Memorable, pleasant, accommodating
Pros:

Location good near a lot of attractions. Atmosphere is really laid back and calm pool for kids loved & was clean. Rooms were very clean & kept up with they brought towels and blankets if needed daily and would make our beds. Value for price was good other than no hot tub we were bummed about, and our tv in the living room area didn’t work and maintence leaves super early in evening so it wasn’t resolved. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the woman cook and staff were super friendly and nice to our kids, made to order chef area was our favorite. The evening time for happy hour for any type of drinks and snacks was one of our favorite things they did for guests while there, there is a Kroger near by, the prices of the food and drinks at hotel were outrageous, they do give you complimentary water which was nice. Front desk staff was always great and greeting us and making sure we were happy with our stay as much as they could.

Dinner foods INSIDE the hotel restaurant were amazing, Alfredo and pizzas were always fresh to order. Def a winner on that part!

Pros:

Loved the pool and breakfast

Cons:

No air in my room the entire 2nd night had to have 3 fans on entire day and night with 3 small children. Pillows and blankets on king size better had tons of dust all of them along with bathroom vent had a good 3 inch thick dust spent too much money per night to have a room like this

I will NEVER stay here. We were treated badly

They tried to charge us double our rate “for extra items we may want”. This was not mentioned ahead of time

Nasty hotel!!
Pros:

We had a horrible stay.
Our daughter had a cheer comp. The rooms were dirty. We got two rooms and both dirty. Had someone come up and fix our tv still. Didn't work. Hair in the tub and in toilet.
Couch bed had holes and mold or dirt. Our coffee pot didn't work lucky the kids did. The pool water had bugs in it. I got in for 10sec then saw about 8 died flys I was done. They charge we go to cheer competition a lot won't stay here again. The best is tnr older lady that checked us bout didn't say how was your stay!
Don't get me started on how hot our room was we had it on 60 and the hallway was 20°

Het hotel was keurig en correct. Elke dag werd er netjes schoongemaakt. Ook de galerijen waren altijd schoon.
