A Pet Friendly Hotel That Feels Like Home
We welcome everyone at The Bostonian Hotel, including your four-legged family members. Our pet friendly hotel in heart of Boston welcomes your pets with additional accommodations including water bowls and toys, as well as proximity to the Green Way for walks and fresh air through the city. The Bostonian allows leashed dogs throughout the hotel public areas, with the exception of our restaurants and the Fitness Center. For guests who have allergies, The Bostonian also offers designated pet-free floors. We offer packages included doggy bags, treats, dog beds, water and food bowls.
Pet Policy
We ask that your pets occupy the same room, weigh less than 25 pounds and are not left in the room unsupervised. If your pet needs to be left in the room unsupervised it must be crated in case staff members need to enter the room in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival, guests will be charged a nonrefundable $75 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees may result if Housekeeping deems it necessary. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, fitness center, or meeting space. Failure to comply with the Hotel Pet Policy may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Service animals are welcome at the hotel and throughout the conference areas regardless of breed. If your service animal requires special conditions, please speak with our Front Desk or call 617-523-3600 prior to your arrival.

The location is excellent, and the room is spacious.
We got a free room upgrade through Booking.com and it was wonderful. Great size, loved the balcony, loved the bathroom with a separate makeup/dressing room and the location could not have been better.
I can't think of anything. We were so happy with it, we tried to book it again for a trip we have planned next March but it was full.

The proximity to Fanueil Hall was the reason we stayed. Easy to get anywhere with the subway so close.
Our two rooms were on the same floor as adked and very close.

Location is perfect: Right beside the Quincy market and most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Hotel although older was classy and classic style. Very comfortable and cosy, staff very helpful and friendly.
We were there with The Tartan Army so it was the ideal place for the No Scotland No Party nights!
Nothing major. Door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and eventually was impossible to open so gave up!
The location is great and there is a lot of walkable sights to see in the surrounding area. The staff was also very nice and tried to accommodate us when issues were brought to their attention.
Our room was dirty and things were not working. There were a couple stains on the bed sheets. The central air was broken so there was a standing unit that was loud and just smelled funky. The elevators ended up also not working and we had to use the service elevators. At one point we also tried to call down to the front desk and the phone also didn’t work. It’s a great hotel just seemed very run down and in need of some upgrades and proper cleaning.
Housekeeping did not replenish coffee and related supplies in room. When we asked front desk in the morning they said they would send some up but no one came. We asked why later, they said well, no one was here. So why did they tell us they would send suplies up? This happened more than once.

Excellent location in heart of main area. Close to harbour and old town. Good quality hotel, helpful staff, comfy beds. Very big room and decent shower with separate dressing area.
Like most US hotels the ac is noisy. Automatic switch on and off. But we needed it and it worked very well.

Facilities were not as clean as could be. No body wash, shampoo or hand wash.
Location is perfect. Spacious room and nice character to the building.
It was quite noisy as I had a room right next to the road and the balcony doors were not closing very well anymore.
