Gutes Hotel, zu einem sehr fairen Preis inklusive Frühstück.
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel als Notlösung für eine Nacht gebucht und wurden positiv überrascht von dem sehr netten Personal. Lev hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit einem Zimmer Upgrade, so wie einem early check in überrascht. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war das I Tüpfelchen. So umfangreich und mit vielen verschiedenen Optionen, waren wir ein bisschen traurig, nicht alles probieren zu können, weil wir einfach satt waren.

Cons:

Es gibt generell nichts zu beanstanden. Das Hotel ist riesig und eventuell etwas altbacken, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Dieses Hotel ist jederzeit eine Empfehlung wert!!!
Pros:

Ein charmantes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Jederzeit bemüht und flexibel. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot mit guten Zeiten. Sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer mit guter Auswahl an Snacks und Minibar. Sehr gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV.

Cons:

Der zu kleine Parkplatz und die defekten Fliesen im Badezimmer. Die künstlichen Blumen im Foyer und Symphonia, ersetzt durch natürliche Bepflanzung (zum Beispiel Palmen), würden dem gesamten Ambiente einen authentischeren Charme verleihen.

We loved the historic atmosphere and easy tram access!
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and 3-year-old daughter. First of all, we absolutely loved the building! It perfectly blends historical architecture with modern comfort, and it really made us feel connected to Czech history. This was the biggest plus for our stay. The location is also very good. The tram stop is just a 2-minute walk away, offering a very easy 20-minute ride straight to the Old Town. The breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the lobby bar, which features lovely live piano music at night. The minibar in the room is paid, but the prices are quite reasonable.

Cons:

There is a lack of transparency regarding parking. They do not tell you in advance that their parking lot is full; you only find out upon arrival. They direct you to street parking. While they do cover the fees for street parking, you are left to drive around the neighborhood hunting for a spot yourself. We arrived late on our first day, which made finding a space a bit of a challenge. However, on the following days, it was much easier to find parking during the daytime. Overall, a great stay

Готель чудовий, персонал дуже привітний, задоволені локацією та неймовірним видом з бару на 14-му поверсі.
Pros:

Дуже чисто, просторий номер, смачні сніданки з досить великим вибором. Дуже привітний персонал. Бар на даху готелю, хоч і дуже невеликий, але відкриває неймовірну панораму на місто.

Cons:

Не вистачило дрібниць в самому номері по типу банальної одноразової зубної щітки з пастою. Це звісно дрібниця, але було б непогано мати одноразові гігієнічні засоби у самому номері.
