Top Hotel 🏨 in der Region Achsensee für Sommer oder Winer

Das „Vier Jahreszeiten Wellnessresort Achensee“ ist ein absolutes top Hotel in der Region Achensee. Wir waren 8 Tage lang zu Gast in der Unterkunft und waren jeden Tag voll und ganz zufrieden!

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen oder man hat direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle! Der Parkplatz ist direkt
Vor dem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Parkplatz direkt im Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist.

Besonders schön ist, dass es ein Hotel ist was von einer großen „Familie“ geführt wird, somit fühlt man sich direkt beim Check in, mit Prosecco, wie Zuhause !

Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer sind modern und aber auch rustikal gemäß dem österreichischen Flair eingerichtet. Also sehr sehr schick und dennoch sehr modern ! Sehr schön fanden wir die Vespa und Radio Sammlung (Museum) die im Ganzen Haus verstreut ist. Man findet jeden Tag ein neues kleines Highlight !

Wir hatten das HP+ Paket inkl. Verwöhnprogramm. Vom Tag des Check In bis zum Check Out haben wir uns einfach bestens wohlgefühlt. Die Mahlzeiten, ob Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen waren einfach der Hammer. Insbesondere das Abendessen mit dem reichhaltigen Buffet und den täglich wechselnden Menüs für das Hauptgericht ! Einfach TOP!!! Auch die Kellner und Köche waren sehr freundlich und immer sehr bestrebt neue Dinge auszuprobieren ! Die Hoteleigene Bar bietet am Abend ein umfangreiches Angebot und jeden Abend wird man belustigt, egal ob live Musik, Tombolas oder lustige Spiele.

Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Sauna Bereich und SPA Bereich mit Saunameister „Gabriel“. Bester Mann 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Der Infinity Pool rundet das Ganze Erlebnis ab und verleiht dem Hotel meiner Meinung nach auch den Titel „eines der besten Hotels am Achensee“

Fazit: Egal ob Sommer oder Winter, zu welchem Anlass, Ski fahren, Wandern oder einfach nur Erholung, das Hotel ist einfach sehr zu empfehlen und immer ein Besuch wert !

Wir werden definitiv das Hotel nochmal buchen !

Gemütliches Zimmer, Wellnessbereich.Abendessen war an jedem Abend lecker.

Cons:

Nichts in der Mini-Bar, minimales Buffet/keine große Auswahl (Zu wenig Auswahl bei den Salaten und dem Frühstücksbuffet).
Beim Nachttisch keine Steckdose für Handyladegerät. Kein grosser Parkplatz beim Hotel.
Gym war nicht gross und der Durchgang zum Wellnessbereich (durch den Raum vom.Gym).

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub in netter Atmosphäre
Pros:

Gut geführtes Hotel, Preis leistung passt absolut, sehr nettes personal, auch die Gastgeber selbst, sehr freundlich und packen mit an. Wir hatten eine tolle zeit und empfehlen das hotel jedenfalls weiter.

Cons:

Zu wenig liegemöglichkeiten im Pool/Spabereich für familien mit Kindern. Außenpool leider nicht für kinder zugänglich.toll wäre ein timeslot 1x täglich in dem die kleinen gäste auch den pool benutzen dürfen.

Ein Hotel mit hervorragenden Küche,egal ob morgens oder am Abend. Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gefallen haben uns die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten die man uns entgegen gebracht hat an unserem Hochzeitstag.

Das Zimmer war super schön, gemütlich und sauber und der Blick auf den See war auch gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker und jeder hat über die Zeit des Aufenthalts einen eigenen Tisch, was sehr entspannt war :)
Den Infinity Pool und die Sauna mit Blick nach draußen fanden wir auch toll. Außerdem waren alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenige Liegemöglichkeiten im Bade und Sauna-Bereich. Man darf zwar eigentlich die Liegen nicht reservieren, aber wenn sich nicht jeder dran hält, bringt die Regel nicht viel. Sobald einer anfängt, machen alle mit. Das müsste vielleicht strenger kontrolliert werden. Typisch Menschen eben :D

SPA area was excelent. Breakfast and dinner were tasteful and diverse.

Cons:

To their credit, the kind people at the location admit when they made a mistake, HOWEVER don't do anything to correct it. I payed for a room with a balcony (as advertised in the description), however they were kind enough to place me in a room where the window was half a floor bellow the street. When the issue was raised at reception, they acknowledge the issue and advised me to reach back to booking for a solution as they can not offer any compensation for their planning. Resolution from booking stated that the accommodation did not provide any resolution.

They did try to offer hotel perks as compensation, but nothing satisfactory or offered to late to be able to enjoy or benefit. Offering one extra SPA day access and offering to extend checkout deadline until end of day as you are literally leaving the room to do the check out, while seeming thoughtful, came a bit too late, especially since issue was known wince the day before immediately after check in.
