Zu harte Matratze
Balkontüre lässt sich kaum öffnen - klemmt!
Ich habe keine Sauna gefunden - nur zwei Infrarot Kabine mit je zwei Sesseln.
Das Personal im Frühstücks Raum war nicht so freundlich.

Sijainti hyvä raitatieaseman ja keskustan välissä. Sänky ja tyynyt erittäin mukavat. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Komea rakennus itsessään.

Cons:

Aamiastarjoilu hymytöntä, eihän se varsinaisesti haittaa, muuten erittäin ystävällistä.

Great location in the heart of Innsbruck old town…just needs some updating/TLC.

Beds were short and extremely uncomfortable- painfully hard. Decor is outdated & worn.

Great location, also very good breakfast, lot of room space.

Cons:

Just the bed mattress, I think it would be better for a couple a single one instead of two together. I guess this is common in Austria.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, späterer Check-out war kein Problem, sehr gutes Frühstück inkl. frisch gepresstem Saft aus Karotten und Äpfeln.

Cons:

Lediglich das warme Wasser brauchte ein bisschen länger.
