The beds were comfy , the view was beautiful,

Cons:

The bathroom was really small, the floor is extremely slippery throughout the room especially the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower, and unfortunately the bathroom smelled like diapers...

Pros:

It fun the food was good, service was great, and clean and comfortable

Cons:

The only issue and it really wasn’t that big of a deal, the ac in the room didn’t work and the TVs are out dated.

the place was great, but to have to pay for parking, i can see if i had multiple cars
Cons:

the Jacuzzi was not working well and the front desk staff brushed it off and said ya it hasn't been working. the one person who cared was a supervisor of some sort, even thought it was never fixed. Having to pay extra for parking my car there was crazy too, how do most people get there walking?

Sigo sin entender el cobro del estacionamiento, ningún otro hotel que eh visitado en los ángeles tiene este cobro, Deberían tener un espacio por reserva, 18 dolares por día es algo excesivo, lo demás muy bien como siempre

Very good stay and value for money
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff was very helpful. Room was big and very convenient for 5 persons.

Cons:

Breakfast was so crowded, hard to find a table. And the coffee corner smells really BAD

Pros:

All of my interactions with staff and HGV Representative Brian was extra helpful in helping my to future Hilton Hotel adventures. I didn't purchase a vacation package today but with future Hilton stays in progress, I'll continue to think about what Brian has shared with me during this visit. Dirty! Very dirty
Pros:

I really liked how the room looked and how thr lobby was nice and easy access

Cons:

Not all the light switches work!!!! THERE WAS MOLD UNDER THE RUG!!! The rug next to the bed was wet we thought we spilled something then we realized there was so drinks around us and we realized the next morning it was still wet that’s how we discovered mold the cleanliness was not good AT ALL there was a USED CONDOM under the bed and lots of bits of trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ALL THE LIGHT SWITCHES WORK!!!!! The Shower had built up GRIME and MOLD!!!!! the balcony floor was SO DIRTY aswell!!! Definitely not the best for cleanliness there was lots of white stains on the chair I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it this forsure wasn’t the best stay
