Overpriced for what we got
Pros:

Hotel is in bad shape, elevator has been out for 48 hours. I'm on an 8th floor. No need for further comment. No hot water for fthree days, no runing water on the shower. I has been reported on daily baisis, it took them for days to get the hot water and but the shower bearly drips water. No fixing for that. Staff is friendly if somenthing positive can be rescued. Food left in the room has full with insects, I have video but no where to upload. It has not been the best experience. Ligth shines bright in your face in my room, no way to avoid it, so no late mornings for us. May be it was bad luck, but not a great experience at all.

Unbeatable location, but needs some updating/renovations
Pros:

Amazing location.
Very clean, comfortable bed, attentive staff.

Cons:

Bathrooms are very dated
Some food items were priced ridiculously ($455 for tacos al pastor is criminal)
Would be nice to have an adults only pool area

Pros:

El hotel cuenta con su playa privada, tiene un vista increíble. Un espacio totalmente recomendable para poder pasar unos días de vacaciones. Las instalaciones son renovadas y con buen mantenimiento. El días de recepción fueron atentos y amigables.

Cons:

Mi familia tiene problemas de movilidad, nos asignaron habitaciones muy lejos de los accesos a elevadores y teníamos que atravesar todo el hotel para llegar a las albercas, restaurantes o playa. El staff de los restaurantes no son tan amigables, los precios del restaurante son exagerados en comparación con las porciones que ofrecen., Incluso puedo comentar que pedimos un pescado completo y nos trajeron un trozo de filete, tal vez un poco confusa la carta. Fuera de eso, nos gusto la estancia.

Me gustan mucho las albercas y la playa

Cons:

2 albercas no estaban en servicio por mantenimiento, y la disponible no estaba llena, estaba un poco mas de la mitad. Ademas pedi toallas a mi habitacion y se tardaron una hora para llevarlas a pesar de varias llamadas y un dia cortaron la luz.
