Pago por una habitación superior con baño spa, no había aqua caliente y el WiFi no llega hasta el habitación. Era sucia, mal estado, pago por 3 noches pero mi fui después de una porque necesitaba ducharme, la recepcionista no ayuda para nada y nege devolver mi dinero

No AC, no hot water, but a nice clean room with a fridge and a fan for $20 a night. You can't beat that. The room was amazingly quiet for being in the center of the commercial district

Sin agua caliente en ninguna habitación y además una habitación con jacuzzi.Yboa recepción dijo que ya tienen varios días así ya que no consiguen el repuesto.

I was there for five days - no hot, not even warm water for showering. The staff was great, the hotel lobby and common areas for reading, etc nice and always clean. I would go back only if they fix the hot water matter.

O prédio é bom, porém não ter uma coberta ou lençol disponível na chegada é imperdoável. Também não tinha ducha. A água saía pelo cano e molhava todo o banheiro. Faltou manutenção.

The hotel was not in the best condition...had to move from 2 different rooms. The 1st one the jacuzzi did not work the 2nd one the A/C.. Finnaly on the 3rd room every thing was fine. The staff was very friendly and where able to work in tryi g to keep you satisfied. The hotel definitely needs some seriose maintance. But for the pricd you paid its what you get.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue verdaderamente excepcional. Hay que destacar que la impecable limpieza y la conveniente ubicación central contribuyeron a hacer mi estadía sumamente agradable. Lo que realmente me dejó encantada fue la amabilidad y disposición de las recepcionistas. Fueron más que simplemente profesionales; su trato personalizado y gestos amables hicieron que me sintiera realmente bienvenida. Sin duda, su atención destacó y contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera inolvidable.
Si tuviera la opción de otorgar más de 5 estrellas al hotel, lo haría sin dudarlo. El nivel de recomendación es absoluto; un lugar totalmente recomendable para aquellos que buscan algo excepcional.

Todo muy bien en el hotel, a tener en cuenta ciertas habitaciones son calurosas, el aseo de la habitación podría mejorar un poco, la zona alrededor es poco agradable de noche, sin embargo no fue insegura. La atencion en el hotel muy buena, el parqueadero muy bueno 24horas. Los domicilios pueden llegar hasta la habitacion.
