Close to Nissan stadium
It was clean and slept good
It was dark inside.
The location was wonderful, so close to the event we were attending at Nissan Stadium.
The construction and road work going on made it a little confusing at first but once we knew where we were going it was very simple to get there.

Facility should have been torn down 20 years ago , floor in elevator had had whole almost all the way through, had to ask everyday for coffee and fresh towels everyday then one day gave us only one towel . Just old and out of date hotel. Feel sorry for the staff..
Good location due to purpose of our stay being CMAfest and ubers to downtown were low in value
Construction making the road outside difficult to walk
Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was adequate.
Elevator floor could use some work not unsafe just looks very shabby. The construction made it look not so great from the outside but hopefully that will be completed soon.

Room was filthy, wallpaper was falling off and peeling, dirt on floors and on walls, stained shower, pool was broken down, construction noises all night and early morning. Bug ran across floor and into air vent.

It was really close to Broadway.
There was dog poop in the grass by the parking lot. When we brought the concern to the front desk she said it was not her responsibility. The locals will bring there dogs around and not clean it up. I understand it is frustrating that others do not clean up after their pets but as a hotel and charging that much to be staying for one night, I would hope they at least take care of their lawn so people do not step is dog shit.

Wifi didn’t reach our room, we were offered a different one but had the same problem.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Cassandra at the front desk took care of an issue i reported immediately which really impressed me. She was extremely helpful on other issues as well. The breakfast staff did a good job of keeping up with the large customer group during CMA. Considering the construction next door the entire hotel had little disturbance. The proximity to Nission Stadium was superb, very short walk.
Their policy for no room service unless requested is greatly appreciated.
