L’emplacement est exceptionnel
Hôtel très vieux, ne fait pas propre.
Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.
Location, location, location.
Rooms could have been cleaner, little things like the walls in bathroom and vanity area, windows, etc. but it didn't impact our comfort.
You can’t beat the location and everyone was nice and helpful
Elegant
Staff dont take customers seriously
Good location
Staff mostly management
We had a Superior King room. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent.
The Juliet Balcony was nice, but our particular room did not have a great view. You could see a bit of the Marketplace if you looked to the right through the alley.
The hotel was conveniently located to the markets and TD garden to watch sport, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy
Phone in room wasn’t working so we had to go down to the restaurant to order room service, not a big deal just alittle inconvenience
Travelled from Ireland for St Patrick’s weekend, hotel is in a great location, clean rooms and staff really friendly especially Alexander at front desk who went above and beyond for us. Alexander, loved your lemon cake!!
This hotel provided 16 of us with a once in lifetime experience. It started with Marcella who was extremely accommodating and met our every need and request with setting up the block. It then moved to Camille who took over for Marcella and made 100% certain special requests were taken care of of and she was so easy to work with but the employee who absolutely went way above and beyond and far exceeded every expectation was the front desk Manager, Alexandre. He was incredibly pleasant, friendly and the utmost professional. If we ran into a small request he took care of it immediately. The hotel should be exceptionally proud to have a manager like Alexandre.
We have been coming to Boston every year for the past 25 years and had never stayed here before but because of the staff, professionalism, accommodations and location this will be our hotel every year going forward.
I highly recommend The Bostonian mainly because of the interactions with every staff member. THANK YOU for providing such a great experience for group of Irish Garda and from South Carolina!!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!
Location
Restorant offer
Location was great. View from room. After messing up at check in they were able to give us the room we booked.
From the moment we met thr Front Office Manager Alexander he made sure our stay went smoothly. We travelled from Ireland and were so well looked after. Definitely a lasting impression left and would return.
The location was incredible and the staff were really kind. The beds were comfy and bedsheets clean.
The hotel room is very dated and honestly somewhat dirty. The latch to the balcony door was broken, the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not close all the way and had a random screw drilled in the bottom haphazardly, and the fridge in the room was completely dismantled and left that way (electronics and wires exposed). When we called/inquired about a new fridge for the milk we had for our baby, they told us they would bring one up to the room shortly. We waited for a while and ultimately went downstairs to check; they said they definitely do not have any fridges available. Poor communication among staff then. They were willing to give us buckets of ice, but it still seemed somewhat strange. We ended up keeping the lunch pail outside on the balcony because it was cold enough but it was really bizarre.
The door to the air handling vent was not attached to the wall and was just leaning there.
The place was nothing like the photos at all. The room was dingy. Walls scuffed and dirty. The carpets were in desperate need of a real clean. It just felt somewhat gross for where it was located and the price. I would not stay here again solely because of the condition and cleanliness.
great location, slow wifi want you to pay for premium, some maintainance issue seem neglected like only one lift dont know what you do if that one malfuctions
breakfast is expensive I like breaky included but it wasnt available 1/2 price around corner
The manager Alexander was excellent!
He handled our feedback like a true professional.
I find that the hotel needs a lot of TLC!
It 1 lift was not working , the gym equipment was out of order, the reception coffee machine was beyond pathetic…. Breakfast room no espresso or cappuccino coffee , Basically hotel needs serious attention - we landed cancelling the remaining time and moving hotels.
I must compliment the manager Alexander for being super understanding and arranging the refund and also ensuring all my parcels were received in my absence - thank you for always keeping in communication.
