Service slow at Leo’s - ignored until we made a fuss unfortunately. It was early evening and not particularly busy, so not sure why there was a problem. Others seemed to get served quicker. It is unclear whether we needed to order food and drink at the bar, or if it was a waited on area as both were happening. Food, when it arrived, was cold and not fully cooked (fish that should have been). Manager offered us not to pay for undercooked food (as we would expect) but really disappointed with this level of hotel.

The location is exellent and the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service is good.
The spa area did't meet my expectation.The sauna was too cold and there wasn't enough steam in the steam room.The pool area good use a bit of maintenance.
