La habitación estaba muy ampla, muy funcional y las camas comodas, el desayuno estaba incluido y era bueno
El precio del estacionamiento de 20 dolares por día, tenían un elevador fuera de servicio, y debido a la falta de personal se batallaba para que limpiaran la habitación
Das Hotel ist sehr gutes Embassy Niveau, obwohl wir ein schlechten Start an der Rezeption erleben mussten.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren leider nicht sehr Kunden freundlich. Wir sind auf dem Weg von unserem Roadtripp mit Familie etwas früher als erwartet im Hotel angekommen und habe an der Rezeption nachgefragt ob es möglich ist etwas früher ein zu Checken zunächst wurde mir ein Check-In zugestimmt mit einer Stunde Wartezeit, was ja bis dahin alles in Ordnung ist da wir ja etwas früher dran Waren als geplant. Nach ca 1,5 Std sind wir wieder an Hotel angekommen . Zunächst war die Dame gerade dabei uns ein zu Checken, bis eine andere Kollegin an der Rezeption dazwischen gefunkt hat und wollte für den ca . 1 Std vor regulären Check-In 30€ extra dafür berechnen. Das fand die ehrlich gesagt eine bodenlose Frechheit nachdem uns ein Check - In zugestimmt wurde und das Zimmer offensichtlich schon bereit stand. Schade solches Verhalten sind wir von bisher besuchten Embassy Hotels nicht gewohnt.

If you’re in Downey or near the area, I’d highly recommend staying at this Embassy Suites property. We enjoyed our one night stay so much. The staff greeted us right away and got us checked in with ease. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious too. We really enjoyed our breakfast the next morning and found it to be one of the best perks of this hotel. The quality of the food was amazing and the staff was great. We especially enjoyed our customer service experience with Brian. He was so informative and shared so much information with us about how to maximize our Hilton Rewards. He made us feel like such valued guests! We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area.
Room was the appropriate size and was clean.
The room I reserved was not available and ended up on a different room. The pool was dirty, a lot of noisy children were in the pool area without supervision. One of the elevators was broken and the other one was extremely slow, making difficult to go in and out of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't check me in until 8pm because housekeeping was so far behind. It was so hot in the lobby. Me & my children were sweating so bad. I chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital. My loved one is in the I.C.U. i ended up having a breakdown at the front desk because of the news I received over the phone about my love. I was trying so hard to get to the hospital. My children needed to be in the room. Once we got in the room, there was no tissue, towels or soap, and the tub was dirty. I spent all the money just to sit in the lobby most of the night sweating & uncomfortable.
Breakfast and layout of the space with multiple hangout spaces was awesome.
The many plumbing issues that arose when you are. at max capacity.
The breakfast foods and serving time was great. They offered a variety of fruits and omelets. The food serving staff was very hospital and patient.

Me encantò el desayuno, mucha atenciòn al detalle y muy variado. Cuenta con una omelette station que marca mucho la diferencia.
Me gustò el detalle de los dos drinks complementarios en el Bar & Grill del hotel, hace que todos los huespedes quieran compartir tambien fuera de sus habitaciones y disfrutar mas de las instalaciones.
A pesar de que cuenta con bonitas y comodas habitaciones, no me gustò que la mia tenia muchos descuidos tecnicos en varias luces y algunos mobiliarios. Dicho esto aun asi estuve muy contento durante mi estancia.
