Pros:

I booked the room 6 months early. We walk in at 9pm on UARK move in week and we’re told they had to cancel our room. I received an email at 7:45 that it was cancelled but didn’t see it because we were driving. Very disappointed.

Cons:

Not canceling the room I book 6 months prior.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Loved the location. Would rather not have carpet in the room.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located to downtown Fayetteville. There was as a nice bike/walking path right behind the hotel. The room had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig.

Cons:

I prefer rooms with tile over carpet. The room had a musty wet odor/feeling.

I can look past most things because it's a hotel but not dirty sheets and cold breakfast

Great location. Great for families.

Great location - close to lots of activities, restaurants, etc.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The breakfast time could have been better stocked. Both mornings the paper goods and seemed to run out before the breakfast time was scheduled to end.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I am a frugal person, so I wish it cost less. But if facilities and staff would be worse, than I'll have to pay to play.
