Great location in heart of the Grove
Pros:

Location is good , valet super helpful , all male staff was great, cafe in hotel , walk across the street to Marina, restaurants, and Fresh Market /CVS

Cons:

Female manager was slightly off putting

Super expérience !
Pros:

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute suite à une très mauvaise expérience Airbnb, et quelle excellente surprise ! La personne qui nous a accueillis a été absolument formidable, très chaleureuse et rassurante. Les chambres sont superbes, très propres et confortables. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très prisé, calme et agréable, à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir trouvé cet établissement et le recommandons sans hésiter !

É um bom hotel, mas me questiono sobre custo-benefício.
Pros:

Boa localização, tem lugares ótimos por perto.
Alguns funcionários são extremamente cordiais e proativos, demonstrando preocupação com o bem estar das pessoas.
Checkin e checkout bem rápidos também.
Já fiquei no hotel pelo menos 4x e todas as estadias são exatamente assim.

Cons:

Ao passo que alguns funcionários são ótimos, outros deixam bastante a desejar, especialmente na capacidade de resolver problemas. Além disso, tive duas situações ruins de talheres não lavados no café e toalhas sujas no quarto.

Was given a room with an inoperable door and toilet. We couldn't get in/out the room easily.
