Pleasant and comfortable!

Sincerely I have nothing to complain about.
I would like to publicly thank Ms Sandra Buttigieg in particular who went out of her to make sure I was sitting comfortably as I had backache.
Her greeting with a beautiful smile will never go unnoticed!

Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, room was very comfortable with a beautiful harbour view. The best location you can get. The beautiful garden and facilities within the hotel. We enjoyed the spa with treatments. The main restaurant is very good and the lounge cafe is great for lunch or afternoon tea. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional, I had a nice chat with them, they helped me with everything :) They even surprised me with a birthday treat, which absolutely made my day! Thank you so much!
Also the spa was really nice: a pool with nice temperature water, steam room, salt room - I had a really good time there.
I can also recommend the hair saloon, without appointment they did a blowdry in excellent quality.
If ever going to Malta again, I'll definitely stay at the Phoenicia.

Fabulous Art Deco styled property with fantastic gardens . Located centrally but in its own plot well away from the business of the centre. Spa was one of the best we have used with a wonderful pool and associated facilities . A true 5 star hotel

Amazing but expensive breakfast. Loved the spa

Cons:

Room was quite simply furnished with quite dated furniture. Could do with a refresh. But super comfortable and with lovely view over the harbour and pool.
