Nice stay. Good neighborhood, but expensive.
Pros:

We booked this hotel for 1 night because our flight was cancelled. The property is in a nice neighborhood near Volden Park. The room was perfect for 3 people. It was quiet and clean. When we came in earlier than our check-in time the clerk allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel and included free breakfast, which was very nice.

Cons:

When actually checking in, a different clerk told us that we have to pay a 10% city tax. After I told her that I probably already paid it via Booking.com she told me that no -- this was not included. When checking out the next day I accidentally noticed that my Booking.com bill is exactly equal to the amount on the hotel receipt. That meant that I did pay the city tax via Booking. After I pointed this out to a clerk (a different one from the day before) she admitted that a previous clerk made a mistake and refunded the tax. But, I was lucky to have caught this mistake.

Also -- the hotel was very pricey, but we had no choice, since we needed something quick for 1 night due to flight cancellation.

Pros:

Çalışanlar canayakın ve ilgiliydi. Oda genişti. Sokağın gürültüsü ve yan odaların sesi hiç duyulmazdı. Konumu tramvay ve otobis duraklarına çok yakındı.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento con una ubicación muy buena a pocos minutos del centro, se puede ir caminando o en tranvía. La habitación estaba bien, todo muy cuidado. La cama, muy cómoda La atención del personal, perfecta.

Cons:

La ducha del baño no era muy cómoda de usar y la ventilación podría haber sido mejor.

Me pareció caro por lo que era. No entiendo por qué es un hotel de 4 estrellas. No me lo pareció. El desayuno no lo tomamos porque nos pareció muy caro. El hotel es correcto pero sencillo. Muy bien ubicado.

I was pleasantly surprised. My stay was enjoyable. I’d stay there again.
Pros:

Great location in museum district. Close to public transportation, including steps away from airport bus. Staff was great, super helpful and fun.

Cons:

My room was tiny (which was actually ok with me) but dark. Lots of close-by construction. The breakfast was just ok. Wish the hotel had a bar or offered other meals.
