Pros:

Lovely room. Excellent upgrade to a formerly tired hotel. Good dining menu. Easy parking. Pleasing commitment to environmental issues.

Cons:

Strange choice of music in the public areas, especially the dining room. Failure to guarantee a parking space for an over night stay adds a little stress.

Absolutely brilliant but slow moving 🤣
Pros:

For the most part everything was fantastic. It was close to everything, very clean, and the staff were fantastic.

Cons:

There was only one thing and it was the lift. The lifts are tiny and if you’re boarding a cruise the next day then taking the stairs might be quicker. We were on the 9th floor and found people getting on lower down then coming up to go down again. It was a little frustrating. For people who are in wheelchairs chairs or mobility scooters then this could add extra frustrations to your stay.
