Awesome Property with breakfast. Conveniently located in Vienna main station which has a lot of grocery stores and bakery shops

Is an old fashioned hotel. The staff were friendly.

Great location, clean room.

This property has everything going for it and appears to have been recently upgraded. You are near most forms of public transport and walking distance to one of Vienna's top tourist attractions with a palace and great surrounds. If you can be fortunate enough to score an upper balcony room at the rear of the building you are in for one of the great views of Vienna, particularly at night.
The one suggestion that will improve peoples stay at the hotel is to organise express check out for guests.

Great property, very close to the transit station and public transit. The room was clean, well appointed and very well setup for the traveller.

The room was spotlessly clean, with fixtures and fittings which looked very new. I had a great view of the city from my balcony (shown in photo). The hotel is some distance from the sights of central Vienna, but close to the sights of Belvedere, and very handy for the Hauptbahnhof (main train station).

IHG has some serious wormer to do on the property. AC doesn’t work, one bottle of water for 2 days, rooms are dowdy and dated. Best facet is location near train station. Staff was mixed: Herr Salem whom I dealt with twice was unsmiling and not particularly helpful. IHG needs to retrain him to be nicer and more service oriented or he needs to go. On the other hand the night clerk, younger and with more energy, that checked me in was nice and helpful. Again IHG has a LOT of work to do on this property: get to it!!

Property is close to the central train station, grocery store and restaurants.
I wanted to thank Sam for being so helpful. Helped us with places to eat, showed us how to manage train and buses. Definitely coming back and giving Sam a five star service.

Very convenient location near Vienna Central Statiom, comfortable beds, modern, and very quiet. Highly recommended!

No early check-in. Very small room.
But very close to train station and Belveder.

It’s the worst hotel customer service that I have never had! The receptionist were rude, lazy and arrogant! They had no intention to let you check in earlier. we arrived at 1pm, the first receptionist was nice, she said that the check in time would be at 2pm, so we waited. At 2pm, tried to check in, the other receptionist quickly responded that it’s 3pm. She had no intention to check if our room is available, so everyone was waiting there till 3pm.

When we wanted to leave the luggage before checking in, the lady pointed that we could leave a narrow space at the corner. However, not long after, there’re a “White Couple” asked to leave the luggage there, the lady opened a room for them to put their luggage inside.

That’s not the worse part, we were told that the air conditioning won’t be able to work till the outside temperature is 30 degrees, this is insane!

The overall impression for the hotel staff was arrogant, discriminating and disrespectful! Honestly, I didn’t feel any “Hotel Service “ in this hotel at all!
