée dans un hôtel de toute ma vie. Il y avait énormément de bruit dans les couloirs, des gens parlaient très fort et tapaient aux portes jusqu’à 1h du matin.

J’ai eu “la chance” que le calme revienne un peu jusqu’à 6h30, mais ensuite le vacarme a repris : des personnes ont recommencé à taper aux portes, et ont même frappé à la mienne à 7h du matin.

Malgré tout ce bruit, lorsque je suis descendue le signaler à la réception, on m’a répondu que personne ne s’était plaint, comme si j’inventais ce que j’avais entendu.

Pour à peu près le même prix vous avez le Parador hôtel bien plus à l écoute, ne pas prendre cet hôtel sauf si c est le seul de la ville qu il reste

Good hotel
Pros:

Stayed here before. Quite large rooms. Good beds and good shower.
Place has an Ok restaurant as well so all in all it is a good deal.
About 7 minutes walk to ADO bus terminal. Good wifi.

No es un 4 estrellas
Pros:

Está cerca de la estación ADO, lo cual lo hace perfecto para estancias muy cortas para moverse a otro punto de la península. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y tiene servicio 24 h.

Cons:

En Booking aparece como un 4 estrellas, cuando realmente en su web es un 3 estrellas decadente.
Las fotos están bastante tuneadas, puesto que la habitación que nos tocó era bastante más vieja de lo que parecía.
Se oye prácticamente cualquier ruido que pueda haber dentro y fuera de la estructura, ya que las habitaciones exteriores dan a una calle principal y las paredes interiores deben de ser muy finas (hasta se oía a la gente de la habitación al lado ir al baño).
Tanto la ducha como el grifo del lavabo tenían muy mala presión.
Los muebles son muy viejos (ni se podía abrir el cajón de la mesilla de noche) y dentro del armario había solo 3 perchas.

En general, no fue una experiencia horrible, pero sí muy decepcionante ya que esperábamos alojarnos en un 4 estrellas nuevo y acogedor y no fue nada de todo esto.

Stärkstes Internet überhaupt im Herzen Cancúns
Pros:

Die Lage im Herzen Cancúns war für mich ideal. Der zentrale Bushof liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es einige hochklassigere Restaurants. Ein kleiner Supermarkt kann um die Ecke gefunden werden. Das Gelände des Puerto Cancún befindet sich bereits am Ende der Straße.

Das Hotel verfügt auch über ein Restaurant, in dem es gutes Essen für einen guten Preis gibt. Dort war ich mehrfach zum Frühstück und Abendessen.

An dieser Stelle mache ich auf die stärkste Internetverbindung meines Lebens aufmerksam, die ich in diesem Hotelrestaurant gefunden habe! Respekt! Das Internet in meinem Zimmer in der 3. Etage war auch noch ziemlich stark. Allerdings da eher Durchschnitt mit Schwankungen beim Handy.

Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt, doch die Anlage sah in Ordnung aus. Ich habe mehrere Familien dort gesehen.

Die Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich durfte mein Mietfahrrad sogar zur Abholung dort stehen lassen. Es gibt einen abschließbaren Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum.

Obwohl das Hotel familienfreundlich und gut besucht ist, war mein Aufenthalt angenehm leise und ich hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Mein Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, TV und Telefon. Das Fenster zur Straße kann geöffnet werden und der 'Balkon' eignet sich hervorragend als Ablage für Schuhe. Das Bad war sauber und das warme Wasser in der Dusche war zumindest immer warm. Die Einbauschränke bieten viel Stauraum. An dem kleinen Tisch habe ich gerne gesessen, da man von dort aus die Aussicht auf die Stadt genießen kann.

Cons:

-Der Espresso ist zu teuer.
-Das Schloss an meiner Zimmertür benötigt Aufmerksamkeit.
-Die Zugangskarten für die Zimmer müssen täglich neu an der Rezeption aktiviert werden

GOOD LOCATION AND A DECENT VALUE OVER ALL..

Cons:

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING OR HAVE LIQUOR IN YOUR ROOM..... IN THE RESTAURANT, THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE.... AND NEEDLES TO SAY IT WAS A NO-BRAINER WE WALKED OUT AND WENT ELSEWHERE.....WHAT A SHAME.

Pros:

Easy one night stop near the bus station. Plenty of food around and close to a supermarket.

Cons:

Out room wasn't ready at 3pm for check-in and we had to sit around and wait. It'd be great to have drinking water available.

La literie était bonne. Pour une nuit c’est correct.

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre il y avait une odeur d’humidité très forte. Et la piscine n’était pas très propre.
