Gutes Stadthotel in Innsbruck
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal. Im Zentrum gelegen und alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas klein. Gefehlt hat uns eine Garderobe oder Kleiderhaken für die Jacken.

The hotel was good overall, Location was awesome right next to main street, near to station and public transport but the experience could be improved by addressing a few minor issues. The elevators could be better maintained, and some doors would benefit from repainting where the paint is peeling.

The breakfast spread was good and offered a decent variety for adults; however, there were limited options that would appeal to children. Adding items such as pancakes, hash browns, and a wider selection of breakfast cereals with kid-friendly flavors and textures—such as chocolate, honey, or fruity varieties—would make breakfast more enjoyable for younger guests and enhance the overall family experience.

Additionally, the breakfast chairs were not cleaned properly. This is a minor issue that can be easily addressed and would help improve the dining experience and overall cleanliness standards.

Cons:

The room dustbins were quite small and could not accommodate a normal amount of daily waste comfortably. Larger bins would be more practical for guests, especially families staying for multiple days.

Additionally, the windows could be made more secure. The existing iron bars are positioned at a height that may still pose a safety risk for young children. Improving the window safety features would provide greater peace of mind for families traveling with kids.

Acceptable stay
Pros:

1. Around 6 minutes walk from the station
2. Helpful staff
3. Room was clean

Cons:

1. There was no air conditioning, and the fan provided was only adequate. The fan was replaced during our absence without explanation; the original one provided was better than the replacement.
2. The towels lacked a fresh and clean appearance.
3. We had to request a replacement kettle as the first one had visible fungus at the base.

Keskeinen sijainti. Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli 19€ arvoinen.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia. Se hoidettiin liikutettavalla ilmastointilaitteella. Se oli kyllä riittävä alkukesän lämpöihin, mutta entäs kovemmilla helteillä?
