Cons:

Our booking was changed without any notice to us. I booked 4 double rooms almost a month in advance only to get there and be told that I can only get 1 Double and 3 singles.

They did their best to remedy it by being flexible and including breakfast.

Warning: Your booking confirmation doesn't make sure you can stay
Pros:

No idea. Wasn't allowed to stay there

Cons:

When I arrived I presented my confirmed booking. They were overbooked and refused me to stay. No announcement or warning in advance, just told me on arrival. At least they arranged a room for me in another hotel, about 5 km away for a similar price
