It was fair. The staff weren’t has friendly has the staff in Salzburg and Innsbruck.

We didn’t have breakfast as it was too expensive

Cons:

Everything you normally receive at hotels was available but you would have to rent it. You even had to pay for the water in the fridge. Never had this happen before.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut für eine Stadtbesichtigung, da es- wie der Name schon sagt- sehr Central liegt.
Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, weshalb man wirklich nicht gut darin schlafen konnte. Ich habe den anderen Rezessionen entnommen, dass es wohl auch bereits renovierte Zimmer geben sollte, aber dies war bei unserem nicht der Fall. Die Dusche war sehr klein und die Duschtür konnte nicht geschlossen werden, die ging immer wieder auf. Auch so, hatte das Zimmer einige Dinge die nicht mehr gut funktionierten (Spülung beim WC blieb hängen, sehr schwacher Wasserdruck in der Dusche) Ich denke nur, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das nicht besonders passend.
Leider waren auch die Mitarbeiter nicht so besonders freundlich, man hatte eher den Eindruck zu stören. Als wir auf einen Kaffee im dazu gehörenden Kaffeehaus waren, stritten zwei Angestellte vor unserem Tisch und der Kellner hat uns bei der Bestellung keines Blickes gewürdigt.
Leider haben wir uns nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt.

Utrolig mye for pengene. Erverdig klassisk gammel stil. God frokost, badekar på rommet flott beliggenhet. Helt stille om natten.

Meine Anfrage nach einem Parkplatz wurde von Tamino / Rezeption präzise beantwortet.
Bei der Ankunft in Innsbruck gab es dann keine Probleme.

Great staff, location and made our trip to Innsbruck special!
Pros:

The staff was pleasant, Victoria and informative, Antonio with clean rooms! The location is terrific and the cafe was special with great food & desserts! Overall great experience and would stay there again!

We loved everything about this property. The staff was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! The room accommodation was very lovely and comfortable. Everything we could want. Location was perfect for walking around to see everything. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
