The location was excellent, walking distance from main attraction and shopping
Cleanliness was a major issue throughout our stay. There were rust marks and dust in various areas, and when I touched the TV, my hand was covered in dust. The bathroom was in a similar condition. As these issues were evident from the first day, we decided not to request housekeeping due to concerns about the cleaning standards. Leaves near the lift on our floor also remained there throughout our stay, becoming increasingly scattered as guests walked over them.
We also experienced an issue with all the electrical sockets in our room failing at around 2 am on the night before checkout. Reception assured us the issue would be addressed by 8 am, but the morning staff were unaware of the situation. A maintenance engineer eventually discovered that the circuit breaker was inside our bathroom, contrary to what we had initially been told. This was particularly frustrating as we had a flight to catch and needed to charge our phones.
Having stayed at Clayton hotels in other cities without any issues, I was particularly disappointed by this experience. I expected the same standards of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service, but unfortunately, this hotel fell well below expectations.

I liked the staff and how handy the check in and check out was. I also liked that there was extra pillows in the room. It’s the little things.
Under the beds were not cleaned and the sink wasn’t either. Location is a bit out of the way but that can’t be helped.
Location was amazing, minutes walk from everything that we wanted to do and see. Staff were lovely, room was comfortable.
Room was tired in places, stained carpet and bathroom fittings need some minor repairs. Shower pressure was weak when using the rainfall shower. If the price had been £50 a night lower, the price would have matched the room standard.

Die zentral Lage ist perfekt, um Belfast zu erkunden - alle Sehenwürdigkeiten und Einkaufsstraßen sind fussläufig erreichbar und ebenfalls viele Restaurants und Bars.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - unsere Koffer waren nicht mitgekommen, man hat uns unterstützt und jede Bitte erfüllt, die möglich war !!

Amazing staff.. such wonderful staff. From the receptionist on our arrival. To the restaurant staff for our meal, to the bar staff that night, to the room cleaning lady the next day.. all wonderful, all smiling, all happy people. Happy staff give out a wonderful vibe. Thank you.
We hated the low chairs in the bar area. Dreadful, the tables were too high for them. You couldn’t eat from them. We felt like we were Alice in wonderful… ha ha . Get rid of those orange chairs around the tables please x
The size of the room is good and location near transport links like Grand Central Station. The breakfast was very good.
