Nice hotel, very modern, lovely bar and cocktails. Breakfast needs improving.
Pros:

Really surprised at how poor the breakfast was! We arrived down to breakfast at 09:40am (Saturday) and opted for the full english. Only to find, everything was cold! Tasteless sausages, cold food and what was there was limited.

Cons:

The breakfast - had it not been as part of my deal, there's absolutely no way I'd be paying £25pp for that.

A real treat to stay here
Pros:

Great location, really close to the ports for ferries and cruises and a short walk to Westquay Shopping Centre. Very clean and tidy throughout with a sense of calm. Staff were so friendly and helpful in getting the right room. Room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed. Little chiller for drinks etc was very useful. Bathroom was super clean with a great shower

What a gorgeous hotel as soon as I arrived a member of staff came out took my suitcases off me and when I had checked in he took them to my room the staff are so welcoming well done Voco🥰

Cons:

The aircon doesn't stay on for long so I was a bit cold but that's just personal preference and again the pillows a little soft but again down to personal preference not the fault of the hotel

Excellent location, very nice modern hotel with attentive staff. Dinner was very good.

Cons:

Sorry to say breakfast was not good. At 9.30am all the hot food was dry and had been on display for a long time. We were hungry so accepted it. Batch cooking needs to happen, and the food on display needs to be monitored.

Fabulous for a short or long term break.
Pros:

The room was fabulous! nicely decorated and fresh, the bed was super comfortable and a super drenching shower! Breakfast was great, lots of selection. The whole deco was modern and really well presented. The staff were all helpful, polite and professional. The location was great and within walking distance of Southampton.

Cons:

Nothing, all was super, I could not find any faults at all. My only constructive element is you have to pay £20 a night for parking, which I thought was a bit steep.

Great stay ideal for pre cruise
Pros:

Nice modern hotel that was very close to the cruise ship terminal. Member of staff on the check in desk was fantastic and made sure to give us a room with a view so we could see the ship we were sailing on arrive in the morning.
Very pleasant staff and would recommend to anyone in the area. Good bars and restaurants near by to get a nice meal.
