Great location from grand central station and less than 5 minutes walk to city hall. The staff were excellent and the buffet style breakfast was topped up regularly so everything was hot and fresh.
Although the hotel is in a great location and the staff very nice the hotel was lacking in the cleanliness department. There are lots of stains on the carpets in the halls and in the room and two of our pillows had marks on them. It looked like make up but couldn’t be sure. The tv didn’t work at first and it took two staff members to come and figure out how to retune it.

Breakfast around 9.30am a bit ragged,out of glasses,cereals,hot plates,resetting tables haphazardly,Chef should be replenishing the hot food,not the 3 restaurant staff as they were doing door, greeting, seating, clearing, resetting....all done pleasantly...but too much.
No Mgt presence at all to help them out....

It was a very cold night and with automatic doors the bar area was cold. As was our room 425 the heating didnt work..we complained twice . It did get sorted. The window was broken and the wind whistled through the room. Thankfully the heavy curtains helped a bit

The staff were super friendly. Really good with my child.
The soap dispensers in the bathroom are up high and attached to the wall, which meant my son couldn’t go to the toilet on his own and wash his hands. It would be better if the hotel had soap available at the right hight for children as well as adults.
Beautiful hotel, Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and comfortable seating areas, City Hall minutes walk away.
