The Langham, Boston

how clean and friendly the staff were the restaurants and facilities especially the pool and gym were all great.

Our first stay at the Langham was nothing short of perfect. From check in (thank you, Rachelle) to check out, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay or service. Valet was seamless, our room was beautiful and spotless. Bed was plush and luxurious. Dinner at The Fed was delicious, and our server Gianna was phenomenal. We had room service breakfast the next morning, and it was also amazing: delicious, hot, and presented beautifully. We had a delightful stay and will be back next month!

This hotel is my go-to-hotel for luxury in Boston! The service here is stellar. The rooms are beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained. When you enter the lobby you can feel the difference. It's truly a delight. The scent is fantastic. The fresh flowers are a visual delight to your eyes. It's my go to for friends and clients too.

Although I have not completed my stay yet, I wanted to write a review to say how great my booking experience was. I worked with Da’ryl, I had a minor problem, and I cannot even begin to explain how easy she made this experience. She was courteous, kind, understanding and professional beyond words. If there were more people like her, the world would be a better place.. the Langham is blessed to have an employee like this representing them!

We had a three generation Christmas celebration at the Langham . Three families 7-70 years of age . The grandparents had a second floor two story suite with a living room that was a perfect when not in the lovely bar downstairs. The kids and grands loved the pool and gym as well. We enjoyed amazing breakfasts in the old bank . The staff was most kind and attentive to our needs . The two bedrooms on the eighth floor had outstanding views at night. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
I would highly recommend a stay at the Langham . It was centrally located for all our needs of museums and restaurants.

Allt frábært! Vorum ótrúlega ánægð með allt saman. Frábær matur á hótelinu, góður bar, góð líkamsrækt og starfsfólkið var mjög vingjarnlegt og hjálpsamt. Rúmið og koddarnir voru uppá 10.0. Sennilega þægilegasta hótelrúm og hótelkoddar sem ég hef verið með.

We enjoyed our stay at The Langham. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful art work throughout. A great location in the city to walk around and enjoy Boston! The food at both of the the on sight restaurants was very very good.

Everything. Service was great. Gym great- nice length heated pool (i.e. you could actually exercise). The bar is amazingly great- service, food and drinks. Rooms are very comfortable. They had two very nice vegetarian offerings for in-room dining. The vesper martini from the bar was killer. I plan to stay there again.

Stayed here for my birthday, Kim and Jenna did an amazing job decorating the room for me!! Everything was perfect, extremely grateful for a memorable experience. Amazing staff here!

We stayed at the Langham this weekend for a surprise get away. This hotel was renovated in 2022 and how they managed to keep it in such impeccable fashion over 4 years of servicing guests is beyone me. We had a premium guest room, king bed. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious linens. Loved the quality of the bath soaps and shampoo. Rooms are insulated, so no noise even though we were right next to the elevator. Bar scene is a hoot. Memorable bartenders and great for crowd watching. We love the location as it is walkable to all key neighborhoods in the city in our opinion. Will definitely stay again.
