Insanely expensive for a subpar stay.
Pros:

It was clearly run down. The wallpaper on the 5th floor was peeling off the walls, the balcony doors in my room were duct taped shut, the radiator cover was off of the radiator. There were all these extra add-ons for little things that made no sense.

Cons:

Just about everything. The only thing keeping it afloat is the location.

It was fine for 1-2 nights
Pros:

The ease of getting around.

Cons:

We stayed on the 5th floor. There was wall paper peeling off the walls and the entire floor is in need of paint. Just looks like it could use a make over.

We had a lovely stay and beautiful view. Clean room, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the valet and the front desk. Shout out to Alexandre and Paula for always having the answers we needed. Looking forward to visiting again.

It’s All About The Service
Pros:

After long airport delays ending in a canceled flight we checked to the Bostonian Boston Hotel. The service was outstanding beginning with Andrew who assisted with our luggage and offered his assistance with all questions. We actually remembered Andy from years prior that’s how much of an impression he made. We then had the pleasure of meeting Said. He is the hotel restaurant bartender/waiter I say this because we were socked in a snow storm so he did it all. Alexander the front desk manager was very responsive to any requests and a pleasure to meet.
