Breakfast is fare, bacon is a little hard to chew, not crispy

Most of staff were so friendly and providing good services.
And the location of the hotel is so prefect.
It is also great that I can use 220V electricity at this hotel.

Reception service - helpful & friendly. Borrow C- type charger - thanks to Chris for the assistance 👍. Need to put a deposit NT 200 & will refund after return the charger.
Transport accessible by Airport bus 1960 - right outside hotel. Daan station is walkable from hotel. There is another station at SOGO shopping mall.
Room & housekeeping services ought to be more detail - on check in day - noted kettle was "dented" & informed receptionist Christine, thanks for changing a new kettle. The shower holder was unstable - informed & resolved the following day. On the 6th day, while showering - no more body wash & hair conditioner. Need to ask the staff to replenish it. If housekeeper is more detail - this should not have happened.
Thanks to the staff for a surprise birthday cake & well wishes birthday card. Kudos for the great effort.

Hotel location is very good and close to all the amenities. Staffs are very helpful, from helpdesk, housekeeping, etc. Rooms are spacious and clean as expected. They have done a good job maintaining the property. It is an old property but everything works fine and there is no musty or moldy smell. The bed and pillows are great...no smell at all. It means they clean it well.

Only one issue noted. The design of the shower head is a total failure. I dont know how many shower heads are broken on yearly basis. Once the water pressure is off, the shower head fell down to the floor immediately with a loud bang. Too many of those will result in many broken shower head soon. In addition, the shower head handle is in the wrong direction in shower cubicle. It is facing the smaller space in the shower cubicle and not the spacious area. Not the most convenient to shower. To top it all, as the hotel is not providing any shower cap (eco conscious practice), trying to reorient the shower head without shower cap (only by towel) is not the easiest approach.

I was able to get a shower cap from Poya (one multiple use shower cap) since i stayed in the hotel for a week. Maybe the hotel wants to sell it for a fee/small amount to the guess who really need it.

Transportation to/from airport is easy.

Excellent service that is absolutely top notch. Maggie at the Rosewood Lounge made our stay impeccable and amazing. My father got sick while at the lounge in the hotel. Maggie arranged for him to be taken to the hospital. She even followed us there to translate and make sure my father was in good hands before leaving. She is like family and we owe everything to her. Fortunately, my father is fine. Thanks to the excellent treatment of the staff, and Maggie, we felt so well cared for and will 100% come back when we are in Taiwan. Our entire family loves Maggie and we wish we could take her back with us! Feels like I found my long lost sister! 🤗💕

Nice place in great area. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast Buffet was delicious and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Receive an upgrade of room type and the location is very convenient for city shopping and travel around Taipei.

Property was very nice overall. Could use some trail markings on the door jams to each elevator in Brown to let people know which floor they are on if they are blind. Pricing in the restaurant is on the higher end and the food is kind of middle of the road. All staff is top-notch though don’t expect English from most except the front desk.

The hotel is dated, but fine. What spoiled our stay is a bad drains smell from the bathroom which was really unpleasant t and a broken refrigerator. We reported the issues to reception and they said they’d get onto it but nothing was done. Wouldn’t recommend, there are better options for a similar price.

The hotel is clean but it outdated, don’t have enough outlet for charging devices. The suite carpet is stained almost everywhere in the sitting area. Too far from the metro station.

the hotel is relatively old. The location is pretty good; close to subway, public transportation and shopping. But the front desk staffs are not friendly and helpful.
