Wasn’t the worse place I’ve stayed, but I won’t be staying here again. There are much better options in the area.

Wasn’t even close to being as nice as all the other Margaritaville’s we’ve staged at. Pool area way too small for size of hotel. Very slim chance of getting an actual chair at pool. Pool chemistry was clearly not balanced correctly. Water was cloudy and nasty. Additional fee for parking is outrageous. TVs are very outdated. The worst part was being told to see the “time share” desk to “complete” check in and being hounded and pressured by salesmen trying to discretely talk you into doing something you don’t want to do. This was a terrible beginning of my trip. There’s no spa in this one like the others.
Also-where is the refreshing water dispenser with fresh fruit like the other resorts have??

Hotel needs an overall refresher and updating.

It was good, and would go again.
Pros:

It was pretty and location to downtown was great.

Cons:

When we called (twice) for linens for the pull out no one came and we had to go down at 1:00 am and get them ourselves.
Starbucks always out of food.

Nice stay close to heart of Nashville
Pros:

Room was comfortable and hotel was overall well decorated and clean. Toiletries in the bathroom were really nice! A short 5 minute walk to Broadway

Cons:

Fairly small, not a lot of storage space for luggage or anything. Swimming pool was a bit dirty

Well maintained, beautiful resort, close to everything. Aggressive timeshare staff that won’t take no for an answer.

It was beautiful, clean, safe, and close to everything.

Cons:

The timeshare staff. I was told to go to the kiosks to finish checking in and was mislead. They are extremely aggressive, which started our trip out in an uncomfortable way.

I loved it, and I'll be back, but housekeeping/maintenance needs to proactively identify themselves.
Cons:

Someone attempted to enter my room using a key only after a brief knock (I answered verbally). Without responding, they opened the door and were only stopped by the fact that I yelled "EXCUSE ME!?" and the physical door bar.
