We will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Historic. Great location. Close to Amtrak train station. Easy walk to Prudential Center, and other places. Gracious staff. Held luggage after checkout.

Cons:

The only “fault” I could find… is that I love a cup of coffee in the morning…. And I think if they had a morning coffee station in lobby….. it would be perfection!

Great location!
Pros:

Friendly staff. The shared area for microwave and vending machines was useful. Great location for half the prices of the other hotels around it!

Cons:

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve been to, but not bad. It is old, so facilities can look and feel outdated but not something too bad.

hotel is very clean. location is great. price is fair.
Pros:

clean and well kept, staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathtub faucet was dripping and disturbed sleeping at night.
The bathroom sink was clogged but was fixed in two days.

A great option for value and location.
Pros:

The location was great, really handy for accessing all of Boston's landmarks. The staff were super helpful and my room was a good size and the shower was lovely, hot water and powerful.

Cons:

I would love for them to invest in coffee making facilities in each room! And the AC was a little noisy.
