Great location, close to cruise terminal. Very modern, grand designs and good restaurant.
Pillows were too soft for me.

Exceptional hotel in a great location. Every member of the staff was willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast and dinners were tasty and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Southampton for a cruise or just a holidy.

The location was perfect. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a view of the harbour.
The restaurant was lovely and food delightful.
The lifts are quite small and on leaving at check out time, it was quite a wait for one.

Looks not so good from the outside but the interior is lovely and very well done
The staff were exceptional! Lovely warm welcome , polite efficient and friendly restaurant team , gorgeous comfy beds and fab duvet and linen, nice toiletries and tasty food. All excellent. Thank you for making a difference and starting g our hols off in best frame of mind .
