Ubicación y personal muy amable.

Cons:

No es limpio. La habitación no vale para nada el excesivo precio que cobraron la estadía.
El baño tenia cabellos ajenos, una cortina con hongos y olor a sucio, la alfombra vieja y sucia.

Al hacer el check out y sugerirles que la relación precio calidad era miy mala solo nos dijeron que iban a chequearlo pero que intentar hacer un refund a través de booking no iba a tener exito.

Great location
Pros:

Great location for exploring Boston. We walked to many places but the trains were near as well. The area was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The beds were ok for comfort. The double room accommodated us and our teens well enough. The front staff were helpful when we had questions. We would consider staying here again.

Pros:

Location was great. Atmosphere also good. Kind of a nostalgic place.

Cons:

Thought the price was high. No coffee machine or microwave in room. No ice on the floor. Vending machines only took cash.

Excellent location. Most attractions are within walking distance, and there is a T station nearby. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which we appreciated

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable; they felt like they had a hole in the middle. Additionally, you could hear noise from other rooms and from the hallway, which made it difficult to rest
