Location, Location, Location!!! Staff was wonderful, food at the hotel was excellent. Walking distance to most everything! Valet parking is a must and nice option.Shopping was great! The hotel had plenty of gathering area’s through out. Bridge bar area is a must. Rooms were clean and very nice.

Breakfast at Little Fib was super delicious. Best part was the buffet. Omelette station manned by Danny was superb.
Only complaint… buffet is located in back corner and out of sight. They should do more to bring more attention to it for their patrons.

The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Trey Hill was our bellman when we left and he was EXCELLENT!!!
The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, and the common areas are very inviting. Nashville is a vibrant city, and my overall stay had the potential to be much better.
However, as an Ambassador-level guest, I was disappointed with several details in the room and lounge experience.
The room did not include an extra blanket or additional pillows, which I consider a basic standard in hotels that truly uphold their brand reputation. The pillows on the bed were extremely flat, with no cushion or proper support, and felt low quality. The air conditioning unit looked outdated, and the carpet in the room did not appear clean.
In the lounge, dessert was not served until 8:00 PM, and unfortunately, the food that was available was cold. These details significantly impact the guest experience, especially at this level.
As someone who travels frequently and understands hospitality standards, it is rare for me to feel that expectations were not met. With more attention to comfort and quality control, this property could deliver a much stronger experience.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my stay in Nashville could have been much better.

The Renaissance stood out for its location - proximity to Music Row. But that's where its value proposition ends. The moment you pull up to the curb, you are left wondering if you're at the main entrance for the hotel, or if it's some forgotten side entrance. There's no access curb for cars to pull into. My uber had to stop in the middle of the road to let me unload my bags.
The worst part of the experience was the time it takes to get to and from your room, because there aren't enough elevators. The shortest wait for the elevators was 5 minutes, and I can't speak for the longest wait, since I ended up taking the stairs from the 16th floor, after waiting for the elevator for more than 15 minutes. Every single ride in the elevator involved conversations with fellow guests complaining about poor service.

After much debate of where I even wanted my business, choosing the Renaissance Nashville Hotel was the best decision made on my visit to TN. I will say the highlight for me, was from the very beginning, the staff was extremely welcoming and you could tell they were highly attentive professionals. There was a gentleman with great personality and hair who was very impressive with his attention to detail in his process with customer care, support, and service. If I can remember correctly his name was Trey or Treydonte Hill. Very impressionable young man that is really setting the standard for this company and creating a great safe space in the community. Hard to find this in our world today, the skills and genuine action from Trey and the team at renaissance was a delight ! Very pleased and will be back soon. Also, have already recommended to other business partners to ask for Trey on their visits !
