Pros:

The location and hotel were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a it small but worked out for us.

Ideal place to stay for the cruise ports
Pros:

Close to the port

Cons:

There didn't appear to be anywhere to by snacks or light lunch, there was only the restaurant which served main meals, we had to go out to find sandwiches. Bar service took a long time.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Location was great for what we wanted to do when we arrived just a short walk away. For shopping we moved car closer to shops. Breakfast was good but cooked breakfast as buffet some items were cold or hard. The toaster burnt the toast.

Cooked breakfast wasn’t a great start to our day some items cold or over cooked.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay
Pros:

Nice compact design, easy to get round, no long corridors linking areas. Comfortable bar area. Bar prices a bit high.

Cons:

The disabled parking isn’t nearest to the building it’s a row back. Would make more sense if the disabled spaces were in the row closest to the hotel.

Excellent choice if needing the cruise port, although that’s not why we were staying! Very close to West Quay. Hotel was clean. Fab bar and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great stay
Pros:

Clean and fairly sized room with amenities. Fairly large sized TV with freeview which was great to watch some of the ongoing football world cup matches in the evenings to wind down. The aircon was a blessing considering the heatwave in UK during the stay. Felt great to return to a cool room after suffering 37C heat outside. Clean bathrooms with good amenities.

Cons:

The room wasn't available when I arrived to check in after the scheduled time. Staff informed that no rooms were free and I had to wait for a room to be available before it was assigned to me.
