A very disappointing stay – poor value for money and far below the standards we expected from a four-star hotel.
Pros:

The location was convenient and close to the city centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations for a four-star hotel. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We were given what felt like one of the worst and most outdated rooms in the hotel. When we asked if it was possible to change rooms, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, although the hotel appeared to be far from busy.

The room was extremely hot and had no air conditioning. Opening the window was not really an option because of the noise outside. On top of that, the sound insulation was very poor – we could clearly hear the neighbours during the night, and we barely slept at all.

The value for money was particularly disappointing. Breakfast was not included and was very expensive, parking cost an additional €25, and even bottled water had to be paid for. For the price we paid and for a hotel advertising itself as four-star, we expected much better.

We were also surprised by a notice in the bathroom warning guests not to take the hotel products home. We found this unnecessarily insulting and have never encountered such a message in other hotels.

The spa and sauna area was also disappointing: it was very small and felt overcrowded with only a few people there. There were no towels available, and the experience was further uncomfortable: The outdoor terrace was particularly uncomfortable: there was no sign or information indicating that it was a nude or textile-free area, yet several guests were completely naked there. As a result, we did not feel comfortable using the terrace at all.

Overall, we felt that the hotel did not offer the quality, comfort or service expected from a four-star property. The combination of an outdated room, excessive heat, noise, poor sleep, unfriendly service and numerous additional charges made the stay feel very poor value for money.

A great central and traditional hotel.
Pros:

Amazing building in central location. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Mooi hotel , kort bij het centrum lekker ontbijt zeker een aanrader

De ligging was geweldig , parking onder het hotel , jammer dat we die van het hotel niet konden gebruiken , de andere parkings die erbij lagen kostte 25euro per dag . Lekker ontbeten , ruime douche , badkamer ,

Geen drankje als begroeting , de 8andere hotels die we geboekt hadden tijdens onze vakantie hadden ten minste iets staan , water , koffie , thee en sommige zelfs bier of cola , gratis , hier in dit hotel wel aanwezig maar niet gratis , jammer.kamer was aan de kleine kant maar voor 1nacht , voor ons niet erg

Einfach alles Top
Pros:

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral.
Das Personal sehr freundlich, ein sehr gutes Frühstück und das Essen im Café Central sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Buono ma con qualche pecca!
Pros:

Albergo centralissimo, pulito, stanza grande, letti comodi, ottima colazione variegata, garage privato sottostante molto comodo e possibilità di usare la sauna liberamente compresa nel prezzo.

Cons:

I letti non hanno lenzuola ma si dorme sopra il coprimaterasso e piumone con copripiumino. Non c'è aria condizionata e questo non è da albergo 4 stelle soprattutto per essere in Austria e per pagare una certa cifra non indifferente.
