I've stayed here many times. The room is always clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Christina Tedrow. She has a wonderful, welcoming personality and treats me like family each time I stay there.
It was fine
Breakfast
I have been coming to this location for years. The hotel service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Christine at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed and makes leaving home a little easier. I highly recommend staying here. Rooms are kept up and can’t go wrong with the happy hour as well.
Breakfast was OK. Staff were friendly. potatoes were mushy. Sausages were rubbery. my omelette was pretty decent.
My stay was from Friday to Monday. I checked out Saturday evening, my first room, I love the size. I love the room until we left and came back and it smelled like shit. Then I got moved to another room an that room had bed bugs. Very disappointed!
The room, the breakfast bar on the 1st day, not on the 2nd day. Too many guests, not enough staff to keep up with the utensils, plates, and food and drinks. The pool got very crowded on day 2.
How crowded it felt on day 2. The breakfast was out of a lot ,had to wait 10-15 minutes to get it replaced. The pool was crowded.
It was clean
It’s far aways for everything…but not that far
Did not get the eat.
Nothing.
We have stayed at alot of Embassy Suites as they are our preferred hotel to stay with our family. We booked 2 rooms this time... With that said, this location is the worst we have been to. The service from employees was very rude from the African American woman who checked us in, and when the group I was with asked to borrow 4 pens she said "well we dont have them, you can take this 1 but you need to bring it back in a minute" You are telling me she couldn't lift a finger to help walk and find 3 more hotel pens? ! ?... to the older woman we saw in the breakfast area tell a customer to move so she could reach the waffle maker to wipe it down and then tried to talk over him as he was talking to his wife.
Breakfast set up was weird... they had empty dishes on the buffet, but made people wait in a long line for eggs, bacon, pancakes and French toast.... My daughter left hungry because she didn't know she had to stand in a huge line to get pancakes while there was empty spots that should have been filled on the buffet.
We were here to celebrate my daughters Bday and had a cake and snacks, but was told we couldn't use the lobby with any outside food at all because they consider that ENTIRE space as their restaurant.... (No hotel, I have ever been to has ever had a rule that there is no outside food... certain areas maybe, but not their entire lobby)
The area is also not the best apparently because there was a work truck that had their windows broken into over night.
Their phone lines have also been down for 2 days and there is no way to contact the hotel, as we have billing questions with some charges that dont look normal like a regular hotel hold.. Apparently they charge an extra 150 hold per room....
This place is wild and should really think of changing the way they do business. IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE, AND WHEN WE DO THIS AGAIN, WE WILL DRIVE OUT OF THE WAY TO AVOID THIS TERRIBLE CHOICE.
Location good near a lot of attractions. Atmosphere is really laid back and calm pool for kids loved & was clean. Rooms were very clean & kept up with they brought towels and blankets if needed daily and would make our beds. Value for price was good other than no hot tub we were bummed about, and our tv in the living room area didn’t work and maintence leaves super early in evening so it wasn’t resolved. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the woman cook and staff were super friendly and nice to our kids, made to order chef area was our favorite. The evening time for happy hour for any type of drinks and snacks was one of our favorite things they did for guests while there, there is a Kroger near by, the prices of the food and drinks at hotel were outrageous, they do give you complimentary water which was nice. Front desk staff was always great and greeting us and making sure we were happy with our stay as much as they could.
Dinner foods INSIDE the hotel restaurant were amazing, Alfredo and pizzas were always fresh to order. Def a winner on that part!
