A Pet Friendly Hotel That Feels Like Home

We welcome everyone at The Bostonian Hotel, including your four-legged family members. Our pet friendly hotel in heart of Boston welcomes your pets with additional accommodations including water bowls and toys, as well as proximity to the Green Way for walks and fresh air through the city. The Bostonian allows leashed dogs throughout the hotel public areas, with the exception of our restaurants and the Fitness Center. For guests who have allergies, The Bostonian also offers designated pet-free floors. We offer packages included doggy bags, treats, dog beds, water and food bowls.

Pet Policy

We ask that your pets occupy the same room, weigh less than 25 pounds and are not left in the room unsupervised. If your pet needs to be left in the room unsupervised it must be crated in case staff members need to enter the room in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival, guests will be charged a nonrefundable $75 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees may result if Housekeeping deems it necessary. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, fitness center, or meeting space. Failure to comply with the Hotel Pet Policy may result in being asked to leave without refund.

Service animals are welcome at the hotel and throughout the conference areas regardless of breed. If your service animal requires special conditions, please speak with our Front Desk or call 617-523-3600 prior to your arrival.

Lovely staff. Perfect location.
Pros:

There was a wonderful receptionist, Shanti, who assisted us on check in. She went much more than the extra mile to arrange a room that we were happy with. It was wonderful! We were so blown away by her kindness, efficiency and professionalism. What a credit to the hotel she is!

Pros:

Location was great. Easy walking distance to so many places.

Cons:

It’s a little dated. Wallpaper is peeling in places in both the hallways and the room.

Overall, it was a very pleasant day. We only stayed one night. The rooms were perfect. Staff was friendly.
Pros:

We enjoyed the balconies and being able to see Quincy market. The location was perfect.

Cons:

I misread, and we thought there was a pool. Also know parking garage for the hotel, but we did find one very close within walking distance.

Tek kisilik buyuk yatakli oda verip acilip kapanan yatak getirdiler ki o da cok rahatsizdi.Calisanlar hic yardimci degildi ve suratsizdi. Cocuk 5 yas icin kahvalti dahil degil diyerek ek para talep ettiler.

Miserable. Thank god I booked for only a single night. Stayed in Back Bay later in the week.
Pros:

Outstanding location.

Cons:

Had to change rooms. Nasty construction materials view. Clearly renovations are underway including the roof and landscaping. The rooms are dated and wall paper peeling. Not what I expect for $500 a night no matter the location.

Excellent location, but the poor room view, miscommunication regarding a room change, and slow response to basic request

Great location!

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the room view, which overlooked a construction/dumpster area. We were initially told that a room change might be possible and packed accordingly but the following day we were informed that no rooms were available after all. This created unnecessary inconvenience. In addition, when we requested soap, it took over an hour to arrive and required two follow-up calls to the front desk.

Really disappointing end to our time in the US.
Pros:

Central location.

Cons:

Balcony doors were broken in our room when we arrived, so the facilities man had to gaffer tape them shut as there were no other rooms available, didn’t sleep on the first night due to noise.
No shower gel in the dispenser in the shower, the A/C was so temperamental, outdated hotel that doesn’t warrant the cost of staying there.
Unwarranted charges on my credit card without permission also.
