I will NEVER stay here. We were treated badly

They tried to charge us double our rate “for extra items we may want”. This was not mentioned ahead of time

Wonderful stay for a Michigan person

Had a one night stay in early February 2026 because of a girls' gym meet at the Ohio Expo. Received a wonderful group room discount so the price was fabulous for the value. Room on the 8th floor facing the highway intersection was terrific, including king bed in the rear part of the suite, a large sofa with sofa bed in the front part, with two TVs, microwave, refrig, Keurig coffee maker, etc. Quiet! Loved the hotel with happy hour including munchies and huge breakfast spread. Bed was a little uncomfortable but maybe just me. As a Michigan person, not excited about Columbus but this is a great place to stay! Always enjoy an atrium architected hotel.

Leave your car empty and windows open!
Pros:

Careful staying at this hotel. 15 vehicles broken into including mine. lost 2 items totaling 2,000.00 dollars. Also had to replace 2 panels of glass. another 800 dollars.
Waited 2 hours to file a police report. Called the hotel 4 times to ask the manager to comp one nights stay. Do you think he could call back. not a chance. Does not give a care. Called corporate and they explained how terrible that experience is and someone will call in 3 business days. Again 0 effs given.
