The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food items, with cold and hot foods.
The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and safe. The hotel was 9 miles from the airport but there was heavy traffic in the area so allow extra time to get to the airport. There was a shortage of restaurants in the area.

It was perfect price and very convenient for what we wanted to do for our holiday.

Stayed here to avoid paying more for hotels closer to Salem. Good hotel, some areas could use some touch ups, but really not bad. Breakfast was a little light, but it was included with the stay, so anything extra you can get is nice! Can definitely hear route 1 traffic at night, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Would stay here again to save money.

Traveling for surgery with my mother, having a broken wrist, and her special needs client, we were greeted Our rooms were incredibly comfortable and although the pool was out of order due to maintenance, my stay allowed me to heal and have a relaxed state of mind throughout all the other issues that had arisen during my visit to MGH.

During my stay, the drinks vending machine was not functioning properly.

It took my card and did not dispense my drink the first time. I had to swipe it a second time and chose a different drink in order to get it. My card ended up getting charged twice for one drink.

I spoke to the gentleman at the counter but all he suggested was for me to call the number on the vending machine, which I did. WIth it being late at night, no one answered, I left a message but never got a returned call. This was the only unpleasant experience I had during my stay there.

Staff was wonderful. Room was just ok. Beds were kind of hard and the pillows weren’t that comfortable. No microwave in the room.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. What i didn't like was the breakfast they ran out of coffee, eggs, bagels. Kitchen help wouldn't refill them said they were out.
