Es war, wie jedes Mal, einfach Klasse! Tolles Zimmer, ein wunderbares Frühstück, Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht umsonst unser Lieblingshotel!

Luxuriöser und ruhiger Aufenthalt im schönsten Hotel Prags mit Klaviermusik am Abend.
Pros:

Die marmorne Eingangshalle, luxuriöses, gemütliches Zimmer mit perfekten Betten.. Frisch aufgebrühter Kaffee zum Frühstück! Vielen Dank an Dila und Philipp an der Rezeption beide nett und kompetent.

Cons:

An der Rezeption können oder wollen sie nicht deutsch sprechen, obwohl die Mehrzahl der Gäste deutschsprachig sind. Sehr viel Kalk im Wasser, ansonsten müßte ich irgendwas erfinden, was nicht paßt.

Es war so ein toller Aufenthalt. Ein imposantes Hotel mit Geschichte. Die Zimmer sauber, geräumig, ein riesen Frühstücksbuffet, äußerst freundliches Personal von den RezeptionistInnen bis zu den Zimmermädchen.
Der bewachte Parkplatz war mega, die Abschiedspräsente- wo gibt es denn sowas noch......

Very professional, friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, a huge selection. Staff were all really friendly, room service and cleaning was regular and done to a high standard. Exceeded my expectations with gifts while leaving (shout out to Alina who did a fantastic job with checkout! :) ) , just a wonderful, friendly, comfortable hotel that I'd be happy to go back to. Piano playing in the ground floor bar was also brilliant.

Cons:

N/A. Had no issues while staying.

Świetny pobyt, jak zwykle w tym hotelu.
Pros:

Bardzo wygodny hotel, monumentalna architektura z czasów socjalizmu ma klimat. Wspaniała obsługa, super widok, szczególnie z wysokich pięter. Na wysokim piętrze bar oraz taras widokowy. Wewnątrz piękne, zielone patio.
Pokoje bardzo wygodne.
Wbrew pozorom parkowanie łatwe, hotel opłaca parkowanie na parkingach przed hotelem.

Cons:

Przez ostatnie dwa lata nieco pogorszyły się śniadania.
