When I checked in at the hotel, they charged my card twice for the room, claiming—falsely—that the payment hadn’t gone through. The next day they admitted their mistake and said they’d processed a refund. But a week has already passed, and I still haven’t received any money. I also contacted my bank; the staff tried to reach the hotel, but no one is responding to them regarding this fraudulent transaction. 800€ were stolen
