Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht und hatten ein Upgrade bekommen.
Die Rezeption ist 24h geöffnet. Die Lage sehr zentral und das Frühstück hervorragend.

Cons:

Ein 0,5 l Bier an der Hotelrezeption über 5,- €

Le petit déjeuner très copieux
Très bonne literie
Bien que payant parking fermé pour notre moto

Cons:

Le petit frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas
L’absence de réapprovisionnement de café et thé malgré la présence d’une bouilloire soit 1 thé et une infusion pour 2 pour nos 3 jours
Absence de bouteille d’eau
Ces petits détails ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles

Great location, great room (junior suite upgrade) and breakfast was very good
Pros:

The location of this hotel was excellent, only a 600m walk from the station and then a short walk into the old town
The breakfast choices were plenty and did not go hungry
We were also fortunate that we were upgrade upon arrival which was a great surprise

Cons:

Not sure what it is with hotels but milk seems to very scarce when it comes to the hotel rooms
So needed to provide our own when it comes to having coffee and tea in our rooms
But that was a minor thing

Room far too hot & fan inadequate. Noisy due to being next to air duct and pigeon area so noisy all night. Poorer score reflects room only (423)

Pros:

Chambres très propres, avec petit déjeuner absolument fabuleux et vélos à disposition gratuitement. Très bon emplacement et sauna/salle de sport à disposition. chambres en duplex avec véranda super jolie

Cons:

Ventilation des toilettes un peu bruyante, baignoire un peu vieille

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in angemessener Entfernung zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Ich war schon zum wiederholten Mal dort. Die Zimmer entsprechen voll meinen Anforderungen, das Frühstück ist absolut reichhaltig, das Personal freundlich - was will man mehr.

Alles war ok.

Best stay with great service 😃
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...from the check in to the end. Front desk staff was super friendly; Antonio and his colleuge was so engaging and helpful. We received a bus travel card. The hotel is CENTRAL, like the name says. You can walk to all the main attractions; Altstadt, Maria-Therezia strabe, golden roof, the bridge etc... The best was to explore the town with the free e-bicycles 🌟

Leider aus diesem Grundnicht gut
Cons:

Wir durften unseren Hund nicht mit in das Restaurante bringen und konnten auch nichts trinken ,
wir wären sogar auf die Terrasse , aber selbst dies war nicht möglich, wenn es hier eine Lösung gäbe , dann wäre es ein fast perfektes Haus.
Hier sollte es doch eine Lösung geben ,
Wir werden es uns nochmal anschauen und in den nächsten Wochen nachschauen .
