Tesisin temizliği ve çalışanların güleryüzü bizi çok mutlu etti. Tekrar Amsterdam’a gidersem kalacağım otel yine Swissotel olacak.

Muy decepcionante hotel de la cadena Accor.
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica y accesible a pie desde la Estación Central.

Cons:

Muy lejos del standard de estrellas de un establecimiento de cadena. El peor hotel que he conocido de la cadena Accor. De lujo no tiene absolutamente nada. Habitación muy pequeña, muy mala relación tarifa/prestaciones. Muy cordial y excelente trato del personal de recepción.

Our room was overlooking the plaza and High-End shops eg. Hermes, LV, Dior etc. just right as you walk out of the hotel. We booked a suite to have a comfortable stay. It was very easy to find the hotel and no problem checking in.

J’ai effectué une réservation dans cet établissement via Booking en choisissant l’option « annulation gratuite et paiement sur place ». J’ai d’ailleurs payé un supplément afin de bénéficier de cette option.

Cependant, une fois arrivée à l’hôtel, on m’a informée que le paiement devait obligatoirement être effectué par carte bancaire. Or, je souhaitais régler la réservation en espèces, car ma mère m’accompagnait lors de ce voyage touristique et souhaitait effectuer elle-même le paiement. Elle ne possède pas de carte bancaire.

J’ai donc été obligée de payer par carte bancaire, contrairement à ce que j’avais prévu lors de ma réservation. Cette situation m’a beaucoup déçue, d’autant plus que j’avais payé un supplément pour bénéficier de l’option de paiement sur place.

Je demande donc à Booking de bien vouloir prendre en considération ma réclamation et de m’expliquer pourquoi l’établissement n’a pas respecté les conditions de paiement indiquées lors de ma réservation. Je souhaite également obtenir un geste commercial ou un remboursement du supplément que j’ai payé pour bénéficier de cette option.
