Pros:

Staff was great from the lobby to the restaurant.

Cons:

The room was as clean as it should have been. Floor was not swept/vacuumed. Bathroom sink was dirty and there was hair in the shower!

pack and play should come with sheets and blankets

front counter customer service excellent. breakfast is always good.

Cons:

order two pack and plays. one pack and play could not be assembled (broken).brought back a wooden crib. ask three times for sheets and blankets never received.
housekeeping finally brought one queen size sheet for the pack and play and the crib¿

Cons:

The room was not cleaned after the first night. Had to ask for towels. There was no carpet in the room which left the curtains smelling. Loud noises above us both nights and someone knocked at door in the middle of the night.

Not comfortable at all. Itchy due to bug bites. And unable to rest properly due to the worry of getting more bites.

Even after contacting the property about us being on the road and a few hours out they booked all 2 bed queen rooms ( I reserved ours months ago and confirmed day of with Andres the manager) we had to switch rooms after 2 days in and then had to change rooms again due to a bed bug problem. We had to repeatedly go downstairs and ask for toilet paper because the cleaning staff would skip our room.
