It was ok, but for the money we paid I would not stay here again sadly.
Pros:

Its a very old boston building in a nice location.

Cons:

The TV did not work properly and the internet was extremely bad, our room window also faced a brick wall so not much natural light.

Attentive Staff and Comfortable Rooms
Pros:

I always stay at the Copley Square when I can. It is what a "boutique hotel experience" used to be, with terrific service at every level, from the Front Desk to Housekeeping to reservations. Always warm, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Fabulous location near the Green Line, within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Room sizes vary: I actually prefer the smaller rooms toward the back of the hotel, where there is almost no street noise. Great value, impeccably clean.
