Good location
Didn’t know I’d be charged more because it was one child. No bubble bath, shower cap etc
12 year old not allowed in the pool until after 4. We wanted to use it in the afternoon.

Big choice and very tasty
The people
We waited over 5 hours for our room, then placed in an "upgrade" which had a defective TV and ventilation system. We were moved again to a lesser room with similar issues, but the only one available!! The fiasco added another two hours to our "check in." No apologies offered. To add insults, a shower mat - which you need to "request" from the front desk - was never produced either and we used a towel for the floor of the the phonebooth-type shower. No 4 star... closer to an overpriced 2!
Polite and friendly staff, very helpful, nothing too much to help you.
Coffee very weak, would prefer coffee served, not machines.
Good location. We had a balcony with sea view which was nice.
It’s a bit tired in areas, at a glance it’s lovely but then when you’re staying there you see the leaks and torn upholstery that bring it down. Also the shower in our suite was ridiculously small, massive bathroom with the tiniest shower know to man.

My wife has Gluten & Lactose Intolerance, finding anything for her to eat was extremely difficult
Rooms are old & Tired, had to complain numerous times.
Went out to my Brothers wedding, when we came back to the Hotel the staff had made the bed & changed the Towels, but did not clean the room dirty cups & glasses were left which we had used that Morning, very poor & ruined our day.
