Pros:

The room was spacious. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Workout room could use a little updating. We went to the bar for a drink and couldn't find the bartender so we left and went to a different bar in the area.

Bed linen should always be changed between guests, and if issues do occur, a complimentary gesture should be offered for
Pros:

We liked the location, the modern design, and the friendly staff.

Cons:

We were very disappointed to find that the bed linen was dirty and had hair on it from previous guests, which suggests that it had not been changed. 🙄
When we asked for the issue to be resolved, we were simply given a new set of linens and had to change it ourselves late at night, while we were already exhausted. No one offered to replace the bedding for us or to move us to another room.
This left a very unpleasant impression — we came to relax, not to deal with changing bedding that should have been clean in the first place.
