The location was easily accessible and in a quiet area.

Cons:

Guets hvaving to pay for parking. There is more than enough spsces in the parking garage to not hve to charge for parking.

Nice Surprise!
Pros:

Nice Surprise! Clean hotel with spacious rooms! The staff is very friendly and helpful. All stood out to me and I wish I would asked their names. One young lady who was very helpful and went above her job was Dania. Her hope her manager recognize her as a valuable employee.Universal Studios approximately 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I forgot to mention the food was delicious. I ordered take out in addition, they prepared the food for the buisness conference I attended.

The staffing was horrible
The rooms were not clean the carpet full of stains and told the front desk about it and they did not care at all and the water in the shower was not going down

I was charged 2 times for valet parking within 1 night stay. And many taxes that didn’t show through Booking.com. It was $257 instead of $200

Pleasant Hotel in Downtown Orlando
Pros:

So far pretty good. The bedding quite nice, great pillows. Shower water pressure was excellent. Bathroom door lock for my room a bit flaky. Overall clean premises and very quiet.

Cons:

The Location entrances can be a bit confusing. Better Signage is Needed (Lighted Sign Recommended)
