The location was great and accommodations were outstanding. I would also like to commend one of your Valet workers. Rowen Ambrose was friendly, respectful and helpful, and he took care of our vehicle well.

Watch out for hidden fees and taxes.
Pros:

I loved everything they had to offer.

Cons:

Getting charged for breakfast that I had already purchased through booking.com $30 each plus tax $80 and having to pay 65 dollars plus tax a day parking $150 then to find out the hotel and parking is two different entities. I had the room on the credit card and had to pay with the other credit card to get my car brought down.

Parking is a scam.
Pros:

Parking is a scam. You stay one night and they charge you $100. Wasn’t even parked for 12 hours based on our time we arrived and left.

Good value for a short stay where location matters most
Pros:

Location was amazing for Broadway, the Ryman, the stadium and all things CMA fest.

Cons:

The bathrooms were very dated and the beds pretty uncomfortable.

Loved everything about the stay. Had a great time. Can’t wait until next year.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Shuttle picks you up right out the door and takes you to Nissan Stadium.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed with the dinner menus. Not a lot of choices.
