My bed was awfully uncomfortable. The computer systems went down in the middle of my check-in so they had to change computers. This caused my card to be pending on double the charges for everything. That money is on hold in my account and I couldn’t access it until 4 days later when the double charge fell out of the system. This caused me many problems.

Don’t know if it was a bad weekend. But too many kids at the hotel.

Why wasn't I told the pool is not available? I wouldn't have booked a room here if it didn't have a pool.

Havent found anything I didn't like and on 5th day here

The pull out couch was so uncomfortable. The breakfast station was small so felt crowded. The elevators are very slow

Not enough seating for breakfast elevators were so slow was almost late checking out because we waited 10 minutes for an elevator and still having to take the stairs coffee maker in room was dirty when you put water in it was slimy

The clothes dryer on my floor didn’t work. Front desk staff called engineering, who refused to look at it and told them to tell me to use a different one, as if I have nothing else to do with my life for a second whole hour and it was my problem to correct. At $8/load,($2.50 wash & $2.50 dry plus $3 for detergent in the hotel shop) one should be able to expect basic functionality, at bare minimum. It’s also worth mentioning that the laundry room has zero air circulation. Previously I’d done laundry and it was so hot and humid when I attempted to fold my clothes and put them in the basket that it took my breath away, literally feeling like there was a weight on my chest. I had to take the clothes to my room so I could both breathe and fold simultaneously.

My room door worked one of every 10 key card swipes or so. Front desk staff called engineering and asked him to check the batteries. Engineering watched me open the door once, silently determined it was working fine and walked briskly away without a word, refusing to look at it. I had to follow him to the elevator because he didn’t have enough respect for me as a guest to stop and speak face to face. I explained that the door was working intermittently. He informed me that he would get to it eventually, before leaving for the day…if he could. I have 2 pets who go outside routinely. I have a child. Having a malfunctioning door was neither safe nor efficient. There were multiple other guests reporting the same issues at the front desk and throughout the halls. One had to leave his golf clubs in another person’s room because he couldn’t get into his room. Front desk staff said the building is old and they are ‘on the list’ to have doors replaced. Despite this acknowledgement, I was treated like a burden for asking for help because I’d been locked out of my room at least a dozen times in 3 days.

In addition, there was one front staff who would
not leave my scared, cowering dog alone.

Need to pay attention to cleanliness in the Parking area.

Rooms were dirty, waited a long time for room to be ready, cleaning staff was rude, & maintenance had to come service the toilet and did not say anything as far as job being completed or he needed to return.

AC didn’t work in our first room, we moved rooms twice in our two night stay. One elevator was broken and with a full hotel it caused delays
