Breakfast excellent with friendly staff.
Unfortunately I didn't realise that the pool had been shut so was expecting to go for a swim.
The hotel does not have its own parking, only choice was to park on the street and pay for street parking or drive around the corner to a multi storey parking facility, that I could not find, and directions were poor to it, by the receptionist. I opted for parking on the street, but the parking app did not work as I had a southern registration vehicle and the app could not match my vehicle. Had to run down to the parking meter at 8am the next morning, but machine only accepted coins, and I did not have any coins, would'nt accept credit card. I eventually got coins from reception to suffice for one hour parking. Receptionist wasnt very helpful, next morning.
When I checked into my room, the heating was not working. The receptionist the previous night I checked in was helpful, Claudia, and she did her best. I was moved to a suite. There was a machine constantly on all night outside my window, and I could not sleep all night. The shower was also cold in the morning, no hot water.
Breakfast was very poor...
I would not recommend this hotel to stay in.
Beautiful hotel so clean
Only thing I could say bad about hotel was it was very cold everywhere in it .. rooms sooo cold .. we had 3 rooms booked and all 3 said same

Cleanliness and service
Convenient to the city centre, lovely staff very helpful. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was lovely everything you need. Quick and easy check in/out. Highly recommend!
Excellent location.
Used towels were not replaced for clean towels 1 day.
Noisy water pipes in ceiling all night long.
Slow bar staff.
Location
Room was dated and felt unclean. Quite pricey for a standard room.
Staff were fantastic. Receptionist was so efficient and friendly.
We rang Reception to request extra coffee and it arrived within 5 minutes 👏👏👏
Staff very friendly
Nothing
Room was clean, modern and more luxurious than we were expecting for a hotel at this price. Facilities were clean and fancy. Plenty of room for a triple room too.
We were not expecting the beds to be inseparable from a double bed into two singles. There were also no extra duvets or pillows available in the room which you would usually expect from a triple room.
Location
Heating Didnt work initially, cold decor didnt help, breakfast was good but the required bowls plates all had to be requested
We had a fabulous stay! Very clean and Breakfast was excellent. Great Staff very helpful and professional- I think it was Smail who gave us tips on what to see in and around Belfast and Yaya and John were excellent too! We will definitely be staying again - Thank you for a great stay!
The room was absolutely Baltic! I complained when we arrived at 2pm, again at 7pm and again at 9pm ! On each occasion I was told it was dealt with , ended up with a heater left in the room ?not plugged in ! Then had to get a fan heater ! Got no sleep with the noise of 2 heaters! The 2 course meal, was chip shop style, the honey chicken was a sticky mess and the fish was half raw , nobody came to table to ask if everything was ok. At checkout I informed the staff member that I was not happy and I wanted to speak to manager. There was none available , I left my email and mobile number to be contacted yesterday , and still no contact !! Very disappointing

Great location - around 15 minutes from the lively Cathedral quarter if you like that kind of thing, or 5 minutes from some really nice local pubs and restaurants if not. Titanic quarter about 35-40 mins walk. Belfast city airport about 12 minutes in a taxi but the 600 bus drops off at city hall which is 10 mins walk away and goes right to the front of the terminal.
The hotel has a nice large bar and restaurant in the lobby and expansive conferencing facilities. No pool - apparently it closed some time ago but I believe there is a gym. Rooms have had a spruce up to some extent and are comfortable if a little dated. No traffic noise even though our room overlooked the road outside.
Staff at night were great - brought biscuits and tea and milk to our room on request but the daytime reception staff not so much. Cleaning staff very helpful and friendly.
Luggage was able to be stored behind reception when we arrived early and was made easily available at check in time.
The hotel is very tired. They've done their best to refresh the rooms, but the absence of a mini fridge for keeping drinks, snacks and fresh milk is a bit of a let down really. The furniture is old but still functional at least and there is a safe. Bathrooms terrible - very old fashioned and tired. The shower has no hot water whatsoever on each of the three mornings we stayed. We were assured that some came to look on day 2 but alas, still no hot water. This resulted in the need to take early morning baths which is time consuming and wasteful. Tiles missing and pretty grubby all over. No toilet brush either.
Key cards failed to work on two occasions during our 3 night stay and we noticed that this was happening with other guests too.
Lighting in the room terrible for makeup application - no overheads, just dim lamps and over-bed lighting.
