Pros:

Very convenient location

Cons:

Pillows were horrible and need replacing. The bed duvet was also very short and too heavy for the temperatures.

It was ok for what we needed.
Pros:

Likes the easy of getting from one ship to the next.

Cons:

The room safe was busted, theee lights were out of not working, the bed caved in the middle.

Underwhelming.
Pros:

Staff from reception, bar and gym extremely welcoming. Was upgraded with no fuss on explaining about the smell of the original room. Location brilliant for cruises, shopping and train station. Breakfast not bad but only one coffee machine working.

Cons:

Booked in and was allocated a room on the fifth floor. On making my way to the room I could see a room service tray next to my allocated room that appeared to have been there for some time. On entering the room I was hit by a smell I would describe as stale dirty water. Extremely unpleasant. The room appeared to be well worn with dust on higher items of the room. The window sills were bowed and flaking. The gym was ok with enough kit to do a tidy session but again the room was dated. Pool well worn with the floors and windows covered in dust and again the wall was flaking. Price way over the odds for the reasons above.
