Cons:

We had booked two massage sessions before we departed. The external company doing these massages didn’t turn up which was disappointing and wasted our time.

Awful.
Pros:

We have scaffolding outside our room. The noise from this and the bar is unacceptable. It's obvious the hotel put British and American guests in these rooms. If you are from either of these countries, please do not book this hotel.

Would definitely stay again !
Pros:

The Hotel is in a fantastic location. Extremely easy to get to and in the heart of the city everything is very close. The hotel itself is extremely clean and the facilities are exceptional. Staff were amazing and so lovely to deal with and very very helpful !

Cons:

The only thing that was quiet disappointing was the WiFi quality was extremely poor and there was no smart TV’s in the rooms meaning I could only watch 2-3 English speaking channels which had a very poor selection. No screen casting from phones or even access to Netflix or other movie apps.
