Pros:

Naast de verzorgde kamer, waren er veel extra ruimtes en faciliteiten (fitness, wasmachine, sauna, spelletjeskast, bar, kinderhoek...)
Een heel verzorgd en volledig ontbijt waarbij je de mogelijkheid krijgt om een vers eitje naar keuze te bestellen.
De tramhalte is praktisch naast de deur, waardoor je in minder dan 10 minuten in het centrum van Aarhus staat (zonder hier last van te ondervinden).

Cons:

De parking is via Booking.com niet in de prijs inbegrepen.

Skønt ophold med nem in checking.
Pros:

At det var nemt at tjekke ind. Morgenmaden var skøn. Og at man har sin egen lejlighed.

Cons:

Det ligger for tæt på letbanen (lyden) sengene er alt for bløde, og man kan mærke at der har ligget mange i dem.

Spacious accommodation with a nice breakfast.
Pros:

A lovely apartment with lots of space and a quiet, sunny balcony.
The bathroom was spacious and plenty towels were provided.
The bedroom closed off to the hall/living area/sofa bed by a sliding door - great with kids.
The location is quite far out but next to a tram stop which is quick to get into the city or a short drive.
We had a car and this was an ideal location for getting into the city but also adventuring out to other places.
Breakfast was delicious with various pastries and some hams/cheeses/cereal and you could order various egg options.
Tea, coffee and hot chocolate was available at anytime, free of charge.

Cons:

There was a good car park but it was quite expensive per day if you didn’t book direct.

Breakfast has warm dish options such as scrambled eggs and fried eggs.

Cons:

The property is located directly next to a 24-hour tram line, which makes it incredibly noisy; even with the windows tightly closed, the sound is highly disruptive. Because the apartment faces west and has very limited ventilation, the room traps heat and gets quite warm at night during the summer, even on cooler days. This creates a frustrating dilemma: keeping the windows closed makes the room uncomfortably hot, but opening them lets in extreme street noise and bright outside lights. To make matters worse, both the bed and the pillows were far too soft and lacked support. Between the heat, the noise, and the uncomfortable bed, I barely slept at all. Additionally, the bathroom is awkwardly situated in the middle of the layout with a door that opens outward into the hallway. If you are coming from the bedroom side, the door opens directly toward you, blocking your path and forcing you to awkwardly maneuver around it just to get inside. It would be much more functional if it were replaced with a sliding door. For future guests, please note that the building has two sides: one row of rooms faces east (away from the tracks), while the other faces west (directly facing the tram). If you decide to book here, I highly recommend requesting an east-facing room to avoid the constant tram noise and intense evening sun.

Locatie ligt wat buiten de stad, maar tram vlak voor de deur. Ontbijt was fantastisch en alles zelf gemaakt ; 5 sterren. Speelruimtes voor peuters en kleuters of voor gezinnen. Wasserette, gym. Hoorde nauwelijks kinderen huilen, elk kind was blij. Veel humor in de ruimtes. “Verboden te roken, behalve als je in brand staat”

Jammer dat de klandizie voor diner voor het hotel niet lonend was.

At vi fikk et handikapp toalett, som var for litt ukomfortabelt.

Virkelig dejligt sted
Pros:

Virkelig lækker morgenmad, hjælpsomt personale, rent og pænt, letbane meget tæt på, handicapvenligt = det var til at komme til alle steder med kørestol, rummelige lejliheder
