Could be better.
Pros:

Breakfast was top notch, service & food.
Hotel itself was very fancy and classy looking, (looked 5 star)
Everything was clean as well.

Cons:

Room has Air conditioning but it does NOT work well.

Front desk service lady was rude at check in, not friendly or helpful for recommendations, room location. She cared more about her personal phone than anything.

Location is okay. Not great & not bad.

Gym was also closed.

Rooftop bar felt unwelcoming and cake was so dry it crumbled up and fell apart.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum großartig! Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer komfortabel.

Ganz besonders möchten wir Lev hervorheben. Seine außergewöhnlich freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Art hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Er war jederzeit hilfsbereit, professionell und hatte immer ein Lächeln für uns. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Ein großes Kompliment und herzliches Dankeschön an ihn!
Auch Dila möchten wir gerne lobend erwähnen. Sie war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat zu der angenehmen Atmosphäre beigetragen.

Insgesamt haben wir uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es gab für uns wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war bestens und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I will not choose this Hotell again .
Cons:

Reception worker was rude , unprofessional ,
Hotell was old-fashioned like 80s .

Construction works was in the lobby ,
Very hard voice and and stuff was nervous about the voice also.
I ask price for next night and the reception girl give me high price almost double price that I did get from Booking .
I took another Hotell It was better and new model. And cheaper.

Pros:

Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, ihren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten.

Cons:

Abends war es sehr laut in der Hinterhaus-Gartenanlage. Ich musste mich selbst darum kümmern. Auf Booking sind Bilder mit einem kleinen Kinderspielplatz , der gar nicht mehr existiert. Booking macht sowas sehr oft.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Super obsługa w recepcji, bardzo pomocni Vasil i Alina.Co wieczór ktoś grał na fortepianie w hotelowym barze, a te proseco na początek to strzał w dziesiątkę. Bardzo polecamy ☺️☺️☺️

Cons:

Klimatyzacja była trochę za słaba.

Das Hotel war gut, man kann es auf jeden Fall besuchen
Pros:

Es war sauber, die Zimmer waren geräumig und groß, die Parkplätze waren im geschlossenen Innenhof

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war extrem ausgereizt (mehr Gäste als Parkplätze da) das Frühstück für solch ein Hotel sehr mager beziehungsweise gewöhnungsbedürftig
Man braucht circa 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn bis zur Altstadt

Great place to stay in Prague
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely stunning, 180 degree view bar, 2 restaurants, exceptional breakfast. They even had their own souvenir shop inside the hotel.

Located 2 metro stations away from city center, trip takes around 20 mins from hotel to center.

They even offered us a free room upgrade to an apartment which was a very nice touch.

Personnel was very friendly, especially Mida (hope I didn’t butcher your name) who was above and beyond in terms of service

Como o meu filho d 11 anos teve oportunidade de deixar no quarto, " 5 stars"
Pros:

Conforto e o próprio hotel.
Rápida resolução ao problema do ar condicionado do quarto que não funcionava

Cons:

Colaboradores pouco empaticos e a falta de ar condicionado em todo o hotel. As temperaturas estavam acima do normal e o hotel, excepto a zona de quartos nova, não tinha ar condicionado. O próprio hall, não foi convidativo a estar um pouco a conviver, face ao calor sentido.
A melhorar, o local onde deixar as malas, deviam ter maior controlo e segurança. Qualquer pessoa pode aceder e mexer nas bagagens.
