Pros:

It’s good value for money, and the restaurant is nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size.

Cons:

There was a strange smell in the corridor outside my room that the hotel couldn’t do anything about. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Excellent hotel with attention to detail by staff. Perfect location.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff, room and food.

Cons:

Security was a little lapse as no card needed in lift or stairs for access to upper floors therefore anyone could walk in and access floors to rooms.
Road noise but that can’t be helped due to location which is perfect for going to cruise ships.

Dining service could be improved.
Tried to serve us food we didn’t order, my side dishes didn’t arrived by the time I finished my main dish so we cancelled it. Management did apologize and gave us a choice of dessert or a credit

The hotel was in a very good location for both our cruise ship terminal, the 2 shopping centres, numerous restaurants and bars which can cater for all food and drink preferences and history with the Titanic museum, art gallery, Tudor House, gardens and café etc...
The hotel was exceptional value for a modern, spotless hotel with quality fixtures and fittings, nice social areas and with great beds and breakfast, highly recommended and only wish I could have booked it for the end of our cruise (unfortunately no availability 😡) I would not hesitate to use this hotel if in Southampton again 😍😀👍
