Very friendly
Very comfortable stay in king size room. Particularly liked the small fridge in the room and water and milk provided. Breakfast provided was excellent variety of cereals and cooked items.
Could have done with a few more tea bags in the room (3 provided for 2 people) as even though there was a coffee machine we're not really coffee lovers.
Perfect location for the cruise terminals and shopping centre. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. A fab nights seep too!

The response was impolite, abrupt and rude to whichever agent responded, it made think about cancelling my booming at Voco as I thought if the response is like this, then the staff will aslso be rude, however the staff at the hotel in person were great.

The location and its cleanliness
The cooked breakfast was only average - Black pudding and sausages were fairly tasteless. All staff were extremely attentive. The bar and restaurant are really nice - evening meal was exceptional and very good wine selection.
At breakfast I would have liked a pot of tea rather than a bag in a cup.
Beautiful all round
The hotel was very nicely set out. The decor was modern and it had a very comfortable feeling about it in the reception areas. The views from the top few floors were great.
We felt the car parking costs were a bit high. Also could do with a few more lifts as if you’re on the top floors you could wait ages for the lifts to get up to you at busy times.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, near to cruise port.
The breakfast was very poor. We were down in good time and the only bread available was sliced bread for toast. When I pointed out to a staff member that there was no more crusty bread she just said "There isn't anymore" without any apology.
At the end of my cruise I noticed that my bank details showed the hotel charging me twice for the evening meal so I called in to the hotel to query this. The manageress said it was due to a system error and they would not be taking the second payment - but again there was no apology.
Everything it was beautiful from the inside out decor is amazing

I was most grateful for all the help and time that Jose on the front desk spent with me to help retrieve my Visa card which I had lost in town. He was very patient and helpful and reassuring during this ordeal. Full marks for customer service.
