It was fine - wouldn’t go back again. Very dated
Staff were great, very helpful and friendly and kept the rooms clean front desk helped us a lot
Our bed at no box spring, there were no luggage racks, there was no phone, there was only one chair to sit on. And there was no safe

Charges for early check in were a lot but since coming in on red eye, can’t really complain

They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond.
Comfortable enough, but very small beds. Queen size that felt like a double maybe because of the room size. . If I were to return, I would definitely rent a double beds to get better space.
The location was excellent
There was construction very close by that went all night long- did not get an a single night’s sleep!
Proximity to shops and rail hibs
No coffee making facilities which should be a basic requirement in a decent hotel. We were on 7th floor so I had to go t to 1st floor to make a coffee - not good enough. I also reported to the reception staff that the microwave was filthy - unfortunately I checked it the next day and it was still filthy!

The room was very small and old the carpet and bad smell.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Location is perfect and the staff were pleasant.
