Pros:

Pros:

Stayed here for one night. The staff were fantastic. Donna at the concierge desk couldn’t have been more friendly if she tried which made for a seamless and enjoyable check-in experience.
If you get offered cookies when checking in, I highly recommend you take them. I almost refused until Donna said they were delicious and she was absolutely right.
The lobby gives a misleading first impression as it is grand and stunning, however once you reach the elevators, that’s where the maintenance issues become visible. When we exited the elevator on our floor, it was like we stepped back in time as the decor was incredibly dated. Dark navy carpeting and the wall colour completely clashed. It was almost a fight with the door to our room to push it open as I found them incredibly heavy. I thought during the night that our bed would cave in underneath us as it creaked very loudly. The AC system must’ve been about 100 years old. Unless it was turned to the lowest setting, which made the room quite cold, it didn’t work but it was also incredibly loud.
The curtains didn’t fit the windows properly which made for quite a gap in between the curtains and allowed way too much sunlight into the room at early hours of the morning.
The toilet tank also kept making loud noises that sounded like the toilet was flushing and the tank refilling.
I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone unless they were absolutely stuck and had no other options.
