The Langham, Boston

Top notch service from D in reservations even before we arrived. Beautiful, immaculate rooms and professional warm experience all around. The Fed and Grana were delightful.

We were really satisfied and would highly recommend the stay! The staff really goes the extra mile for your comfort.

Staff was very conscientious and friendly. The rooms and fitness club as well as indoor pool are spacious and luxurious. The art collection was a fun treat. The bathrooms were goid but the shower and bathtub setup are much better at other Langham properties such as NYC. They are able to provide extras like early check in and microwave when we asked. The Grana was a delight to have sit down breakfast in. Concierge staff gave helpful recs on local fav bars and speakeasies. They also have an appealing looking bar called The Fed but we did not visit it during our stay.

Room

The Langham has very high levels of service and quality of atmosphere. All of the finishes are great. The Fed, the bar/restaurant was lively after work (we did not dine, however). The bathroom/shower was luxury and the beds were comfortable.

The Langham went above and beyond all our expectations. We will absolutely be back soon to visit Boston & this hotel!

Went on a family trip over the weekend.

Arrival Check in and departure was all very smooth.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is very beautiful, with a great location that makes getting around extremely convenient. The staff was polite, friendly, and always helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Could not have asked for a better, more luxurious stay at the Langham recently. Our room was large, beautiful and personalized for our visit with our granddaughter. Staff courteous, helpful and professional with every encounter. They really seemed to enjoy welcoming and taking care of us and our needs. Always makes a difference when staff love what they do. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Langham. Everything was perfect—from the exceptional cleanliness to the luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is truly impressive in every detail. Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful. Jenna and Salim at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Amwar at the concierge desk was helpful and went above and beyond. Shina a the Fed restaurant was very attentive and wonderful.

Thanks to the Langham Boston staff, I spent 4 days in a comfy and friendly environment. The room was clean and the food was tasty. The check-in and check-out were no brainers and so straightforward. Everyone in the staff was so kind and understanding.
The hotel is in the centre of the city and near to many of the most popular places. Connection was key for me to be able to work and the wifi worked really well from day 1.

Room was lovely - I was in room 345 in front of the gym. This wasn't an issue for me bc I wake up early but I could hear noise from the hallway. It wouldn't be good for people wanting to sleep in. Gym facilities are great and the bar / drinks phenomenal. I don't remember my server on Sun pm but she was extremely knowledgeable - give her a raise.
