Cons:

Ondanks het eigenlijk kamer verhuur hotel is mogen ze wel denken aan wc in de kamers.. het is al soms awkward dat iedereen elkaar kan horen maar dan nog door de gangen doorlopen en elkaar tegenkomen is teveel van het goede vinden jullie niet haha?

zeer correct voor de prijs, ik begrijp die zovele slechte reviews dus niet ...
Pros:

gezien de prijs was dit een zeer comfortabele nette kamer (nr 18), te bereiken met lift. Bed ok en zeer witte hoezen. De kamer was verwarmd en verlucht. Een grote TV. Er wordt aan de receptie gratis koffie en thee aangeboden 's morgens. Badkamer netjes en het kost als bezoeker geen moeite om een haardroger aan de receptie te vragen. Had een week eerder een heel slechte ervaring met een 3x zo dure kamer, vlakbij, aan de Italiëlei 113: kamer niet verwarmd en niet mogelijk om verwarming in te stellen, lavabo vies en verstopt, trappen en hallen zeer donker ... Airb&b is daar duidelijk enkel geldgewin, zonder aanwezigheid van bewoners van het pand ...
