Gute Grundlage für einen schönen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Während dieser heissen Tage eine konstant, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Zimmer reinigen oder Baum pflanzen fanden wir toll.

Cons:

Die Einteilung im Schrank für die Kleider ist nicht optimal. Fehlende Hacken im Badezimmer für Tücher und Kulturbeutel.

I would stay here every time I go to Amsterdam.
Pros:

The location was phenomenal. The tram is located right outside the entrance but you are within walking distance to everything. You simply have to tap your credit card to access and use the tram. Central station is about a 10 minute walk which can take you to the airport. Great hotel. Lots of shopping opportunities and the red light district is nearby- again you can walk to everything.

Cons:

The restaurant next door was closed every time we wanted to access it; however, two doors down there were other restaurant options.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good location
Pros:

Swiss hotel has excellent location and rooms are nice with everything you need.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but a little pricey. I found bath tub probably very good for taking bath but not good for taking shower. Not enough room to stand in the tub and hard to get in or get out.

Pros:

I have been staying at the Swissôtel Amsterdam for more than 18 years, and it has always been my first choice whenever I travel to Amsterdam for business. I don't get the opportunity to stay as often as I used to, but every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.

The staff are consistently exceptional and make every stay feel welcoming and effortless. Rob has been a familiar face throughout the years and always takes great care of me, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Steven is an outstanding manager who leads a fantastic team with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

It's rare to find a hotel that delivers such consistently high standards over so many years. I can't recommend Swissôtel Amsterdam highly enough to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for always making my stays so enjoyable—keep up the fantastic work!

Mon coup de coeur à Amsterdam !! Notre chambre était fabuleuse avec vue sur la place Damrak, grande, propre, luxueuse !
Le personnel très sympathique, emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre ! je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerai.
