Top Hotel, außer Poolsituation sollte geändert weren

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gutes Essen. Schöne Zimmer und tolles Fitnessstudio. Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider konnten wir den Außenpool nicht nutzen, da dieser für Kinder komplett verboten war. Dies würde uns aus der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Man gab uns aber leider auch ein Zimmer direkt über dem Pool, was den Umstand noch erschwerte. Ein Slot von 1-2 h am Tag wo Kinder gestattet sind, wäre super. Man hat dort keine Liegewiese oder anderen Außenbereich um sich bei warmen Wetter aufzuhalten. Dies ist leider ein großer Minuspunkt.
Andere Wellnesshotela lösen dies besser

Reisen viel herum, aber Preis Qualitat stimmt nicht.

Fruhstuck war schon ok.

Cons:

Haben ein Confort Doppeltzimmer gebucht. Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster, es waren neben Bett 4 Treppen wo man auf eine anderen kleinen Zimmer geht wo eine Sofa war und dort ein Balkon an die Hauptstrasse war, mit viel Larm. War keine einzige Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, nur ein lehres Kuhlschrank. Alles dunkel auch Bad mit Dusche, und WC. Ohne das du das Licht anmachst konnte man nichts sehen am sehen. Alte Mobelstucke die alle Gereuch gemacht haben als du dich setzten mochtest. Keine Klimaanlage usw. Im Badebereich ausere Panorama Pool, Kinder unter 16 Jahre durfen nicht Baden. Am Rezeption keiner hat und das mitgeteilt.

Sehr schöner kurzer Wellness Urlaub

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Wellnessbereich.
Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal im Restaurant und Saunabereich.
Klangschalentherapie und Lymphdrainage waren hervorragend und auch die Aromamassage von meinem Mann war toll.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir beim einchecken gebeten kurz zu warten und dann hat die Dame vergessen, dass wir da waren. Nach 20 Minuten sind wir spazieren gegangen und haben dann später bei einem sehr netten jungen Mann eingecheckt.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage, ich habe bei der Buchung nicht aufgepasst und es nicht berücksichtigt. In Zimmern mit Seeblick ist es sehr sehr heiß tagsüber und es kühlt auch in der Nacht nicht ab, auch nicht wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Es gab auch kein Ventilator im Zimmer.

Très bon petit déjeuner avec un vaste choix. Chambre confortable. Grand spa très bien équipé. Gentillesse du personnel et notamment jeremi à l’accueil. Un grand merci à lui pour sa prévenance.

Matratzen waren schlecht keine Abzug im WC und der Durchgang ins Haupthaus war gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen Geruch .
