Slightly dated
Lovely hotel close to Southampton city and the port. Great room and facilities. Restaurant and bar excellent. Good onsite parking. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. We will use again when in Southampton

The room was spacious and comfy, the location was fantastic. Loved that there was a pool
We loved the pool but the stairs were a bit ropey and didn’t feel the cleanest. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Staff were very welcoming and same in restaurant .
Meat in restaurant was overcooked both for dinner and at breakfast. I had to return a steak as I could not cut it.
My room was poorly serviced, bed not made properly some towels not replaced and bathroom not clean ,
I have stayed here many times and this was my poorest experience!

The Marco pierre white restaurant in the evening was rubbish and poor value for money it was that poor we ate out of the hotel on the second night
