Pros:

Reception staff very good girl on check in very professional and helpful can't remember her name but she checked us in on 5th August

Cons:

Room needs a lot of work, some furniture in very bad condition ( bedside table in room 717 )

Lovely staff, some areas of the hotel were a bit unclean
Pros:

It was in a good location. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Cons:

For the money, it should have been cleaner. Stains on the carpets in the bedrooms, found bits on the carpet that weren’t hoovered etc. The chairs in the bar were heavily stained. The overall feel was that it could do with a bit of tlc.

Pros:

Bed is great, super comfortable. Bedroom size was okay for one night stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit smelly, and we were put in an adapted bedroom so the shower area was floor-level with no glass and no shower mat (to get one, we would need to ask at the reception).
