A Pet Friendly Hotel That Feels Like Home
We welcome everyone at The Bostonian Hotel, including your four-legged family members. Our pet friendly hotel in heart of Boston welcomes your pets with additional accommodations including water bowls and toys, as well as proximity to the Green Way for walks and fresh air through the city. The Bostonian allows leashed dogs throughout the hotel public areas, with the exception of our restaurants and the Fitness Center. For guests who have allergies, The Bostonian also offers designated pet-free floors. We offer packages included doggy bags, treats, dog beds, water and food bowls.
Pet Policy
We ask that your pets occupy the same room, weigh less than 25 pounds and are not left in the room unsupervised. If your pet needs to be left in the room unsupervised it must be crated in case staff members need to enter the room in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival, guests will be charged a nonrefundable $75 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees may result if Housekeeping deems it necessary. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, fitness center, or meeting space. Failure to comply with the Hotel Pet Policy may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Service animals are welcome at the hotel and throughout the conference areas regardless of breed. If your service animal requires special conditions, please speak with our Front Desk or call 617-523-3600 prior to your arrival.

No face cloth, 1 small towel for two of us, no microwave , very dark hotel, paid additional $30 for location (did not know that ahead of time)
The location is great. Close to the Italian neighborhood and the old city. Good distance from North and South station too.
The staff were really nice and helpful.
It was quiet despite being in a busy area.
The beds did not seem like Queen but Full. The mattress is a bit too soft for us.
During the night our room smelled like someone was smoking nearby. Cannot say if the smell came from inside or outside the hotel.

First room they gave us was disgusting. Stains all over the room: curtains, furniture, carpet. Upholstery was torn. Shower was filthy. Second room they gave us there was no heat. Thermostat was broken. Lamp was busted. The fridge was literally dismantled and taken apart. Window would close because handle was broken. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain.
I came with my 7 yr old son for a little fun in the city so we were right where we needed to be! Walking distance to all the things he wanted to do.
Room was definitely old, TV and hairdryer didn't work, but that was really fine.
Visiting from the Midwest for a weekend getaway, we booked The Bostonian Hotel based on the close proximity to local attractions and the reputation of Millennium Hotels. We were not disappointed!! The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated, but it was the staff that made our stay so enjoyable. The two front desk personnel (same two individuals both days) were so attentive and professional, and Andrew the bellman couldn't have been more helpful with our every request. With Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market right out your front door, and the North End a short car transfer away, we had an amazing time while in residence at this property.
I traveled to Boston for my husband’s birthday. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to get around by walking to different locations and enjoying the downtown scenery. I must mention the excellent service we received from Alexandre at the front desk who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Alexandre informed us about restaurants and anything we wanted to know. Overall we had an excellent experience. The Bostonian hotel will not disappoint you it is a wonderful place to stay and please make sure you stop at the front desk to see Alexandre. Again thank you Alexandre for everything

BIG THANK YOU to Alexandre, the front office manager - he was fantastic in helping my son and I upon check-in as well as guiding us in where to visit during our stay in Boston. The service level was 5-star for sure - from Alexandre at the front desk to the staff and team members, including the delivery of extra blankets to our room. The hotel location is exceptional - walking distrance to all the sites. Looking forward to visiting here again.

Great location and great customer service
Went to Boston for a concert and needed a room close to the TD Gardens. This is perfect! 10 minute walk to so many great places. Spent the weekend and never used Uber/Lyft.

When we did check out we had a few hours before traveling, the hotel held our luggage until we needed to leave; so convenient!

The location is perfect. We liked being able to walk to attractions, restaurants and the TD Garden Center. Alexandre was great and helpful!
It was clearly run down. The wallpaper on the 5th floor was peeling off the walls, the balcony doors in my room were duct taped shut, the radiator cover was off of the radiator. There were all these extra add-ons for little things that made no sense.
Just about everything. The only thing keeping it afloat is the location.
