Badezimmer bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Duschtür fiel einem entgegen. Wir hatten dieses Hotel extra wegen des Schwimmbads gewählt. Ganzen Aufenthalt über nicht nutzbar, da sie starken Chlorgeruch hatten und es daher gesperrt war.
Personal im Spa maximal unfreundlich und pampig.
Personal an der Rezeption wenig hilfreich, auf Reklamationen kam nur ein Schulterzucken.
Beim Auschecken lief eine große Winkelspinne vor der Rezeption rum. Kommentar der Rezeption: will ich lieber nicht sehen
Dieser Satz war irgendwie sinnbildlich für den Umgang mit Problemen dort.
Der Service ist super . Das Frühstück ist umfangreich mit allem was man braucht. Zimmer sind super.
