Great location. Remodeled without upgrade to systems.

Pros:

The room was clean and sufficient. It was a fair price for the size of the room. The location was great. I also like that the Copley is a smaller hotel. Feels more homey. I liked my stay.

Cons:

The desk staff were not particularly friendly. An older woman and a younger man were arguing about something. Not a good look for just entering the hotel.

Prima hotel. Een oud hotel maar alles is in orde met vriendelijk personeel

Pros:

Ótimo hotel, perto da estação de trem/ônibus, e de uma área muito charmosa da cidade. Não tem café da manhã, mas tem café e chá disponível, e o atendimento é excelente. O quarto é muito confortável, limpo e bonito.

A frieza de alguns recepcionistas, que nao são simpáticos.
A falta do café da.manha também e ruim, mas faz parte do pacote.

Pros:

Das hotel ist in einer super Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war sehr ruhig man kann gut schlafen. Das Personal besonders die Nacht Dame an der Rezeption war sehr net.

Cons:

Die Innenausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer war sehr dunkel es gab kein Licht sondern nur am Eingang Licht und Nachtisch Lampen! All in all ist der Preis sehr überzogen!
