la posizione dietro lo stadio, il prezzi degli hotel a Nashville sono abbastanza alti e questo è stato un ottimo compromesso per raggiungere downtown a piedi (sfruttando il ponte pedonale)

The staff was friendly. They had a good breakfast selection. The location was very convenient for our event at Nissan Stadium.

ALOT of people in lobby that were NOT guests. A concert was near by and so alot of the fans were in the lobby buying up all the drinks out of the machine and sitting around to cool off.
The elevator is way too small and the elevator floor was coming apart. Too many non guests in the lobby and hanging outside.
The room was objectively fine. The experience could have been better for the price, but it was an okay experience.
Not that they could help it, but the construction happening across the street caused disruptions to the traffic flow and riding sharing services. Additionally, I was charged an undisclosed $50 damages fee that has not yet been returned to my account. For a one night stay that we only used the room to sleep in, I feel this amount should have been returned to me by now.

Everything, from the entrance being extremely clean, the rooms were big and spacious, the breakfast was amazing. They had waffles, breads varieties, sausage eggs biscuits and gravy and much more to choose from. The rooms had enough lighting inside bathroom was big with a shower. No dressers but had closet with shelves to place items. The beds were amazing to sleep on, the guitar pool was a bonus for the children.
Everything was perfect except the microwave didnt work at first but they fixed it.
Location was good, right in the middle for my appts and shopping. The free breakfast was really good for hotel food.
We had to move rooms 3 times. Which was awful because we were exhausted because we requested an early check in, and they told us 30 minutes was all they could offer. I had an 845 procedure that we drove up for thay morning. Last ropm was a conjoined room, i guess some kids were placed in it, they tried to come in our room several times. Wifi was horrible, it didnt even work, I had to Hotspot from my phone the entire time. Construction at the stadium was ridiculous, they started at 5 am, which was right outside the window, so I was up early because the noise. The staff was rude and didnt even act like they cared about us walking in to check in, having to switch rooms or when we were checking out.

Our room only had hot water off and on. We did not complain to the front desk as we were only there for two nights. But when I said something when we checked out, she said they could have switched rooms for us.
