Not good value for money.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly - although they did omit to inform us that there is a roof terrace with sunbeds which we found by accident.

Cons:

The rooms were too cramped to be comfortable. Much more expensive than a far nicer hotel we had stayed in at the beginning of our holiday - also in the old town of rhodes.

Excellent stay at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Rhodes Old Town. The hotel is beautifully designed, full of character, and perfectly located for exploring the historic center. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and impeccably clean.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, always making us feel welcome and ensuring that everything was perfect during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail.

The atmosphere of the hotel is unique, combining luxury, history, and charm. We especially enjoyed the wine bar and the peaceful ambiance despite being in such a central location.

We highly recommend 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Rhodes.

Great Hotel & Staff (except the manager/owner)
Pros:

Stayed for 6 nights in May. The hotel
Is within the medieval city walls and has a lot of character and is within walking distance of all the town’s attractions.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the private seating area outside each room was a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent, menu, rather than buffet, style due to the hotel only having 13 rooms.

The staff were great, always friendly and chatty, especially the young guy who served breakfast most mornings (sorry didn’t get his name).

Cons:

The only negative was the blonde haired manager/owner (not exactly sure which she was). She was clearly full of her own importance and strutted around with a scowl on her face. Not once did we see her engage any of the guests and the first couple of mornings she completely ignored us when we said good morning (so we never spoke to her after that).

As the manager/owner she should be setting an example to her team, but instead she could take a few lessons from them as regards customer service.

That aside we had a great stay.
