Pros:

Great location - well appointed rooms and good sound proofing. Warm, welcoming staff and in our case exceptional service from the front desk supervisor.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike and that’s why we had returned there.

Wonderful and very comfortable stay ❤️❤️. Will come back again.
Pros:

1. Super convenient location - easy access and short walking distance to central station where we found train, bus, boat and tram rides to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go! Free ferry to new, hip Amsterdam North and the “A’Dam Lookout” with new rooftop swings, bar, restaurants and simulated rides all within easy reach via the free ferry just in front of Amsterdam central station.

2. Easy access to quick shopping, meals, snacks, sandwiches, convenient stores, tour ticket office which are all housed at Amsterdam Central just opposite the hotel.

3. Super easy access to quite a few canal tour boasts within walking distance. We had a fun tour with a very humorous boat captain with the (yellow branded , can’t recall name ), Boats were super clean and comfortable .

4. The famous delicious Pancake Amsterdam Centraal is just next door, a few steps away around the bend from the hotel.

5. The room we picked was facing the canal and has a beautiful view - day or night . It was fairly spacious, has the most generous bathroom sink counter length that allowed me to spread out all my cosmetics and skincare bottles and still have room to spare for my husband ‘s toiletries.

6. Bathroom came with heater bars which made the toilet warm and toasty during our late winter stay and helps to dry up our light washing very fast.

7. Quality finishing and amenities in the room.

8. Very very clean room. I tested all the surfaces with my own wet wipes and they came out spotless - literally for all corners.

9. Good space for wardrobe, which not all hotels provide. Good bedside table space as well ; plenty of drawers to keep our stuff .

10. They encourage guests to be green and incentivize them with free drinks at the bar with each day that the guests skip housekeeping.

11. Breakfast was amazing ! Range is wide and exquisite and truly value for money.

12. Free water and fruits infused water with snacks daily at the lobby .

13. Staff is very friendly and helpful .

2. Shower stall glass divider is not long enough so need to be careful not to wet the bathroom floor outside shower stall during shower
