Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό.
Πολύ καλό πρωινό.
Άνετο δωμάτιο με θέα στον κήπο. Αν και είχαμε κλείσει δίκλινο μας έδωσαν τρίκλινο στην ίδια τιμή.
Ατομική θέρμανση οπότε τον έλεγχο τον είχαμε εμείς.
Πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία με τα Μουσεία και σε στάσεις τραμ και λεωφορείων αλλά και από το κέντρο της πόλης.

La camera comfort troppo piccola, il bagno piccolo con il lavandino piccolissimo, il rumore notturno proveniente da qualche impianto dello stesso hotel con evidentemente difficoltà a riposare, il rumore causato da clienti maleducati e ubriachi al rientro in hotel alle 3 di notte, brutta esperienza generale, mai più in questo hotel

Cons:

Bathroom door was missing a lock. The birthday pack I paid 20 euros for was not the best value, a few balloons which were barely filled and healthy snacks that didn’t taste very nice.

very enjoyable and comfortable with helpful staff
Pros:

the room was spacious, the location was good as it wasn't right in the centre where everything was loud and busy but it was easy to get into the city centre via tram. the staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

the shower floor could have been cleaner.
