HGV Representative Vacation Options
Pros:

All of my interactions with staff and HGV Representative Brian was extra helpful in helping my to future Hilton Hotel adventures. I didn't purchase a vacation package today but with future Hilton stays in progress, I'll continue to think about what Brian has shared with me during this visit. You have a great representative sharing options while selecting Hilton as a choice hotel.

Dirty! Very dirty

I really liked how the room looked and how thr lobby was nice and easy access

Cons:

Not all the light switches work!!!! THERE WAS MOLD UNDER THE RUG!!! The rug next to the bed was wet we thought we spilled something then we realized there was so drinks around us and we realized the next morning it was still wet that’s how we discovered mold the cleanliness was not good AT ALL there was a USED CONDOM under the bed and lots of bits of trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ALL THE LIGHT SWITCHES WORK!!!!! The Shower had built up GRIME and MOLD!!!!! the balcony floor was SO DIRTY aswell!!! Definitely not the best for cleanliness there was lots of white stains on the chair I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it this forsure wasn’t the best stay

We will stay there when we are in Downey.
Pros:

Excellent front desk staff. We checked in Saturday evening and the gentleman was awesome. Promote him and give him a raise for his personality and willingness to go above the call of duty.

Cons:

My daughter did not like the scrambled eggs.

Pros:

This hotel is old. You could not adjust the temperature in the rooms. Had something to do with the temperature outside! And the fan wasn't working properly, making the room atmosphere stale and damp. Ended up getting sick. Also no hot water for a period of time, said they were working on the water heaters. Had to cut my stay short, I couldn't stay in this place another day

sliding glass door lock was broken; glass shower door was broken and replaced with curtain. door between living room and bedroom did not close. not all lights worked in room. phone in bedroom was broken.
