A very good venue, back of the hotel looks tired where the staff parking is. Overall the hotel was a very comfortable stay. I would go back.
Some areas needed some attention. The spar facilities were in need of attention. Such as the stairs leading down to the pool. Seats were placed near the stairs, sitting in the seats you could see all the rust.
Muito bom em todos os aspectos
Restaurante caro
Location - perfect! Beautiful view of the vast harbour. The area was spotlessly clean and we loved being surrounded by the old city walls - quite special. Great hotel, warm & comfortable room.
Bathroom fixtures & fittings in need of an update. That’s all. One of the reception staff ( male & young), unfriendly & unwelcoming, bordering on rude. He needs good customer care training.
Great price, great location and parking cheap. Comfortable bed and good size room, lovely shower. Friendly staff
The bath was a ‘easy access’ bath which was ironically difficult to step into for using the shower. Also the room was a little fusty smelling, needed a good airing.
Food and drinks was lovely and the room was lovely.
spa wasnt working, went for a relaxing spa and the pool was full of children which we didnt mind but was very noisy and the jacuzzi wasnt working it was empty.
Probably the best shower I have ever had in my life.
Restaurant was great, bar was great, staff were great
The room was lovely and clean and the hotel was in ideal location to stay in Southampton
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay
Everything
Staff was all polite
The rooms are amazing
Everything was perfect
Everything was truly perfect! My grandson was especially enjoying a wonderful view from the window.
The leisure facilities.
The time i stayed and the swimming pool was closed.
Welcome, Jimmy went out of his way to make our stay special.
We had DO NOT DISTURB on our door, but TWICE we were disturbed. Once old guy from the restaurant came banging on our door as he wanted us to pay our food bill, even though they had taken our room number and we'd asked for late checkout. We also waited ages for him to take our order in bar. Once we'd eaten our dinner he had at lead half hour to give us a bill but didn't do we presumed it'd be on our account... No after long drive fro. Edinburgh, we were asleep to be woken by old guy banging on our door wouldn't leave until my husband found a card to pay him!!!
Then next day we'd been told we could checkout at 12, but again banging on door at 11.45am awful customer service don't respect DO NOT DISTURB
