Margaritaville Hotel Nashville

Very central location. Mercedes at reception made us feel very welcomed and gave us a free upgrade with a lovely corner window in a lovely room overlooking Nashville.

Our breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and our server was the beautiful Fayza.
I would highly recommend The Margaritaville Hotel in Nashville.

We’re staying just now at Margaritaville for our honeymoon and our experience so far has been absolutely brilliant.

Special shout out to Mittsi and Lyndsay at the front desk and concierge who have been absolutely lovely.

Everything is clean, themed without being brash and really comfortable. The location is so convenient too - a short wander takes you straight to all the sites!

Great service. Keithan was awesome! Very friendly and professional. I enjoyed our stay and the valet was superb. Highly recommend staying here.

Friendly staff, fun vibe. It’s the 3rd Margaritaville we have been to and so far the best. Was just driving through Nashville on our way to Florida.. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My family and I stayed at the Margaritaville Resort in Nashville this week. The hotel is beautiful and is located in a perfect location. We had a king room and a double queen room. Both rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds and pillows were super comfortable with thick, crisp sheets that were of a nice weight and feel. It’s obvious house keeping takes pride in their work.

Even better than the hotel was the excellent staff. We ate breakfast daily, one dinner, and a few appetizers/desserts at the JWB Restaurant. Carmena was great. Always smiling, kind and attentive. She took excellent care of us multiple days. Colin at breakfast also friendly and helpful. Chef Toney prepared our food perfectly. Eid also took great care of us. The staff were consistently excellent and genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. They truly made our visit special.

During our stay we had the wings (very delicious and perfectly seasoned), the hot chicken sandwich, several kinds of burgers, pimento cheese dip, French toast, ham and cheese omelet, JWB breakfast plate, sunrise breakfast sandwich, and a chocolate chip cookie skillet. Everyone in our party enjoyed everything we ordered. This was the best breakfast I have had at a resort. We also enjoyed drinks at the Christmas bar. Very fun and festive with tasty drinks! Star was also great there too!

You will not be disappointed with the hotel, amenities, dining, or location. We have very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

From the moment we checked in to this beautiful property we knew it was going to be a great stay.! Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and well decorated. We had the opportunity to visit the JMB restaurant, food was delicious and staff were ultra friendly. Room was well appointed and beds were comfortable. We finished our last night dining at Fins and ot didn’t disappoint. We had delicious cocktails, yummy pizza and enjoyed the live music. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

We wanted to go to Nashville for a little big town concert at the ryman. This property was within walking distance, The staff were all awesome, friendly and efficient. The room was large with a small but complete kitchen including a dishwasher. The check in and out process was very easy and time effective. We would definitely return!

The location was close to the bridgestone center where we attended the Illinois Tennessee basketball game. I text them to get clean towels and they were delivered within 15 minutes. Food and drinks at both JWB & Fins were both good!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly service - BUT - I hope they can do something about the smell. Every part of the hotel- every floor - smells like a restaurant fryer. Clothes/hair smelled all day and had to wash everything while there for Two days. Terrible smell! Never happened at another Margaritaville property.
The first floor restaurant was nice but at Finn’s on the 4th floor (smelled worse than the rest) the bartender and only server walked out without a word. Just left! People still eating and the musician still playing - they just up and left. So weird.
The room was a king suite which looked nice but was oddly without obvious “amenities” as in garbage bins, towel bars, enough hooks for hanging anything more than a tiny cloth. A tiny little holder in the shower but no bar or hook. Like they started the room but forgot to finish it.
So bizarre. It wasn’t “bad” but a few things made it weird. Fix the air / smell please!!

This was our first time staying at a Margaritaville Resort but will not be the last. The staff are all super friendly. The facilities are clean and bright.

When we arrived we found out that there was no one there at the time that could drive a stick. Not to worry, Hamilton to the rescue. He checked with his manager right away and had a solution which was suitable to us. He rode with me up into the deck and gave us a good spot where we could retrieve the vehicle. Super friendly and helpful he is and I’m sure he is this way with all resort patrons.

My company hosted our annual convention at the Margaritaville. The staff on-sit was phenomenal. Wael, our banquet captain, went above and beyond for us. He truly is one of the best I have ever worked with in the event management space. He made our event a huge success and made our last minute adjustments with enthusiasm. His attention to detail and support to our staff was top notch. He allowed our conference to be smooth and stress free. His team was efficient, kind, and respectful. I believe their quality of work is a direct reflection to the leadership and skill of Wael. Our experience on site was exceptional because of Eid, Mervat, and Christina, and Wael. Thank you is not enough.

We came down to watch the Seahawks play the Titans football game. We had a great time at Margaritaville. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were all cheerful but professional and efficient. They had enough front desk staff to not make anyone wait more than a couple minutes. The rooms were spacious enough to make it comfortable and were clean. We ate breakfasts in the hotel each morning and the food and staff were excellent. We also had nightcaps in the bar at the end of the night and again excellent staff and drinks. The hotel is waking distance to the many attractions in the area, including the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, the concert arena (we did not go there but saw it) and the "fun district" on Broadway. It was also an easy walk to the Titans football Stadium. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Celebrated my son's 21st birthday. Hotel was BEAUTIFUL! Friendly staff, beautiful pool and hotel bar. We will definitely be back! 2 blocks from downtown Nashville

My wife and i have been to Nashville 9 times and we recently stayed at the Margaritaville hotel for two nites. Checked all the boxes for location to Broadway/Bridgestone Arena; first floor Restaurant and 4th floor pool; well priced room but the biggest plus was that the hotel and our room was just bright, clean and fresh. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous time and Wael was amazing and we love him. Please make him the president of the company! He served us with pride. Also, Christina was precious and perfect herself.

We visited the hotel for an event as part of a workers compensation conference we are attending and everything was amazing! The food was phenomenal and everything was decorated great! The service was wonderful and everyone was so kind. Christina was the absolute best!!

Had a great time in Nashville! The hotel was beautiful, the catered dinners were top-notch, restuarants and service were excellent and location was perfect! Close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough away that the noise was not an issue. Would definitely stay again!
