The view was beautiful. Staff were friendly. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Broken fixtures and run down hotel. Our balcony doors wouldn’t close and bathroom had broken fixtures. Power plug sockets also broken. A chaotic lobby.

Great place to stay

The property rooms need updating old furniture especially the carpet very old however the lobby looks very good and good service… hilton just purchased the property and they need to do renovations

Check in processing is slow and takes long time. It should be here is my ID and here is your room key as anywhere abroad. Long lines of guests waiting to check in while each guest takes significant time to process the check in.

In front of main entrance there is aggressiveness and shouting in not making Uber cars or any car wait for their customer for at least two minutes and making cars not stop and keep going in circles around the entrance until the customer arrives to main entrance.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for two nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond exceptional – we were truly treated like royalty. Every detail was taken care of with so much care and warmth, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and their kindness and professionalism really stood out. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and everything about the hotel reflected genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for its excellent service and central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available when you need assistance. However, I suggest adding more front desk staff to streamline the check-in process, as it took over an hour, which was inconvenient after a tiring day of travel.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic, priced at around $20 per adult, and offers a great variety. A special shout-out to Samah Zaki in the breakfast area—she greeted us with a warm, charming smile, helped us find seating, and ensured we were well taken care of. Her kindness, humor, and caring nature truly brightened our mornings, and my wife adored her. Samah deserves a promotion for her outstanding service!
The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to taxis and Uber, making it ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, though minor maintenance issues, like a faulty water kettle and a burnt-out bathroom light, needed attention. The staff promptly resolved both issues, which we appreciated. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very excellent hotel and view, staff were amazing JUST the hotel needs renovation, unfortunately such a nice big building and location and view but is outdated. But the staff and everything else is excellent

The property is the usual Hilton style. My suite was excellent with the view of the Nile. The service was horrible. Did not have WIFI for almost three days. Communicated the issue to all staff and manager but responded after three days. Checkout was a nightmare waited in line for an hour. Very chaotic at the reception no order at all.

My stay at the hotel was a highly unpleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The most distressing incident occurred when a housekeeping staff member entered my room unannounced while I was asleep in the morning. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Throughout my stay, housekeeping and room service personnel persistently expected monetary tips for every interaction.

The breakfast was of poor quality and lacked basic hygiene standards. The rooms were outdated, and both the toilet and the hot water shower were not functioning. Despite submitting multiple repair requests, the issue remained unresolved unless I offered additional payment.

The hotel management must take serious note of such inappropriate conduct, which not only disrespects guests but also significantly tarnishes the hotel’s reputation. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
