Stayed at better locations
Pros:

The location to the soccer stadium was prefect for us, and could walk to many restaurants

Cons:

Rooms old and beds and pillows uncomfortable.
For the price I have stayed and much nicer hotels, was not impressed with this hotel for the price. No bottles of water in the room.
Staff did not explain the property or had no idea of the events going on in the area.
I travel a lot and I would not come back to this hotel.

It was an excellent day. Staff was excellent one of the best days I’ve had in Orlando in the past four months.
Pros:

Very clean rooms the hotel overall was very pretty well maintained

“Wonderful stay with friendly staff, great service, and a very convenient location in downtown Orlando!”
Pros:

The valet parking service was pretty good! All the staff were very nice and friendly!

Cons:

To be honest I don’t have nothing bad to say because everything was pretty good for us!! I wish we could to go the restaurant to give you our appreciation!
