Bien placé, pas à la hauteur des attentes classiques pour un palace, trop cher pour ce qu'il offre.

Le confort de la literie, le calme durant la nuit (chambre donnant sur une cours intérieure)

L'hôtel ne fourni pas du tout un service digne d'un Palace, comment cet établissement a-t-il pu obtenir le label "PALACE", c'est inadmissible quand je vois comment nous avons été reçu. Trop cher au regard des services en général.
Aucun accompagnement à la chambre ni explication des services de l'établissement. Aucun service pour les bagages, débrouillez vous vous même...
Nous avons réservé via BOOKING et, par plusieurs expériences, nous constatons que les clients passant par BOOKING ne reçoivent pas le même traitement et les mêmes considérations qu'un client qui réserve directement à l'hôtel. L'accueil, les chambres proposées, l'accompagnement et les considérations du client sont trop négligées, Pour notre part, nous pensons que ce sera la dernière expérience avec BOOKING.
Pour les véhicules d'un poids supérieur à 2000 kg, impossible d'utiliser le parking privé de l'hôtel, obligé d'aller au parking public à environ 300 mètres à 65 € par jour, et les bagages à la main pour accéder à l'hôtel en traversant une multitude de voies de tram, de voitures et de vélos, toutes entremêlées et surchargées de trafic. Prudence recommandée.
L'hôtel nous a proposé une chambre avec lits séparés pour un couple. Obligation de refuser la chambre pour être placés dans une autre chambre extrêmement petite avec un lit double après 30 minutes de discutions..., La chambre proposée est certes calme mais très mal conçue, très à l'étroit, avec des marches à l'intérieur difficilement praticables, 1 seule table de nuit, pas assez de prises de courant. En prime, pour un palace, le réfrigérateur est totalement vide !!!
Petit déjeuner correct mais pas digne d'un Palace.
