אני הזמנתי חדר ושלמתי מראש בבוקינג ,הגעתי לכתובת של הבית המלון לא מצאתי מלון ואין קבלה אין אנשים יודעים איפה כניסה המלון הזוי לגמרי בסוף מצאתי כניסה למלון אבל היה סגור דלת סגורה הלובי כבוי אין אנשים אין אף אחד דברתי איתם בוואטסאפ בקושי עונים לא עזרו לי אמרו לי לך לקבלה יעזרו לך אבל אין קבלה בכלל , תזהרו שלמתי 700 שיקל סתם

Tesisin yeri mükemmeldi. Resepsiyondaki görevliler nazik, güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yataklar rahattı.

Cons:

Oda biraz küçüktü. Dolaplar yetersizdi. Temizlik ekibi berbattu. Saat 15.30da biz odadayken girip temizlemeye çalıştılar. Yarım saat sonra gelin dediğimizde, eve gideceğiz yarım saat sonra dediler. İkinci gün güya temizlik yaptılar ama her yerde pamukçuklar uçaya devam ediyordu. Son gün henüz biz checkout yapmadan (saat 10.30 civarı) biz odada yokken girip odayı temizlemeye başlamışlardı. Henüz check out yapmadık, nasıl girersiniz odaya diye sorduğumuzda, biz gittiniz zannettik gibi bir cevap aldık. Bir daha bu otelde kalacağımı zannetmiyorum.

Amazing people work at this hotel, especially the concierge guy who didn't hesitate to walk us in the rain to show us an Italian restaurant, thank you very much for that. This hotel is distinguished by its good service and is focused on the guest. Thank you very much to them. The location is perfect for those who want to walk around Amsterdam.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed in the evening, which is not good, especially in winter when you have to go far for dinner.

Pros:

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and it’s like coming back to your home at Europe. Everyone welcomes you with warm, kind hearted smiles and they actually mean it, you can see it in their eyes.
Although we didn’t mentioned our wedding anniversery at the booking, miriam and mark niels chosen us to complimentary upgrade and canal tour by some fate :) . They were very helpfull and sincere, during our stay. And also today, i forgot to ask her name but, long curly haired front desk lady, and we really had a joyfull conversation and she understood how much we enjoyed our stay by the mini bar usage :)) thank you for everything this was what we needed, see you guys as soon as possible :)
