Pros:

Hotel sam w sobie fajny, jednak sporym minusem brak klimatyzowanych pokoi. Lokalizacja wporządku, blisko do jeziora Achensee. Sporo ścieżek rowerowych.

Cons:

Największym minusem hotelu okazało sie jedzenie. Wykupiliśmy opcje śniadania i kolacje, gdzie na kolacji nie było co jeśc i kelnerzy nakłaniali do kupowania jedzenia z karty. Z czymś takim jeszcze sie nie spotkaliśmy i dziwią mnie pozytywne opinie gości. Śniadania były w miarę zjadliwe ( chociaz dla dzieci raczej by sie nic nie znalazlo) i monotonia. Nie polecam hotelu za te pieniądze, lepiej zjeśc sobie w pobliskich restauracjach będzie smaczniej i wyjdzie taniej.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Essen war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber. Der Spa- Bereich war auch sehr schön. Achensee ist atemberaubend und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauberes Hotel, grosszügiger und schöner Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Der Seeblick hat den Lärm der sehr nahen und vielbefahrenen Strasse leider nicht gut gemacht. Beim Essen gab es viel Ausswahl, leider wurde aber der Qualität gespart, das Essen war gut, aber im Vergleich zu anderen gleichpreisigen Hotels mit gleicher Ausstattung doch überschaubar und verbesserungsfähig besonders was frische Produkte wie Obst, Gemüse und Milchprodukte betrifft.

bella struttura, ma migliorare di molto la disponibilità verso la clientela internazionale

Struttura bella e ben mantenuta
Pulizia ottima
SPA tenuta in modo ottimo

Pros:

The staff ,the location, the cleanliness, the spa!

Cons:

The lighting in the residence is dark, they need a better concept.
The beds and the pillows are not really comfortable.
Also there were no water kettles in the room.
The breakfast is good but could be better by offering other stuff every now and then.
