We have stayed several times, all of the staff very polite and friendly, we had an unexpected free upgrade to an executive suite was a lovely surprise, the room was amazing!

Das Hotel ist 32 alt und dreckig. Es wird nicht gepflegt, geputzt und nur oberflächlich renoviert. Alle ehemaligen Wasserschäden sind heute noch deutlich sichtbar. Und das waren viele. Das Personal ist inkompetent und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind vielleicht vor vielen vielen Jahren mal renoviert worden, aber nicht die Schränke, die sind nicht zu gebrauchen. Dusche mit schmutzigem Duschvorhang. Zimmer wurden am vorletzten Tag auch nicht gemacht. Keine Begründung, keine Entschuldigung.

Das Hotel hatte etliche unreparierte Wasserschäden . Das Personal der Hotelbar war unprofessionell und zum Feierabend ab 22uhr besonders laut , damit man auch auf jeden Fall schnell verschand. Insgesamt war das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig und unsauber.

I had two room this week. First one was much nicer/bigger £122/night
Second one was smaller still nice with slightly better AC but was 370/night which was a bit much for the room tbh. No fridge either! But all in all a good hotel with a nice pool
The overall ambience of the hotel was very welcoming and friendly.
Not a lot to not like, maybe the bedroom balcony could do with a refurb
Throughly enjoyed my stay the hotel had everything you could want. I will be staying again

The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was also really good selection was excellent
Marco Pierre White's resturant was very over priced for poorly cooked steak, however the waiting staff were lovely
